Thousands of shoes, but few in my size or preferred styles. It was tiring to shop there since there was no help.

Alexa went above and beyond to help me with an in-store purchase and an online purchase, super knowledgeable and kind!

It closes before 7 pm. Got there at 6: 40 pm and it was already locked and closed. If they are going to close early they should announce that to clients.

Lots of shoes but wanted to see more shoes for comfort and support in a larger variety of brand names.

Will not shop at stores that require masks, drove away when I saw the sign. Not your job to "keep me safe"!

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. All adults in our party had masks on. The children did not and we were told to leave. You lost out on the sale of 7 pairs of shoes. We went to another store with no issue to buy shoes. We will never shop DSW again.

The employees are friendly. The store is always clean and well organized. They have some pretty decent sales too:)

No one's available to assist you. Good selection of shoes, but they wouldn't order my size in the style I needed. Instead, you pre-pay for the shoes and they ship them directly to your home. If you don't like them or they don't fit, you have to return them to the store, which for me, is a 70 mile round trip. The prices are good, though.

I ordered online and did curbside pickup. The order was brought out quickly, it was correct, and the person that ran the order out was polite!

I found nice shoes but unfortunately the store didn't have the sizes I needed so I need to order online.

I liked this store and business but recently purchased online a pair of shoes. They were not what I thought I ordered. I returned them In person at my overland park store. Hoping to find what I wanted to exchange. They had nothing I wanted so I did s redund. They charge an $8. Stocking fee. I will never shop here again. Very poor customer service.
