Best dentist place I've had in a very long time. They actually take their time and explain everything to you. Very informative and quick to offer suggestions on better oral hygiene.

Perfect! How going to see your dentist should be! Friendly and attentive staff, beautiful layout (felt like a 5 star hotel), and mostly importantly Dr and his team took excellent care of me. If you live in the western suburbs this is the place to go for your care.

Is was an awesome experience it did not feel like the dentist. It feels like downtown upscale restaurant.

Dr. Hibba and my Dental Hygienist are awesome. If you need a good dentist and Hygienist please visit them. You will not be disappointed.

I don’t have anxiety about going to the dentist or anything but I think they would be good for someone who does. The doctors and technicians are super nice and you get to watch Netflix on the ceiling during your cleaning.

The people I dealt with were very professional, kind, and answered all my questions in language I could easily understand.

My kids and I have been coming here for many years now and the service has always been amazing. The minute you walk in the door you’re greeted. The front desk people are very nice. The billing staff are all very nice people and they know what they’re doing. They’ve helped me understand my coverage/benefits. The dentists are hands down awesome! They’re very down to earth people who are always willing to break things down for one to better understand a process or anything else. I 100% trust them. The dental staff such as the hygienist are all very knowledgeable people and very friendly. They make you feel comfortable and they always give tips on how to better your dental health. I honestly don’t have one single complaint about this place. I 100% recommend

The entire staff is very kind, professional, and courteous. I have been coming here for a couple of years but my mom noticed a major improvement from switching here. My mom has been dealing with periodontal disease for years. I deal with recurring gingivitis as well. The hygenists do an excellent job at educating the patient on proper flossing techniques and ways to maintain proper oral hygeine. Highly recommended. My gums don't bleed when I floss anymore!

I had a infection at my leftside back tooth, was seen/ taken very good care by Dr. Diab and staff everything went smoothly. They explain what was going to be done and given instructions to follow at home, had to take antibiotics. Next day receieve a call to see how I was feeling. Great attention/ service. Have a follow up visit soon. Highly recommended.

Had three crowns and a extraction done. Very professional, kind, and caring. Made sure I knew exactly what was happening and took away all the pain. I was very nervous, and after the extraction I felt silly for being nervous! Did a wonderful job. Going to have more work done by them and I feel confident that I will reach the smile I have dreamed about.

This place is outstanding. I don't think I have had my teeth so cleaned before. I have major dental phobia and they made me feel at ease. The front staff is welcoming and the treatment coordinator was sensitive to my situation. I highly recommend!

At Smile More Dental the staff is very polite, I have always been seen at or not long after my arrival for my appointment, my treatment plan is clear cut with what's needed and how much it cost.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, I had an issue with a implant. And at first through miscommunication I was told there was nothing this office can do, but upon hearing this the upper management really did all they could to ensure that my new dentist could fix my implant even sending replacement parts.

Everyone is friendly yet professional and very knowledgeable. I've had nothing but great experiences there. I still go there despite moving 15 miles away.

Love their friendly customer service, very compassionate, gentle (or at least they warn you first that it's going to hurt), and very transparent about the treatment options and cost. Love that they have TVs playing Schitts Creek on the ceiling so you can try to laugh while getting your teeth worked on
Not a 5 star review only because cleaning cost me $240 because I "needed a special gingivitis cleaning" which I am not convinced was worth the money. Maybe just review the cheaper cleaning options before you say yes.

I had a wonderful first visit at Smile More Dental in Lombard. The receptionist Nicole was professional and well prepared for my visit and even helped me with some initial paperwork.

The assistant, Rose handled my
X-ray and was very informative about the procedures, she made me feel comfortable before the Doctor saw me.

I cracked a tooth and SMD was able to get me in for a root canal consultation the same day I called! Amazing!

Dr. Diab looked over my x-ray and did a cold test on my broken tooth straight away. He delivered the good news that I did not need a root canal, only a crown.

Because of SMD professionalism, well trained staff, and immaculate office cleanliness I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Smile More Dental in Lombard.

I have been coming to this office for about 3 or 4 years now. From the moment I walk into the door, the receptionist are wonderful. My hygienist is fabulous. She is gentle and very thorough. She lets me know the areas that I need to focus on when cleaning and compliments me when I’m doing well. Dr. Hiba is one of a kind. She did an excellent job on my implants and I am so grateful I found her. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental service.

I had an emergency dental problem and i will add i also have a fear of dentists. They got me in immediately spent 3 hours working on getting me back to normal. I wasn’t home 4 hours and the Dr called me to see how i was doing. All the staff and the dentist here are amazing! No pain, he was very good with me and my fears! I cannot say enough good things about this Dental office!

I have been examined by many dentists and had multiply procedures done elsewhere. But Dr. DIAB is the best and he does excellent work at a reasonable price. I will differently go back.

I've been going to this office for about 2yrs now and this last appointment has been the most rewarding. All previous times were great but this session was really excellent. The process was seamless. All my questions were answered. Everyone was friendly and made me feel well taken care of. It has been several days and my teeth still feel really clean. Absolutely loved my experience at this dentist. The service was great everyone. I called same day because my wisdom teeth were giving me the worst pain. With the holidays being this week I was scared I wouldn’t be able to get in anywhere. That was not the case here. Dr. Sam took me right and removed both of my wisdom teeth and I feel so much better. I’m absolutely switching dentists. I know I have some more dental work to do and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

On black Friday I had the horror of loosing a filling. I called and was able to get a Saturday appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly at the front desk. The guy that took my x-rays made me feel so comfortable and was very nice and professional. The dentist was very knowledgeable and helped me with my anxiety. Unfortunately for me the previous dentist didn't do that good of a job so he had to fix her mistakes. I have to give a huge compliment to Paloma. She called me on a Sunday on a closed day to see if I was ok! Who does that. I was with a client and even she was shocked at the amazing customer service. I was still numb because of the location of the filling. She immediately called the dentist and a prescription was filled in 10 mins! I admit I was nervous about it but after I finished the medication my mouth is back to normal. The filling looks so good you can't tell it's not my tooth. I will be back for a cleaning and have already told all my clients and friends. They are so nice and also came up with a plan to get my teeth in the best shape.

The Smile More Dental smells good and is really clean. During waiting for appointment I didn’t have scary feeling I’m going to the dentist. Time what I was waiting surprised me- something around 5 min, not like everywhere, where nobody doesn’t respect your time.
Dr Hiba is very thorough professionalist. She answered for my many questions with patience and smile. What was very important for me, I heard they consult results of patient between the doctors- it mean they have good intentions and want make good job. Visit wasn’t long, they know very well, what they do. Even during x- ray everyone was caring about my person. With pleasure I made another appointment.
