Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

They clearly don't listen. I said no onions, there was a ton onions on my sandwich. I ordered a banana shake. They gave a drink. Then when I asked to fix it. The manager who took my order wanted me to pay for my shake. I told him I didn't understand why I was paying for their mistake. I was told by the manager "I don't see what the problem is. " We will not be back.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and I liked that the burger wasn't greasy. I highly recommend the cheese curds, best around!

I ordered a chocolate malt, but after I was on the highway and took a sip, it did not taste any malt it was just plain chocolate ice. Cream. Don't plan on going there again.

My burger was thrown together and very messy. The restaurant was so dirty. Finding a clean table was impossible.

Decent for fast food. Best fast food cheese curds and i think the burgers are similar in taste and style to Culver's

The strawberry shake is awesome. Large straws mean you don't get an aneurysm trying to suck pieces of strawberry through a small straw. A plus!

Stop in on the recommendation from my sons team at stead family. I had a burger and fries and my son had a the same but with ice cream for dessert. He rated his 7 out of 10, if it had more cheese it would of been a 10 (his words and he's 8 so) The food was great and I loved the fries. I had a bite of his ice cream and it was so good. We'll be back and try some other stuff on the menu

This place has issues getting your order correct. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm done. Nothing to see here you can get the same food for a bit cheaper at Steak and Shake

Best burger basket in town hands down. No trendy brioche or pretzel bun stuff just good old burger basket.

Took my 87 year old Dad and we really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful and friendly. Service was quick and the food was delicious!

The oreo peppermint shake was great and best of all, they give you a wide straw perfect for slurping up a shake.

I got the Freddys original butter burger. It reminded me a lot of the Culver's butter burger. Good meal comparatively priced. Would recommend.

My son loves the french fries and Freddy's sause. I had a key lime pie shake. It was delicious. Definitely going to go back here soon.

I would give this zero stars if I could. We bought 2 kids meals, an ice cream for one child and an ice cream for me. The child who did not have ice cream was fine. But, the child who did have ice cream and I were both violently ill within 15 minutes of eating the ice cream.

The hamburger was too greasy. I do not like shoe string french fries. Parking was inconvenient. I will not go there again.

Freddy's is a favorite in our family. Get the app for some serious rewards and free food. The Fry Sauce is so good we buy a bottle of it and take home! In the fall, order the Pumpkin Pie Concrete and they will legit cut a piece of pumpkin pie and blend it into the custard for a very tasty concrete! The Oreo sandwich is another good treat. Get a free one on the app!

First time ever visiting a Freddy's, really nice crisp Edge on the Burger, Great flavor, the bacon left something to be desired. I did have the cheese fries which were very good, the turtle concrete mixer was very good as well. I would say I prefer Freddy's over Steak and Shake any day.

Pricey but tasty burgers. I had a California burger with cheese curds and fries and soda. Cost me $15. I think that is expensive for rural city. The burger tasted good and window lady was very nice.

First time. Wonderful place. It was right before the rush. It was very clean, the employees are great! Food came out hot, fast and tasty. I didn't get a chance to try the custard, but I will next time.

The best parts of my favorite chain restaurants, with better quality. Restaurant was clean, with a friendly staff. The atmosphere is great, but the food really stands on its own (in other words: I would tolerate lower standards for a meal this good. The burger was juicy but not greasy and messy. It was also constructed with care, not slapped together or sloppy, so it eats well and you don't wear it home with you. Regular portions are spot on for value. Price is reasonable, for the quality and should be an example for other chain joints.

I have to give a shoutout to the wonderful staff member at the drive thru this evening! She was amazing; she repeated back our order to us after we placed it, and asked us to check it on the screen. At the drive thru window, she looked at the receipt as she was bagging our food to make sure everything was there. She offered us a drink carrier for our drinks, and even tried to fit our sundaes in one too and apologized when they wouldn't fit, and let us know about the wait for our food. This was the absolute best customer service I have ever received, and I wish I would have gotten their name so I could tell their boss; they deserve a raise! Oh and the food is good too. We love Freddy's!

Delicious! Decorated for Halloween very nicely. Fries are to die for, use the Freddy's sauce for an extra special treat!

Drive-thru cleared a 6 car line in about 15 minutes even with two large orders in front of me. Staff very friendly. Food always good. I got two Chicago Dogs and took one to my 85 year old mother. She loves the thick shakes.
