1/29 - Another great visit. Dr. Orser is terrific and is a caring dentist. The office staff are always super friendly including Carolann, Lisa, Angie, Kelly and lab assistant Cynthia.

Orser told me son had 10 cavities! Second DDS opinion. No cavities. I never returned and they don t remember me!

I have been a patient of Dr. Springer's for several years and followed him from Indianapolis to Chicago. I drive all the way to Illinois to see him as he is absolutely the best at what he does. You will not find a dentist more dedicated to his craft - he is constantly engaged in improving his techniques and mastering the art of cosmetic and functional dentistry. His facilities and staff are second to none. He sets the bar in the Chicago area and the entire Midwest. As a physician myself, I appreciate his attention to how oral and jaw function and sleep apnea are tied to patient's overall health. His communication with other subspecialists when needed and use of the most advanced imaging and technology in dentistry is aspiring. I simply cannot recommend Dr. Springer strongly enough.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The amazing team always treats everyone like family and works so hard to make sure everyone is taken care of and feeling their best!

I have been a patient here for MANY years and have had lovely interactions every single time. The staff is truly delightful, my hygienist is wonderful, and the doctors are particularly good at presenting options and choices without immediately pushing for major procedures first.

I’ve been with this practice for over 40 years. Even after moving 30 miles away 35 years ago, I never gave a thought to finding a dentist closer to my home. The knowledge Drs Orser and Springer and the client care they provide is amazing. I have never felt in better hands than when I had a monster infection and after months of attempts to save my tooth, we ended up extracting it. They did everything possible but it kept coming back and only after the extraction was it apparent that it never would have healed on its own. Best decision ever. The entire staff is amazing and I’m really thankful that I met Dr Orser while making his business deposit at my teller window 40+ years ago.

VERY thorough exam and analysis. Dr Springer clearly explains complex issues. I really like his holistic approach when evaluating me and how he presents multiple treatment options. Lisa was terrific and she and Dr Springer always make me feel truly cared about.

I’ll never go anywhere else! Everyone always has a smile on their face and makes sure you are comfortable. Dr. Springer is the best, he is very passionate about his work!

Doctor Springer and the entire staff at Arlington Hts. Dentistry have always been very professional and welcoming, starting from the front office to all of the lovely ladies within this first class organization. Going to the dentist is not something I normally look forward to, but everyone has always made each visit a pleasure.

For many years I have been patient/customer at this dentistry and I always enjoyed (as far as you can use this term for dental work) excellent service by Dr. Orser and the entire team. Now, everybody getting older, I got some concerns about the foreseeable change due retirement, as it takes me a long time to find confidence and trust to someone looking after my teeth. For me, here was the pleasant experience I had with the "extended" and on-going transition from Dr. Orser to Dr. Springer. It was easy to get acquainted with the person Dr. Springer and the way he performs the work he is doing. So, my initial concerns are entirely gone and I believe my dental needs will continue to be satisfied here.
And for now my believe, as stated earlier/above, is unchanged. My trust in this dentistry remains high and applies to all individuals working there, in a friendly and well equipped environment.

Everyone I worked with from Dr. Springer to office staff to hygienists were wonderful & kind. Very accommodating & helpful. I would refer anyone I care for to this office.
