Starbucks

Poor service most of the time when I go there. They can't be bothered to tell me when they put my food on the counter. I was the only one in the store and they just tossed it on the online order (I ordered in-store) pile without saying anything. I wasted 15 minutes waiting there because idk I just assumed they would tell me when my food was ready but they couldn't be bothered I guess. About half the time they get my drink wrong. Place is too expensive to be wasting my money there like that.

Was able to order a bag of coffee for online pickup but was given a substitute when I arrived.

Ordered two Venti size Iced Latte for me and my husband we both having issues after, its also overpriced to be in the downtown area

To the place is a typically, yet small starbucks in a hotel. It has all the bells and whistles you've come to expect from the Starbucks experience.
One criticism is that they have nitro cold brew on their menu when they do not offer it. I have no idea why, but heads up if that's what you're looking for.
Otherwise the staff was friendly enough and they spelled my name right, so what more could you ask for.

I have been to every Starbucks in town and this location is hands down my go to! Everyone is always so sweet and fun! Drinks are always on point and always taste amazing. Everyone works together here to make sure you have the best experience! Keep going guys! Y'all are amazing! I always have the best time coming to get my coffee. Thank you to everyone at this location for being apart of my daily routine and apart of my life. You never know who you are going to come across on this journey in life and i stumbled across some people who always make me happy no matter what mood im in. You're never promised tomorrow and im so grateful for coming across a group of great people and hard workers who try to make the best of everyones day. Even if it is just a cup of coffee. Small things do matter guys. Keep up the great work!

Pleasant workers, good service, quite busy today had a little wait befor order was taken, has outdoor seating

WiFi is for everyone there is just a code to get in. Just ask, they’d love to help.

Staff are pretty rude, there's no WiFi unless you are a hotel guest, was run out by a cashier telling me that they don't serve homeless people (I got up early to play some Pokemon Go!) Would not recommend unless you are the typical white upper middle-class, blue collar family

Lack of customer service is appalling! Not sure if it was Monday morning blues, but I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I tried to post no stars, but can't so ONE you get! #irritating
