Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis - Fishers, an IHG Hotel

We have two toddlers and we got a complaint from someone underneath us that there’s too much walking/noise. The woman at the front office called to ask what we can do about that and we explained that we can just make two toddlers sit down and she replied with “they can’t have unhappy customers”. We decided to leave because there’s nothing else we could do about the walking/playing. The women had 0 empathy or apologies as we left. Also the mini fridge didn’t keep a cold temperature in our room and our food ended up spoiling after a few hours.
