This place is always super busy for a good reason, the staff is awesome (always working their tail off to deliver excellent service) and the food is great. I love that they started selling mystery grab bags of the ice cream mistakes.

Been here so many times. Delicious ice cream. On my last visit, my Blizzard was incredible. Good amount of toppings. Polite workers. Fast service. Makes us Brickies so proud! Keep up the good work and I'll be back for more!

With the hassle of not being able to go inside to order, the good people of our Hobart dq have gone out of their way to manually open a second drive thru. They are out in the parking lot serving ice cream face to face. Or a burger, or fries, you get the point. Don't let the line of cars at the drive thru fool you, their quick.

I go here frequently since I live closely and I always get great service! Today a girl helped me get my bags to my car in the pouring rain as I'm 8 months pregnant and was carrying my 2 year old.

Who can complain about DQ? The drive up line was really long so I went inside. Great decision! There was only 1 person in front of me. There was a huge wait staff working their buts off for all the drive up people. People in the driveup line don't realize that. Great job DQ!

Customer service was good! They opened a second drive thru lane to accommodate the line and road traffic. Ice cream and desert's were good!

Positives.
-Employees very nice -Good food - And [usually] not too crowded
Negatives.
-Rather cramped area outside it on a bike, and a bit cramped inside - Indoors need some work such as a little more of a matching colour scheme and organization

Overall, there's not really anything wrong with it, the negatives arent big deals at all and dont affect the experience at all.

I took my mom for the new Mint Girl Scout Cookie Blizzard. I have to say, it was really good! They had 2 lines, but it was still really slow. We went around 2pm. The lines were out in the middle of the road! I think they need more help! But I have to admit, it was really good!

Always a long line and wait when I go. But one of my favorite memories happened here. While I was waiting for my blizzard, one of the workers dipped a cone into the chocolate. However, the ice cream fell into the chocolate and I guess the worker had a long day so she reached her hand into the chocolate, pulled out the fallen ice cream and chucked it on the ground screaming. I laughed so hard that night.

Store was extremely business which is good but my wife noticed that a male employee was scratching his head over the fries and chicken strips stations. The manager didn't even talk to the employee about it. I told her that we hope that we didn't get any food that he was preparing. She didn't say anything to him about or offer to remake our food.

Food is awesome as always just wish the drive thru line wasn't so hectic. Even tho they now have 2 lines it still stretches out into the street: (

Always get order right, great deals from app, fresh hot food, decent amount of fries and great customer service, been going for years, app makes it better and the reward points get free items really fast.

There was an older man in line in front of me and the cashier was not only extremely patient but also extremely helpful to him went out of her way to assist him to assist him

Very good restaurant, great food, great staff. I have grown up eating here and it is definitely one of my favorite places to grab a bite.

Very courteous staff. Line was not a long wait. I passed about five on the way home. All had a minimum of two cars in line. A lot of us love DQ!
