Very pleased with the service I received at the John Williams location in bed. There was a problem on launch day of the s24 ultra but the Verizon rep helped get it sorted the next day. 10/10 experience.

My family went to Verizon to switch our service back from another provider. There were 5 phones and lines to take care of. The sales consultant, Levi Collison, was amazing! He was informative, personable, and patient! He stayed almost 2 hours after the time he was scheduled to be off to make sure all the lines and phones were set up correctly. We really appreciate all of his help!

I came in to this store get a new phone and Tyler was able to find the perfect phone and plan for me! He even got me a phone that was almost free! 10/10 recommend, I will always come to this store for assistance!

Levi was very professional and very helpful with helping me choose the correct phone for my needs. I've been to other Verizon locations and this is by far the best customer service you could ask for. I would highly recommend this location and make sure you ask for Levi
