Very disrespectful, after waiting over 20 minutes for my appointment they still proceeded to ignore the elderly client that had been there previously before I even walked in and told her to wait. Definitely do not recommend and walked out after wanting to take me before the client that was still waiting for her pedicure to be finished.

The person doing my pedicure was trimming around my toe and pulled a piece of skin. Instead of trimming it, she just tugged until the skin came off and my toe bled. Also, not very personable.

Mia is wonderful! Not a fan of grinding gel polish off and next time will ask for Acetone to remove as much as possible. Thank you and such a pretty shop!

I am 61 years old and this was the best pedicure experience I have ever had. Included was a neck, upper back, hand and arm massage. This will be my new permanent pedicure salon.

For the first in a long time I had a set of acrylics put on at Luxe. I called at the last minute on a Friday @ about 4: 30pm & got to sit down with Mia at 6: 30pm, she stayed late with me to finish up & didn't rush. She was very sweet & I like the set she did for me more than the inspiration picture I had shown ️ ️

This salon salon is beautiful! I'm 8 months pregnant and had a mani pedi. She did such a good job and always made sure I was comfortable! She even painted my finger nails while I was still in the chair after the pedicure. As a pregnant woman I appreciate this so much! Such a fantastic experience I highly recommend them!

Love this place! I always go and get a pedicure done every now and then. They always are very accommodating to what nail ideas I have! They are very professional, and it's very clean and gorgeous in there. Also the prices are AMAZING! Definitely recommend coming here for your nail needs!

Mia is excellent! She experimented until she found what was best for my nails and has been flexible with appointments.

15/10 recommend. By the time I walked into my second appointment, one of the staff members knew me by name and remembered a mindless comment I had made during my first appointment about my newborn and asked me questions about her. Flash forward to a couple months later, I had to bring in my 8 mo old daughter with me. Heather did not make me feel like an annoyance or any sort of burden. She had to run to the back of the salon for something and brought back a mini candy bar for my daughter to chew on. It was one of those afternoons my little one wanted to crawl around and get into everything. Heather could tell I was feeling overwhelmed and tried everything SHE could to calm my baby down. She even brought out the company iPad to play cartoons off of. And I didn’t even ask for any of the extra attention. None of the tactics worked but she sure tried! She did my nails perfectly while being speedy- for my sake! Not ever making annoyed sighs or side eyes to her coworker- NOTHING! She is someone I want to be friends with outside of my nail appointments- she was that welcoming! Never going to another salon as long as I’m here. We travel for work and are here temporarily and out of the dozens of salons I’ve visited over the country, Luxe Nails in Boone Iowa is my favorite by far.

I have never had my nails done before so this was a new experience for me. I felt like she had a huge amount of expertise and wonderful attention to detail, I ended up very impressed.
I love getting pedis and this one did not disappoint, I did the deluxe and the hot stone massage, highly recommend.

Went in for a new design she had never done it before I think she did pretty good job at it I'll post picture #1 of what she did and what I went in looking for #2 I would go again.

The staff is very professional and do an amazing job! Environment is relaxing and kept clean.

Love this place! Always satisfied with my mani and pedi. My 90 year old father gets his pedicure there and they are so kind and gentle with him. Seriously very good thoughtful people who are great at what they do.

Very clean and prepared to deal with current Covid protections. Nice, newer shop. Excellent work. Gracious employees. My daughter needed a nail fixed and they worked her in even though we were there for a pedicure.
Be aware that using gel polish adds $15 to any process, this was disclosed but not sure that is something I have ever had to pay extra for. Prices were a little higher than I am used to coming from a bigger city.
Overall excellent experience and I would go again.

Went for a bday party of 7 ladies and they brought in extra help and had no other appointments so we all could be spoiled! Very relaxing environment also super nice staff!

These ppl are so awesome, and very good with what u want done everytime. So very pleased with the atmosphere, and all the workers.

I've been here twice now and I've been hurt by her filing tool both times, this time I started bleeding. I've never once been hurt until I came here. My sisters fingers are also SWOLLEN from getting her nails done here.

Where to begin.it was my first time ever having my nails done I wasn’t impressed.
They hardly talked me or daughters they talked to their coworkers. When using the tools on our nails my daughter and I got hurt with what they was using. I was left sitting there for around 20 mins so she could talk to some business guy that came in. She didn’t even apologize for it. Then rushed to finish my nails. Which a lot of residue was left behind.
When we left I noticed the finger she hurt had bled. So once home I cleaned it well so I didn’t get infected.
Honestly I won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend

They take good care of and are very knowledgeable about our nails. It's a wonderful place to pamper yourself and just relax.

These ladies treat you like you’re family! Perfect for a big group or just to stop in quick last minute. Can’t say enough nice things about Luxe!

Could not ask for a better nail place here in boone. They made my nails look amazing! The receptionist is so nice and welcoming as well.

This place is so classy and the people that work there are too notch! Prices are reasonable.
