Jack's Donuts

Another great find. From outa town and everyone says go to Jack’s Donuts. Humble little store with great variety of on-site made donuts. Plenty of tables to sit. Drinks including decent espresso.
But let’s get down to the nuts n donuts. These are great donuts. Not you mass produced corporate stuff. These are big donuts. You will get your money’s worth. If you are in New Castle, Indiana, plan on making this a stop. You will not be disappointed.

I love this place, they have the best donuts. My boyfriend stops by there every morning on his way to work to make sure that he can get me a caramel doughnut and some doughnut holes to bring home to me before they are sold out! ️

Jack's donuts are pretty much the best! Take it from a fat guy who has eaten donuts around the country, these are remarkable!

They last 4 time I have been in they have only had one person selling the donuts, 4 to 6 people in line waiting, and one or two and up leaving because they don't have time to wait to get a doughnut. I have walked out atleast twice, between 5 am and 9 am they should have atleast two people selling they use to. The last time I was there I asked why they only i had one person selling lately was it short staff she said no full staff frowned pointed at the door and told me to leave. Hu ok I will and went be back thank you, then donuts are great but the service needs a lot of help, hate to say it but its true

Best donuts EVER! Can't find anything that even comes a fraction close. First place I wanted to go to when I came into town!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of fresh donuts.although today, they were out of my favorite.applesauce donuts!

Since my initial review, everything has smoothed out GREATLY.

Went here for our first time and they asked us bag or box… don’t know how many fit in either so I just assumed 12 fit in a box like normal but I said, “I’ve never been here before” instead of explaining the girl at the counter gave me a distant stare.ok so whatever.we picked out what looked alright and went on our way. The filled donuts were the cream type and not Bavarian. How a donut shop doesn’t have Bavarian is beyond me but ok… none of the donuts were that impressive. Next time I’ll save myself the money and even get better donuts at Kroger, even if they were out of stock Walmarts donuts are still better. For a small town where people don’t have a lot of options I get it but if this was a big city I would give this place 1 star or less. Tried it, not impressed and for $13 for a dozen I won’t be back.

Amazing donuts! I am not a big fan of donuts but I really like these. I also always get a latte. The brand of coffee used makes a smooth cup.

Always happy when I go here. The family loves Jack's Donuts! The donuts are always soft and fresh. There are so many options to choose from. We go at least once a week. I love that I'm supporting a small business when I buy breakfast for my family there. It is such an inviting environment. Employees are always such a help.

This was the first time I visited Jack's Donuts. Donuts were fresh and tasty. They have a variety of them to choose from. The staff was friendly and helped us select the popular ones. The hot latte was amazing.

They have the most sexiest and delicious coffee ive ever had in my whole entire life.i choose them over starbucks and dunkin everyday.an iced caramel roll w soy is to die for bro

Great place for a dozen glazed to perfection or what other yummy treats you might like, I recommend the cream cheese, but they only make them Thurs through sat.

Went there yesterday and got a small coffee and a medium frapp'e. Was charged 7.07. I looked at price menu because I thought that wasn't right. I said something to the guy but he just told me the specialty drinks are high. After leaving I totaled up what we had and it looks like we were charged for a large speciality drink but we ordered a medium and got medium. 1.00 + tax = 1.07 over charge. BE CAREFUL

If these are the only donuts around and you get them fresh, they’re ok. I do like the chocolate frosted long johns. I will say that! Also, Indiana local. The service is fast, good coffee, cold or hot.

The best donuts i have tasted and nice the first time i walked in there i was like 10 or 11 and they gave me and my sister 2 free donuts

Still some of the best around; they're just not the same though anymore. The recipe has changed or something. Plus the variety is a lot less than in earlier years. If I hadn't grown up with these I'd probably give a higher rating; I just know they can be better.
