Lady forgot the drink I payed for and was disrespectful. Had to go inside just to go & get it, unbelievable service.

Delicious cold brew and blueberry scone, much better than I ever expected of a Starbucks! Great service too, good WiFi, and plenty of seating - a very nice visit overall.

I went here the other day and thought I’ll go in it would be quick. I went in and didn’t get helped for a little bit then when I did the lady couldn’t get my order right. I had it made and it wasn’t right and tasted nothing like any of other Starbucks I’ve been to. Was in need of getting somewhere else so couldn’t wait to have them remake. When I got home I dumped it out due to tasting bad

Got a strawberries and cream frap they made it wrong so about an hour after I got a new on they tried saying how they make it which is completely different then every other star bucks.the frap tasted just like milk with ice. They were rude and didn’t know how to make drinks. They either need new management or they need to close. Spent $20 for horrible service. Look at the 2 pictures can you tell a difference? Now go order one at another Starbucks it will look and taste 10x better. Do better

This location has the kindest workers I have ever mentioned! The drinks are made perfectly and made fast

Love this location! Deb on the window is the best. She is always so friendly, smart and professional. Great way to start the day!

The person taking orders was laughing while she was taking our order and it made it awkward.

We got to the window to pay and she was semi-friendly. We said thanks and have a good day and she just turned and walked away.

This has to be my favorite Starbucks in the city. They are very quick and super friendly. The drive through moves a lot faster than the other two in my personal opinion.

Stocking their stuff right this year. Some of the workers are very kind and that’s the key to a bright future (their future). Keep being nice to everybody, it’s not always easy!

There was something on my breakfast sandwich.good thing I looked at it before eating it. Idk if it was mold or a bug but it was white and fuzzy

It's Starbucks, for the most part every one knows this place. The only bummer is sometimes the drinks are not crafted correctly. Cream base requests are sometimes coffee and espresso drinks are sometimes lacking in that extra bump. Either way pull out those $$$ because as it says in the name, it takes plenty bucks for these drinks.

Fastest Starbucks I’ve been to in the metro. The workers are very kind as well. I’m an avid Starbucks drinker and I never have any issues with my order at this location.

I love their iced Chai non fat.it's a regular drink that I get every week. I also like their breakfast sandwiches and their egg bites and especially their lemon loaf.

Very friendly staff, they always make the drinks correctly, and the drive through is always fast!

The only reason for 2 stars is how awesome and knowledgeable morning crew is. Night crew on the other hand is rude and they seriously need to be retrained. They don't listen or maybe they just don't pay attention, but either way the drinks are always horrible come 4pm. Never happy with how night crew treats customers or makes our drinks.

My husbands grande americano had a huge bug in it. Absolutely disgusting. Makes me wonder who else's drinks have had bugs in them.

It was my boyfriend and i’s first time going to this starbucks and it’s awful.i don’t know how people manage to mess up 4 drinks so badly. Whoever ran drive thru today decided to have an attitude and say they weren’t allowed to make a drink even though every other location has no problem doing so, they’re just lazy.so instead of spending $10 we ended up spending almost $30 just for drinks.

Ordered with mocha drizzle. Got none. These people don't care about customers. They only care about their paycheck

Love the people and the coffee. My favorite store is the urbandale is target. The staff are just phenomenal. With they worked every food service. When it's wrong they are humble and fix it when it's right they ate prompt and courteous. Even when dealing with unreasonable Jenks they get the gob done kelsie and gang you are the best

I have been coming here for over 2 months straight on a daily basis because of their service until today. This morning I walked in as usual in a great mood. I ordered a tall blonde and when the barista who gave me my coffee I was being my normal nice self and said "Thank you sweetheart" when the barista handed me my coffee. Less than 12 seconds later, the Assistant manager, Bailee, came to me and said, "Do me a favor and address my staff by their name. It makes them uncomfortable you addressed them as sweetheart".
Uncomfortable that I am nice? I have seen and heard worse from upset customer who received poor service from this location.
If me being nice offends someone, then I will no longer visit this location. Not ever have I offended anyone for being nice until now. Perhaps Starbucks should train their staff on how to accept kindness instead of just apologizing for messed up orders.

I am a starbucks regular, and I have never been so impressed by a store, especially a new location. Staff was so friendly, kind, and quick. I know they aren’t paid much, especially in a pandemic, yet they show up every day smiling and have even memorized my order. Took extra care to ensure I was ordering what I actually wanted. Will continue giving them business, and would recommend to anyone ️

The drinks do not taste the same as other Starbucks, definitely watered down. Drinks have been consistently bad after trying this location 3 times. Extremely disappointing.

This is a newer Starbucks location and they have a wonderful group of employees, a beautiful store & location annnnnnnd a patio! My daughter and I sat outside this morning and made $$ origami bowties and left them as a tip for our wonderful servers:)

Went through drive through, very fast considering the car ahead of me ordered like 5 fraps. That takes a long time for baristas. They cranked them out and I was able to still get through the line quickly. Great job to the baristas that takes major skill. Accidentally left my card there. But when I called and they said they had found it, it was a relief because it was in safe hands. Got it quickly with a wonderful conversation included. Lovely place and people all around. They most definitely keep to the Starbucks standard. So pleased they opened this location.

Super Sloppy and messy! Drink cups were sticky, stained and had syrup and espresso running down the side. We ordered ahead so there was no need to rush. Only one other car in the drive thru.

Has an Iced Macha Green Tea with coconut milk my boy had an Iced Chi w/ skim milk! Grabbed 2 birthday pops and it all was great. The service is fast and the people were nice as always

Didn’t have the sandwich I want for a whole week. Once again the manager doesn’t seem to know how to restock or order.

So this is a new starbucks, and i’ve been here a few times, but today was not the day.i ordered a pink drink and my drink was literally filled to the bottom w strawberry seeds & the liquid ratio was horrible.

Coffee is only mediocre. They lied and said they didn’t have “the foam stuff” when everyone knows that all you have to do is swirl whichever milk you’re using in the machine. My drink is not as tasty, and my mood is worse than my drink.

Love the baristas at this location, they are always friendly, greet me by name when I visit, and make my drinks perfectly! These girls are the best!

Location is great, staff is not trained. Twice they got our drinks.weird. Check your receipts, when you order an extra shot, they will charge you $4.60 per drink (which is a whole different drink) and 4 drinks will be $42, not the usual $20. Then will give you a what the heck is this drink. When they remade it, it was worse. The fraps were straight liquid and tasted awful. Threw them away. Waste. Go to a different location

We are out of that, out of that too, out if that too. Get me sandwich and it's in pieces. Contents not even in the bun. Croissant folded in half from being smashed into the bag.

Open, airy location with plentiful amounts of natural light. So far, every beverage has been very good. Looking forward to their interior seating opening up - looks like a great place to hang!
