Always clean, never packed, best water pressure in town, here 3-5 days out of 7, only place I'll go anymore!

Needed to wash Cesar tree rust chunks off our truck. Did exactly what I needed it to. Change machine worked. Would use again if I needed to.

I did a quick 5 minute wash to wash off some mud. The card reader said $3 when I hit stop. My card got charged $10. This is a rip off. Looking through the reviews here and you can find at least a couple of other reviews complaining about the same thing: getting charged $10 for a 5 minute wash.

Edit: I should amend this review and change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars to note that my bank charge was eventually lowered to $3 on its own. They must put a charge through for $10 until it's adjusted. They could save their customers some heartache and themselves from some 1 star reviews if they would post a sign saying that's how payments are processed.

All the bays were open and everything functioned as it should. Busy but still had soap for washing and brush

Was there about 3 minutes just cleaning out my car and getting ready to vacuum it when some white man who I assume is the owner told me to hurry up. There was no one behind me and I wasn't playing music or causing any trouble. So I continue to clean my car and he just keeps staring at me. I felt very uncomfortable and DISCRIMINATED on. I'm Hispanic and this white man was VERY RACIST VERY. I will never go back

Used my card at the self-service washing stall and it cost $10 for a 3-minute wash. I only used my card because I didn’t have any loose change. I was expecting to spend $2-$4.

I have always liked this car wash. Never had any issues with the equipment, and I especially like that there are credit card readers at the wash bays and the vacuums for those who don't carry cash anymore. Recently I took lots of extra time because my car was super dirty from the snow, and it only cost $6. Usually I can do it for about $4.

This is the worst car wash in town. Terrible experience all around. The owner is unprofessional and it’s easy to see why the place is literally falling apart. I do NOT recommend supporting him or his poor quality ran business.

I was kindly, professionally had my backside counseled for utilizing my personal microfiber brush while washing car. Unfortunately I was scolded again for drying my car in wash bay... Very professionally of course!? !?

The owner I assume (only person I have ever seen) called my husband a mother @ucker today after he said we won't he coming back because the owner said you can not hand wash your car here. Will never go there again. Horrible service and the car wash is not that great any way.

Got my car washed, the machines have good pressure, although the bill changer ripped me off 75 cents they need to upgrade their bill changer.

The credit card machine kept running after I finished and hit the stop button as instructed on the worn out instructions. I left the car wash still running and charging my card fearing that my card would be used for unlimited washes. I went back on my lunch break because I could not get a return call and found an attendant and explained to him what took place. He said he didn't know how but would try to put my money back on my card (he told me by law he could give me money?) it should have only charged $6 but charged $12 for a 4 minute wash. The refund never posted to my account so I went back to find another older guy with an attitude that called me crazy and told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and what do you want me to do, I said I wanted my money back, he offered me a free wash but I told him I would not be coming back because of the way he was talking to me in a provoking manner and just give me my money, he said he didn't have any money and did not know what to tell me and he said he didn't know what to do. I left another message on the recorder (third one), but also will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office to have them check out that place and the machines. I've never experienced anything like this before, very poor customer service and faulty credit card machines.be wary.

Nice area, kept clean, and most importantly always felt safe while washing my car at any time.

Great value car wash. Only complaint is not being able to read the screen for price when you use a card.

They give you more time per dollar than most places, everything is clean and maintained, great car wash with super powerful vacuums. Would recommend, you are also bombarded by the BBQ aroma from across the street which is another big plus.

If you use the credit card machine, there is an initial charge of $12 that gets corrected later typically. I just noticed that the last time I got my car washed, I was actually charge the full $12 even though I had only spent around $6. I did a dispute through my credit card company since others have said it's impossible to reach someone. Don't use your credit card!

The credit card reader almost never works. I've been able to get it to work once in years of going here.

I was harrassed by a so called worker.and was yelled at! And verbally assaulted! This old man on some strong coffee or what not telling me how I need to wash my truck. I 've never experienced anything so degrading in front of my daughter. I don't understand if this place is a self car wash, why is they're a crazy lunatic feeling free to attack us by yelling at me telling me I need not to use the brush without the soap. I should be able to make my own decisions on how to wash my truck
