Everyone in the office is very friendly and accommodating. Tracy has been my hygienist for 28 years! Dr Torano, Amy, and Keegan are also amazing and will make you feel at ease. If you’re looking for a professional and caring group, this dental practice is perfect for you!

I highly recommend Glass Road Family Dentistry! I have had terrible experiences at other places in the past with rough cleanings, shaming/judgemental dentists, and it made it so I dreaded going to the dentist. The folks at Glass Road are professional, kind, patient, and informative. They took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout my appointment and answered all my questions.

I've had other appointments here with the dentist, but this was my first cleaning. My hygenist was pleasant and prompt in taking me back to my room for my cleaning. I explained my pre-existing dx's I have with my teeth/gums, and she was very nice understanding this. She mentioned herself and a family member having one of the same genetic predisposition. She was very gentle and completed my cleaning on time. I would give this hygenist a 10 out of 10 rating, or the five stars as offered in this Google rating.

We have patients of this office for many years, and always received the best of care. Tracy is very good at her job, always makes sure that are dental needs are met!

Awful, predatory practices. Shameful behavior. They called my grandmother to collect payment, claimed they tried to call me yet no record, strange?

I have been going to Glass Road Family Dentistry for past 4 years, Dr Torano and her team members always give us excellent service. This place feels like family to me they are so accommodating and always very polite and understanding. It’s always a pleasure going back to them.

The staff is so friendly. Very helpfully. Easy to talk to and book appointments. Very easy to get prices to help plan paying. Glad I found a place that cares about my teeth care and is helping me improve my health. Highly recommend!

I have gone to this dentist office for years for a reason, they are great people and do great work!

I’ve been going to this office for years! Wouldn’t ever trust anyone else with my teeth! The new Dr is great. Tracy the hygienist is the best!

I have been getting my teeth cleaned every six months my whole life and have never had issues. At my last cleaning the dental hygienist was so rough and painful. She even had to apply topical numbing gel because it hurt so bad. She then blamed me for it hurting. I find it hard to believe after all this time it was really my teeth that were the issue. I could not eat the following two days because I was still in so much pain. Also, in the past year my husband had a cavity filled and it came out twice.

First visit with this dentist office. I came from the opposite direction of the sign on their building and the entrance was not marked, so they would benefit from signage on the driveway. This was for a cleaning and I anticipated 40 minutes. I had a medical proceedure afterwards and hurried to get there on time. They did so many x-rays and the dentist took many photos of my teeth after that, making it a 1: 20 minutes appointment. I had to reschedule the cleaning portion of the appointment. The hygenist was very nice and I look forward to having her for my cleanings moving forward.

Glass Road Family Dentistry has always provided me with the best dental care. Friendly caring service from cleaning teeth to helpful hints on how to maintain good teeth. I have been using this practice for years they changed dentist over the years but always had best practice of proper dental care.

I've been a patient at Glass Road Family Dentistry since it opened. Tracy, my dental hygienist, is outstanding with her skill and a terrific person. While Dr. Torano joined the office in just the last few years, so my experience is somewhat limited, she also is very skillful and again a genuinely nice person. My interactions with all the staff have been positive. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. It had been a long time since I had been a dentist, but I will be back in six months for another cleaning.

My son has sensory sensitivity. They were so helpful in keeping him calm and being patient and helping him to feel safe while getting his teeth cleaned. Highly recommend.

All staff members were great! But Liz and Doctor Torano were exceptionally great! They were very professional, personable, and just a pleasure to be around. Took time to answer questions, explain things, took time to just listen. Didn’t feel rushed like u do at most doctors visits. It didn’t feel like a dentist visit, but one with friends. I am very happy that this office was recommended to me! Look forward to coming back!

It was my first visit and it went smoothly. My hygienist Cara was amazing. She is so friendly and keep you informed of everything she’s doing. The front staff was also very pleasant and accommodating. If you’re looking for a new dentist I would recommend this place
