Up & Away Indoor Play

Up and Away is always so clean and the staff are the best! The owner even calls my kids by name and always says hi to them! Such a friendly environment! I love that I can sit and work on wifi (and a plugged in laptop) while my kids are able to run around! Love this place!

My kids love this place, and went nuts over their SpongeBob game they have now. Recommend at least trying the place out.

The kids love it and it enables them to run, climb and play when the weather isn't cooperating.

Great place to go and let my kiddo play and be social without having to worry about how hot or cold it is outside. Staff is great. They were very busy and handled everything gracefully.

I took my child here for the first time. They loved it, and I loved how much energy they burned! The play areas were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and explained the rules clearly. My child is 3, and they were able to navigate the larger structure easily, but they liked having a quieter space in the baby/toddler area to explore away from the big kids. I loved the comfy chairs and ample seating for adults.

A wonderful place to take kiddos when outside weather is less than friendly. It feels clean and safe to let the children play here.

Clean facility, lots of places for parents to sit. They serve food and drinks, including pizza, coffees, beer, soda, water, Gatorade, etc. Their pizza is actually really good. The staff has always been very friendly.
My 3.5 y/o loves this place. We walk in and he just runs. Which is great, especially during the winter.

The kiddos love it here and the price is great considering you can come at anytime after opening and stay as long as you want. The food is good and also fairly priced. Only one small thing is and I'm not sure if it's possible but if they could update the playground somehow. Maybe this isn't possible. Still 5 stars the staff are very nice the bathrooms are cleaned. Need more places like this where you can take your kids to have fun without breaking the bank.

This place is amazing and the staff are so friendly and bust their butts to make sure it’s sanitary and clean. Our son Maverick loves to come play and eat pizza!

What an amazing place! I brought my niece here and immediately I was so excited about all the different things to do.unfortunately I had a sick kid and found out pretty quickly. She did get sick everywhere I was frazzled didn't really know what to do but get her to the door. The staff were so so nice and empathetic to me they helped in every way and gave me no indication that they were even upset about it. I cannot even begin to tell you how much it meant to me. They all rock and they have made a lifelong returning customer on better days.

UPDATE: We continue to love this place! Everyone who works here is nice and helpful! We like coming for the special events too. I added photos/video of the Noon Year’s Eve balloon drop/dance party.

Also: Whatever Chiefs/KU/K-State/World Cup game that’s happening is on their very visible TV screen, which has been super nice since my attempts to watch games at home with my kids around have not worked very well

Love this place! Tons of things to do, the food and coffee are both really good, and the people are friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 hours this past Saturday, and my kids didn’t want to leave. It is nearly impossible to find a place to play for my 1 year old that my two older kids also enjoy. We live in Overland Park where there are tons of fun places to take my kids, but we will be making the 40-minute drive to Up and Away a lot!

Good place for youth 2-12 depending on height. Surprised that the pizza was actually edible. Friendly staff as well.

Staff yelled at kids the entire time. Siblings helping watch babies and toddlers in the 3 and under area were berated constantly for even standing in the area. They weren't actually playing on the equipment. One worker physically impeded children from walking away and yelled at them, "I've now told you several times to stay out" referring to the toddler play area. Yet again, these older siblings were not playing in the area. They were helping supervise their siblings. Lastly, our slot was 3-5pm and by 4: 45pm, the employees were cleaning, moving chairs, our personal affects in the party room, etc. We were physically kept from finishing to our 5pm slot time we paid for. Horrible experience.

My daughter had the BEST birthday party here! The service was amazing. They went the extra mile to make accommodations for our guest and made my daughter feel so special. Would highly recommend!

Was here tonight up until close, they are always friendly and my daughter and son always talk about coming here. Highly recommend!

Kids had fun, I was kinda board. The place was clean, with staff constantly cleaning tables were us old folks sat.

Super cool place with lots for children of all ages to partake in! They also serve alcohol and snacks. Make sure you bring socks for both parents and children, if not you will need to purchase them.

Had a birthday party there! It was great. The staff was attentive and the place is clean. The kids had fun.

Drove 45 min to try this place out and so worth it! It is clean, fun, and SAFE! I have been to several other play areas that have multiple exits and it makes me feel like I have to watch me kids like a hawk and I'm constantly stressed about them escaping. This place is well contained and I can sit and relax and watch and feel like they are safe. Such a great place! We will be back!

My kids had a blast! It was a struggle to get them to leave after 4 hours of playing. We will definitely be returning!

We love going here. My 9yo always makes new friends, and I can sit at a table and get work or studying done. They were spectacular throughout the pandemic, too!

Fun place for kids! I love that the play area is big enough to play with my child. It is very clean and the employees are on top of it! The service is very fast too.

Amazing place to bring your kids! It's very easy for the parents - safe, enclosed area for the kids (no worry of our cute little flight risks escaping) and comfortable seating for the parents and for eating. Plus, there's beer! A perfect win for families on all accounts.

It's a pretty cool spot. I bring my headphones and phone and let's the kiddos play for hours!

Of course, dads gotta jump in and play too and there's plenty of room for an adult to contort themselves to play on the big area.

There is a 5y and under area for the littles which is nice. (I think it's 5 and under maybe 4 and under.)

As is the case everywhere and for good reason, masks are required. They sell them for 1 buck or bring your own.

Once your in and paid, there is even food and booze for the adults.

Great low key spot and lots of fun for both the kiddos and the parents.

A parenting Oasis. Lots of food and drink options for all ages, great party spaces, and a really nice play area for the kids.

Lots of room for kids to run and play and a variety of fun activities for them. The staff works hard to keep it a clean and safe environment. We love this place!

Best place for indoor play. Easy to monitor kids as they play inside the obsctacle. Plenty of things to play outside of the obstacle course. Serves food and drink, have a room for parties. This is our favorite place for a playdate
