The dental and concierge staff are all very nice and on top of everything, and the environment is comfortable. Dr Shah works quickly and efficiently. This is by far the best dental care I’ve received.

I didn’t like the crown here at all. When doctor placed the crown, it was not comfortable at all. I felt like it was too big and told to doctor about it. First couple of days were terrible. The doctor said that it might be too high and that’s why it was polished on the top to decrease the height. It did help me a lot because initially I could not even eat any food that is hard like chips. But even after shortening the height of the crown 3 times (quite significantly) it is still not good because I even noticed that I have inflammation next to the crown. I don’t think the measurement for the crowns were done well here. If the measurements were right, I should not have any inflammations near crown. I am not an expert in crowns, but I think my crown doesn’t fit well with the gums.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Skyline Smiles is AMAZING! Everything is super organized and every single person is extremely friendly from the moment you step into the office until you leave. I had a dental implant done with Dr. Worth and he was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place.

Leatrice was wonderful! She made me feel comfortable through my cleaning and explained step by step everything she was doing. She is a great asset to Skyline and I appreciated her kindness and insightfulness.

I went here to get a single tooth of a permanent retainer rebonded. Instead of scraping off existing cement on the tooth (easy access being the furthest to the outside tooth), they bonded additional cement over the existing cement so that it stuck out further. I told them that it did not feel stable and less than a month after it was on, it broke off. I've had this permanent retainer on for over 10 years without any problems. They charged me $150 for this incredibly poor quality job. They charged this because it is their code for putting on a completely new permanent retainer and they "had no way" of charging only for fixing a single tooth.

When calling back after this broke off shortly after the initial visit, they said they would have to charge an additional $150 to get this looked at again.

I've never had such poor quality of care given by a dentist.

Me being a first time patient and someone who hasn't been to a dentist in years everyone was so kind and attractive and caring and I thank them for welcoming me.

Dr. Ned and Carlos were an amazing team for my 30yr old wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Ned has a great bedside manner, took the time to make sure I was comfortable, kept me in the loop of what they were doing (if I wanted to know), and I’m pretty sure two teeth took them less than 45min. Currently in the healing process and everything seems to be going smoothly. Carlos was a calm presence, pre, post and during. Taught me how to properly gauze, and comforted my nerves before the procedure.

I used to despise going to the dentist but no more! Dr. Ned, Dr. Worth, and all of their staff are great! They went above and beyond in making me comfortable throughout my procedure and I could not be happier with the experience. The office is EXTREMELY clean and they have taken every precaution necessary during and post pandemic. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned now! Hands down, the best dentists I've been to in Chicago.

The front desk is very welcoming. The service for the clean / exam is top notch. Anyone living in west loop should make this their primary dentist.
