Hobby Lobby

We went in looking for something and asked an employee for help, and that person stayed with us until we found what we wanted.

My son, Elroy, sent me this text while I was buying a bolt of cloth, masón jars and lighter fluid.

Hob Lob has everything you could want for decorating and it's NOT just cheap stuff either! Not like Dollar General or Dollar Tree places.

This is like asking about McDonald's. It's a craft store that usually has what I'm looking for.

Always enjoy just walking through there store and always find something to buy.

Employees are so helpful and very kind. Clean and arranged well. Many at times I call and make sure the item is available in store and they are always willing to go check. Highly recommend this store

Disappointing that item I tried to purchase at sale price was not allowed. Turns out their sale notice was not taken down from the week before. Seems to me that "good customer service" would have been along the lines of, "thank you for bringing this to our attention, you can have this item at last week's price, and we will do better at keeping our sale notices current and correct. " Since this did not happen, I will not return to Topeka's Hobby Lobby. There are other places I can make my purchases - in addt'n to them no longer having a weekly coupon. I'm done.
