Freedom Plasma

Out of all the plasma centers here in Wichita, Freedom is the best one. Staff is friendly, the center is clean. The only reason for the 4 stars is why make an appointment if you still have to wait almost an hour to get screened.

Went to donate on my 100 dollar day and most of the workers called in soo I could not donate today.

Went all the way there for my appointment at 7: 30am for my second donation of the week for my $100 just to find out they were closed now my week is going to start over!

Went to donate today for my 100$ day and too many people called in so they had to close…Great! All the way there at 730 on the morning to be turned away

Would be very helpful if you guys answered the phone. I have been trying to call the past three days with no answer. It's making it very hard to set up an appointment for a first time donor, since every time I've gone in on walk in days I've been turned away.

The staff there is very unprofessional, they spend more time in groups of 3 gossiping & laughing, Rather than tending to the Donors. Many of them have attitudes, and they cater to the female Donors and try their Best to Disregard the male Donors. If a male has a gripe about anything, they'll try to create a narrative as if he's the Problem - Bottom line, Freedom plasma is trash simply because they have garbage operating the facility.

Over an hour wait time.
Just to even get to a bed is ridiculous.
With an appointment time.
There should be a time limit your allowed to just sit here.

Kayleigh is wonderful kind employee! She always has a smile on her face and is very courteous and polite

Called someone said I come back after Chad talked too me got there Chad said I’m too aggressive I cuss too much all this over that nurse saying I stood up before my arm got wrapped up not like a needle was in my arm this place straight up JOKE slick mouth talking ppl! No need write reach out Nothing is too say! And obviously it’s clean there new place!

Worst place ever when I go here there was 5 people a dead of me yet 15 have been since before me and I keep getting told there's 3 ahead of me an hour later. They keep putting other people before me when I should have been done by now

This place is great! I went on a Saturday. It was my first time. I walked in and was greeted by friendly staff. The building was clean and brightly lit. I was really nervous because Ive heard horror stories (not about this place but about the donation process in general at other donation centers) but EVERYONE was really nice, really knowledgeable, and reassured me through the whole process. Ozzy, Eric, Shay, the woman at the front desk, the guy who's chair I donated from, the other techs/phlebotomists who helped me along the way. EVERYONE was great and my donation process was seamless. I will be referring you to all my friends.ive already got 2 people who plan to come in this week to donate. Freedom Plasma is great and I will be back. Thanks guys!

I started donating here two weeks ago. I was blown away with the amazing center it is! So clean, very friendly and professional staff, and most of all I was very happy to see Shaye working there.she knows my tricky veins very well and with her I always have a successful pleasant donation.

So it's hard to stick me and once I've been stuck I've never been able to be restuck and it work. Always have I had to be sent home lol. However today Shay done the job and it didn't even hurt. This truly is an awesome place the staff if wonderful and it's really clean and fast

By far one of the cleanest donation centers I have seen. The staff here are amazing, extremely professional and very well educated. Any questions you may have, they have an answer and if they don't, they find out for you. It's a great atmosphere to donate in. 20/10 highly recommend.

They pay you pennies on the dollar for your much needed essential plasma. Folks, should be getting a minimum of $200 per donation not this ridiculously low amount.

This is the best donation place hands down. I have been all over the donation centers in wichita ks and have never had such a pleasant, easy, and amazing experience! I have always had issues being poked and always have to have numerous adjustments or I get deferred because they told me they couldn't find my veins. I went here and they poked me instantly with no issues, had to have no adjustments, and the donation process went beautifully. The staff are all super sweet and they were all very nice and pleasant to be around. I will gladly be returning and will highly recommend my friends and family to go here!

Personal are very argumentative and congrontation have poor business ethics gonna argue with a customer while trying I do vitals I would not go to this Plasma place

Came in and brought my wife a couple days ago. We were blown away by how clean the facility was. We were very impressed with staff and got to meet the management team. The process did take a while at first but after my 2nd visit everything was quick. Germaine and shay helped us and they were awesome.

Very clean plasma donation center. The staff are eager to help and make your experience a good one. Highly recommended.
