"Major here, just wanted to bark about my daily adventures at Scooters Coffee! These wonderful humans always make my tail wag with excitement by handing over the pup cup magic. Forget 'fetch, ' the real game is 'fetching' a delicious treat from Scooters. I'm convinced they sprinkle extra love in those pup cups – it's like a canine coffee haven. Five stars for flavor, paws down! "

Both of our drinks were phenomenal! It was a drive thru, but the baristas made small talk and were friendly.

Helped me make a choice in coffee and to be honest I actually liked it better than I thought. Don't go here often but will start

I love this scooters these ladies are always pleasant at 6am. This morning couldn't pay for my coffee and they gave it to me. Thank you ladies.

Line was long but it moved really fast! Employees had great customer service just really expensive. Very satisfied otherwise!

Worst coffee ever the first young lady that took the money was polite and courteous. The young lady who made the coffee was terrible at it coffee was not good at all went back through to get cream and the young lady who helped me the second time was kind of rude for those prices I would at least expect more politeness from the two other young ladies

Just want to share a few thoughts about the fabulous staff at Scooters on West Broadway in Council Bluffs, Iowa. My disabled brother loves Frappuccino. He loves Scooters and Starbucks. The difference is the staff at our local Scooter treats us like family when we visit. Starbucks is a corporate hag. Not only this but the product at Scooters is a better prepared drink that he is able to consume more enjoyably. The staff is always friendly and over the top welcoming. If I get the choice it's Scooters everytime. Thank you for hiring good people to represent your product. Thank you for putting a smile on my brother's face everytime.

As always, their coffee is delicious and is not bitter like the other places. YALL NEED SCOOTERS IN DULUTH! It was horrible having to drink Caribou Coffee.

I go to the 16 & B'way location not only for great coffee, but also for the amazing baristas, who know not to leave the whip cream off my Raspberry Mocha blender This morning they were having technology issues and I wasn't able to pay with my card. I got a free pass which made it a Terrific Tuesday?

I love the girls that are there in the morning. They all know me by name and what I want. It makes my day when I pull up and they use my name, I have never had that from any other place.

I stop at Scooter's on 16th and Broadway, Council Bluffs, Iowa about 5 times a week. I absolutely love ALL of the Baristas! The service is Exceptional as is the Coffee, Lattes, Smoothies, Specialty drinks and Food. I have never tried anything from there that I didn't like. They are caring and compassionate also. What an eventful morning! The staff here is always so kind. I even got free coffee at times! Today 7/7/2021 I was running late this morning not realizing I forgot my purse at home. I stopped at scooters to get coffee. Went to pay and no purse. The girls said” it’s ok we all have rough mornings the coffee is on us! ” I felt totally embarrassed cause I always pay for everything I get. I couldn’t thank them enough for doing that! This is why I always loved scooters I’ve been to all the locations in council bluffs and have not been dissatisfied.

Hello, went to the 16th and Broadway location today. To get my favorite drink! Peanut Butter Power? I was informed by the baristas that there was a case of confirmed Covid by the manager (as in manager had) and she did NOT close down for proper cleaning and testing of everyone else. She did not inform them she was being tested as well. This is concerning for guests and employees. Super disappointed, do better

Dunkin is way better all the way around, the only thing scooters has that Dunkin does not is a fruit based red bull smoothie that is amazing and it is the only reason I go there to scooters, if not for the red bull smoothie I would never go to scooters

I go to scooters at least twice a week I pay almost seven dollars for my drink so you should get it as you want it I bought two drinks coffee was super strong so could not taste caramel so I called very rude I wanted to talk to Courtney the said she was the manger and was so mean and hung up on me I promise you I will never return there ever again and I will let other people know how they talk to there customers.

They changed the burrito recipes and now they're a soggy mess- they taste the way dog food smells! Very disappointing.

I Like Going To Scooter's To Get A Drink Great Service Caramel Delicious With Whipped Cream And Extra Shot

I just got coffee and I payed $20 for zero tasted and it was “blended” but I have chunks of ice in my drink.

Went to this scooters on 16th and Broadway this morning. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Pam and courtney are super friendly and make you feel so welcomed! Love this location.

I probably shouldn't be sharing this publicly but I go to scooters on 16th and Broadway every morning. I refuse to go to any other scooters because this one on 16th and Broadway makes the best coffee you cannot get this coffee anywhere else. The girls they're so nice, upbeat, happy, and cheerful Best place to start your morning.

I love this scooters hands down, they always remember certain customers who come everyday and know their order. They make conversations with them while waiting and so friendly. Definitely one of the best scooters to go to.

I have visited this coffee shop last week with my sister. We really enjoyed their food. Their service is great.
