We celebrated our baby's 1 year old Birthday Party and it was amazing! Lots of fun for all ages of the kids and adults. The staff were terrific and extremely helpful especially Zöe and Diamond. The in-laws said it was the best birthday party they've ever been too! We agree Thank-you for making this day so special and memorable for us

Little pricey but fun and not overwhelming even for adults! The bar is awesome with great bartenders, bowling is fun!

Laser tag at Tilted 10 was great! Well organized and maintained. The layout was big enough to keep the game competitive. The worker was very knowledgeable and helpful! We also enjoyed some of the other arcade-type games.

We went in the deep-chill of winter so we were pretty bundled-up. The second floor is extremely warm to the point that you should be in shorts and a tee! So dress in layers!

Super great place!

Went in 2 separate times to get one of those Cookie things and waited in front of the food counter for an hour before we finally just left. Apparently serving alcohol was more important. There was so many other people there also waiting for food and they were also pretty mad.

Fun games, Bumper cars, mini golf, Claw machines that are kinda rigged, Good prizes. A STAPLE IN THE ARCADE COMMUNITY. 4/5 it's okay

Better than a mediocre experience here.
Some the games are too loud, my little ones had trouble with the noise.
My wife and I travel around to find pinball, Stern mostly.

Just a great place to have fun with the family or on a date! I appreciate the convenience of the location, two floors of games, bowling, and creating memories for years to come!

Service and party was sub par. Not worth the money. Will not host an event here again. Told the manager alex about how the guy behind the bar ignored me in line while he kept wiping tables and looking at me but wouldn't come take me order. Didn't offer any resolution. Go to Dave and Busters instead.

Waited 40 minutes to redeem my tickets. Went and got a worker.and they helped one person and left me standing there. Eventually just had to leave. Other people were standing around wondering what was going on and left too. Waste of money!

Glad to see a arcade in the mall again, but there are problems. Price is too high. The crane machines are set up to not win. Only got less than 1% value for the amount spent. The candy was out of date. Twizzlers should not be rock hard. Don't recommend going more than once. This was my first time for my birthday and was disappointed. I know there are better places like this in the world. Try Round one.

I’ve been a member of the pinball league since Tilted 10 opened. The restaurant has gone severely downhill in terms of quality and variety. The staff members are fantastic sweethearts, but this place is obviously understaffed. It Regularly takes 15 minutes for assistance in purchasing a play card or a beverage. Absolutely no fault of the staff…there are simply not enough employees to go around. Turnover seems quite high which makes me think it’s a management issue. Understaffing also leads to things like lowered safety standards and unattended kids. Aaaaand they got rid of a few popular pinball machines. Not a very competitive game selection based on the market in the local area. I have fun here but I think there’s an issue with management prioritizing profit over people/customers based on my experiences.

Fun place for adults and kids. The only issue was the long wait to order food. There was only one man taking walk up orders, taking bar orders, taking food to guest, making drinks & washing glasses! I felt bad for him. They definitely need to hire more help for the weekends.

This place is not worth the time. Had a party for my family and spent about $800 so the staff can be rude, equipment not working and their specials are a complete rip off. Don’t recommend this place at all.

We had a lot of fun here! We did bowling and played arcade games. It is pretty pricey though.

S uch a scam.on top of the Horrible service. Took 20 minutes to get someone to help with bumper cars.
And we got this adventure toy.the lion didn't even have the electronic piece for the roar.such a scam.

They also own the yellow claw machine by barnes and nobles. THAT'S BEEN EATING EVERYONES MONEY FOR YEARS. AND THEY NEVER FIX IT.

Amazing time for kids AND adults. Games were awesome, some many claw games.we all won something!
We'll be back for sure.

This used to be my family's go to for a entertaining night out, Not so much any more. This place started going downhill a while ago, we stopped coming here because of a issues with trying to redeem a switch oled. Against my better judgment today we stopped in hopeful that things might have turned around at some point. From the poorly staffed bar, to the broken games, the sound of games cranked to 100 and the zero Fs given by management to correct any issues, this place has found a way to get even worse.

We used to come here a lot, had my sons birthday here and won some cool stuff. (2 switches, Xbox one, and a oculus quest 2) had some nice date nights and spent plenty of money here, so it's very sad to see this place as bad as it is.

It suckes to have to write such a bad review about this place, but since my last straw has been broken I figured that this might save someone from getting there night ruined by coming here.

If you made it this far in this review then I'll leave you with a word of advice with this place. Keep track of your tickets and winnings, because the system they use doesn't always count your tickets correctly.

Tryed getting nascar game sat during visit wrong ticket info on son in law didn't say anything but bothered me was going give for a gift. Serval of machines miss fired we didn't say anything kind of disappointed with visit

Even though I'm past 60, I had a good time with my wife and son (30). A round of glow-in-the-dark mini golf, 10 frames of mini bowling, and some refreshments for $50.
Now I'll sound like an oldster and say it was a bit loud, a bit warm, and a bit pricey. But still a good afternoon out.

Normally this place would get five stars because they have fun games and excellent food. But last time I went I was shocked to find out that six of the eight games we tried to play did not work or were broken. Then we had to go to the hassle of trying to get a refund on those credits which wasn't the biggest deal but when a child goes in there excited to play games and nothing works it's a very disappointing experience. One of the claw machines, the mini bowling, second player mortal Kombat, the motorcycle VR, the side by side air hockey, The four player VR gun game. It was crazy. I'll give them another chance and update my review when I do.

It was nice, the kids had fun. Two floors of games and amusements. Good place for winter family fun after mall shopping.

Seems expensive for what you get from it. Some games are definitely better than others, but I suppose it's great for smaller children. The manager was eating while talking to me, which is not ok.

Fun time. Games worked well. Not over priced. Only thing that didn't work was air hockey, it was missing pucks.

The name says it all. I went here to bowl on a date and was not too thrilled with the bowling alley part of this place. I suppose when you pay less than $25 including shoes for 2 people for an hour, you are mostly paying for the atmosphere. The lanes seemed to be tilted (which is why I say the name says it all) because most of the balls rolled down the lane went into the gutter. Aside from the bowling part, there are a lot of different arcade games to play, there's a few VR stations set up, laser tag, and mini golfing. I would return to try the arcade part of this place, but no more bowling.

Not my kind of place, but I went for a bit for someone else. Not a good place to bring babies. Too many obnoxious noises on every single game, plus screens and bright and blinking lights in every direction.

Great place for taking the little kids, birthday parties, or a cute little date night just for two! They've got games and activities for everyone. The pinball machines are a must! They've got all the classics.

The laser tag is awesome! The staff is also super nice and friendly. Great bar area too if you just want to step in for some good drinks. Our whole family had a wonderful time!

Great place to keep people of all ages entertained, good food and drinks. Bring a hoody, they keep that place frigid cold.

A lot to do. Mini golfing was fun and loved that there were older games in addition to newer games for the kids. Fun place to go.

Huge variety and it is kept very clean. Kids had a lot of fun. Food was average and about expected for this type of venue, definitely the loaded tots were good. Service however was absolutely outstanding!

I visited tilted with my friends and we had a blast employees were very friendly and super helpful.they showed me the packages and explained them very well.one employee that stood out to me was Dominic.he was very outgoing and did everything in his power to make sure we were taken care of and knew what we were purchasing.i will definitely be visiting again with my family next time.i look forward to the great experience i had with my last visit

Experience was ok but very pricy we spent 20 dollars and only got to play 6 games then the points were gone and most machines are pricey with some 8 and others up to 16 points
