DO NOT STAY HERE! I used to stay here all the time. It was great. They've declined after they renovated, surprisingly. I will never stay here again. It's gone downhill. The service is awful. The manager is no help resolving issues. Drive a little further to stay at a different Holiday Inn Express. This one doesn't value its members!

The staff was very nice and informative. I was able to get checked in smoothly and the room is amazing. I love how the house keepers did the cute flower with the kleenex. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for a quick one night stop and the customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in to the time I checked out. The breakfast was actually good compared to some other hotels in the area. The elevator was a double sided so that was a nice touch to the hotel. The room was clean and they have Dove body wash (the big bottles) which is always a plus lol

Easy on and off location. Some decent restaurants in the area (recommend Los Patio for Mexican). Room was good - clean and seemed updated. Breakfast was good as well. Didn't have a chance to check the pool out on this trip. Maybe next time. Overall a nice stay.

Everything about this location was good. Close to airport, friendly staff and very clean. The doors on most rooms looked very dated. But overall we had a very nice stay.

BED BUGS! Do not stay here! I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights each for a work trip. One of the rooms had a beg bug infestation, my co worker was severely bit overnight.

When we brought this up to hotel management, they offered to change rooms and refund 1 night. My coworker who was bit ended up leaving the hotel before the end of our trip for obvious reasons, cutting his nights to 2. The hotels response was to refund the night he already was not staying… I tried to talk to management to try to resolve the issue but they would not budge.

In over 10 years of booking hotels for work related travel I have never had this issue. The local hotel staff tried to help as much as they could but management didn’t seem to think that a bed bug infestation was an issue that required not charging us for the nights in which my coworker was bit, so much that the sheets had tiny blood stain droplets on it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE

I am very particular about the places we stay at. I must say with all honesty, that this establishment is at a quality of excellence. The front staff was polite, and very attentive to our needs. Eugenia whom in my opinion has loving magic in her hands. You can taste the love in the breakfast she not only makes, but happily serves in so clean the sparkle buffet containers. Managing to keep the area very clean as guest serve themselves and accidentally make little messes. Attending to the area right away. Gabriella a.k. A as Gabby really made the lobby and elevator sparkle with cleanliness as well. All in all housekeeping is superb. Sean at the front desk was amazing. Such a nice young man whom really stood out. I walked around the entire property and was taken by the cleanliness maintained. The pool area was richly set our for maximum enjoyment and the maintenance man was very nice to attend us and ensure comfort by opening the door for a little breeze. I must add that the Manager sure is an excellent one. Ms. Ellen Rozens extends her very nice professional ways with so much class. I witnessed her go up to her employee's and express concern, showing gratitude with care. Unseen these days. It was more than a pleasure to have visited this Holiday Inn Express. I highly recommend you come and be as delighted as we were entirely. The price was extremely reasonable and after our experience we shall be coming back. We much happiness I submit this very true comment.

Nice enough place. Currently being renovated. The rooms are nice—cool wardrobe.

The door card reader sporadically works and the elevator is very slow.

Being right off the highway the traffic noise is a bit loud.
They are remodeling but that wasn't much of an issue.
They need to address the room doors slamming, they are heavy and slam shut which is very loud all night long.

Currently remodeling, so the front door was non op on a race weekend. Could have planned that a little better.overall, it's a good, not great, experience.

Do NOT stay here! The room was disgusting and the general manager was horrendous! When I first got in I thought everything was fine, until I saw a bug that looked like a cockroach run across the floor. I killed the bug and called the front desk. The girl that answered was very nice, apologized for the bug, and apologized for the fact that they had no other rooms available for me to move to and said that I could speak with her GM in the morning to talk about what could be done. It was 2 AM and I couldn't go anywhere else so I had to stay but decided to take a closer look at the rest of the room. That was when I discovered the other issues shown in the pictures including blood smears on the floor, a spec of blood on one side of the bed, a hair on the other side of the bed, broken furniture, dirty shower, and furniture that was wrapped in plastic for some reason.

In the morning when I spoke with the GM, right off the bat she was unbothered and not at all concerned with any of the issues I mentioned, she was very curt with me, and simply stated that if I had such a horrible time then I should've left despite it being 2 AM. After explaining the situation again and showing her the pictures of the room she said all she could do is take off the taxes & fees which was $30. $30 is not appropriate compensation for providing a room with actual biohazard materials in it, never mind the other issues or how the GM handled the situation. I've worked customer service all of my life, and I cannot believe that someone who talks to dissatisfied customers like this is their GM. A few days later I tried to follow up to talk with another manager, and unfortunately received the same GM informing me that she is the only manager at that location, and then she immediately began giving me the same attitude telling me that I should've left at 2AM if I wanted a refund. I'm not sure if she thought she could treat me like that because I'm young and wouldn't put up a fight, if she was prejudice, or just mean for sport, but in any case, her behavior was completely uncalled for and wildly inappropriate as a GM. I will never go back to this location, and would strongly advise anyone else from staying there as well.

I just spent four nights at this hotel and the only thing I was NOT dissapointed in was the Customer Service. Here are just a few things I was dissapointed in:
No daily newspaper as advertised, pool not headed as advertised, hot tub out of service, fittness ctr equipment inoperatble, room had a terrible odor, daily room cleaning poor, no clean towels, no new coffee cups or coffee, bathroom poorly cleaned, one of the two elevators out of order and missing items from room. This is NOT what I expected from a Holiday Inn.

Under construction, so my door was hard to open and close. But the room was very nice. Staff was amazing! Location was a little sketchy. I was afraid to go out after dark due to people outside the hotel next door.

We stayed over 3 nights and there is a note in the room about putting a sign outside the door if you don't require maid service that day. We did that between day one and two. But on day three we expected service. Nothing in the room stated that stay overs are only serviced certain days of the week, I found this out when I went to the desk to ask for clean towels for that evening. The desk service was prompt and polite at getting what I needed. The drop in the star rating for service is for the vagueness of the housekeeping postings in the room. We would have not put the sign out the second day had we known that day was our only chance to have had the room serviced.

Definitely ready for the renovations to be over. Always my choice of stay when I'm in town for business. The only complaint I would have is the last stay. I checked out early and was still charged for another night, although I checked out only a few minutes after the 11: 00 check out time.

Skip This Property, not up to HIE Standard or IHG Group Standard.
I don't even know where to start with.

1. Hard to find outlet inside room (means not having enough or at minimum required Outlet)
2. Parking lot is not big enough not that i need to park big truck with trailer but not sufficient parking.
3. Breakfast is not up to standard. Fruit section at least should have Banana.
4. Amenities in room are so Low Grade, need to replace.
I know they are doing some upgrade, but this hotel condition is so down grade.

I’m writing this because the staff here went above and beyond to help my niece who was stranded in Indianapolis when she lost her luggage and her purse was stolen. I was able to authorize the payment of a room with proper forms being sent via email. Tracey and Ellen at check-in helped her everyday she stayed, from getting a new phone operational, a ride to the police station to retrieve her ID, and god knows what else. They answered every question she or I had and I’m in New York! Lol. Tracey and Ellen, these two women…just…WOW. Thank you so so much for your kindness and understanding. The manager and the shuttle driver for all their help too. I’m sorry I don’t know everyone’s name and if I left anyone out it wasn’t intentional. I’m honored that my niece was lucky enough to have met you all. She did reach her original destination with a few hiccups due to inclement weather regarding her flight. Again Thank You. My husband and I hope to visit this area someday and be lucky enough to personally meet you all. Best place ever!

Our daughter was hospitalized for 28 days at Indiana University Hospital. We decided to stay a few miles out as downtown is expensive and there is a charge for parking. We chose Holiday Inn Express near airport, and I'm so glad we did! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would highly recommend this hotel.
