The person who answered my call was very professional and took the time to listen. I was in pain and didn't know the area, so she explained her location and mine and gave me directions and got me into the office within 30 minutes. They made the process very simple, which was important to a person in pain and got me to see a dentist quickly and was diagnosed and treated within an hour and all the associates were very friendly and professional!

Awesome staff and always a pleasant experience! My hygienist (Theresa Hamilton) of over 10 years is the absolute BEST!

Very unfortunate. I have a Blue Cross PPO. Chose this group because they were in network. They then dropped out of network. Never communicated to us that they lost their "In network" status. Charged my wife $367 dollars with upcharges and then attempted to schedule me today for an "annual" cleaning with ZERO mention of them being out of network. Very unethical. When I confronted them, they took zero responsibility. "There is nothing I can do". Made no effort to get us on the line with the insurance company and do a soft transfer to get it figured out. I still have NO communication via email, text or voicemail notifying patients of losing their network affiliation.

They called me to remind me of my appointment.very friendly staff. They did a very good job on my teeth, the hygienist was very careful with my teeth and excellent work. I love this place I highly recommend it.

Dr. Shah has impressed me once again! They managed to squeeze me in to fix an issue quickly and for a reasonable price compared to the amount of work done.

Dr. Shah and his staff treat their patients was so much care. I have been going for years and I appreciate how they make sure I’m comfortable. He makes sure that I understand what work I need to have done and answers all my questions (cavities, fillings, bridge, cleanings, etc). Highly recommend!

Never had a bad experience and I have been going there for years. I have all my cleanings done there and have also had other, more extensive, dental work done by them. Staff and doctors are courteous and helpful and they listen to your concerns. I would not go anywhere else. Many years later and still the best dentist around! Just had a crown put in and they could do everything, including the permanent crown, in less than 2 hours. Don’t have to go back for a second appointment. How great is that? ! Again, would not go anywhere else!

I was in search of a local dentist for an emergency appointment. After informing each place that this is an emergency, they didn’t seem to care and one place tried scheduling me in August. After finding Round lake family Dentistry, they were able to book me right away. Ana is the absolute best, answering my questions and made me feel comfortable there. Definitely recommend this place!

I discovered RLFD because I had a tooth emergency. I had so much pain and was calling many dentist offices with zero luck. At RLFD, they were able to pencil me in immediately. Since, they’ve been my preferred dental office.

After treating my tooth emergency, I expressed to dr.shah that I wanted Invisalign, but I wasn’t hopeful because other dentist told me I wouldn’t be a good candidate, but dr. Shah worked wonders with my Invisalign treatment and I can’t stop smiling!

Did I mention the ladies in the office are so professional and organized? I recommend RLFD to everyone.

Stay away. Dentists (specifically Dr. Rudyk) doesnt know what he is doing. Plus they will do anything to overcharge you. I called about an issue with my crown (Dr. Rudyk did it A month prior) and I was told the dentist “put in his notice” and is no longer working there starting in June.
No concern whatsoever about my pain or potential infection. A crown was done but I wouldn’t be surprised if I will need a root canal to fix what he did. If I can warn anyone off this dentist office with this review take it as a saving grace. Go anywhere but here!

My first and only experience with this clinic. I called the clinic to make an urgent appointment with Dr. Mykola Rudyk. Receptionist said that the first available appointment was in a month and a half and explained its because Dr.works there only on Saturdays. I asked where he works on other days, the administrator replied that he doesn't work anywhere else. And it turned out to be a lie. I found out that the doctor has his own practice in Des Plaines. I was actually ready for an alternative, as I have urgent matter, but nothing was offered to me. Advice to the owner of the clinic: educate your staff and Don't lie to your potential new client!

We really appreciate the Round Lake Family Dentistry office, we were going to a dentist closer to home and this office is well worth our trip and extra few minutes in the car. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been going to this dentist since they opened and have always had a good experience. Even when I have been hesitant on getting a procedure I never felt pressured. Alway patient answering my questions.

Everyone is super friendly here, I’m not a big fan of the dentist but they make you feel very comfortable here, I definitely love my smile more now than I have in a long time!

Dr Shah and his team are amazing! Called yesterday and Anna was able to squeeze me in today for an extraction. He was so thorough and careful. I literally had no idea the tooth was even out until he was stitching me up. Will absolutely refer them to all of our friends. And how convenient it’s 2 mins from our house.

Super gentle cleaning. I don’t think I ever enjoyed a cleaning but Theresa did awesome. The doctor is super calm, friendly, and gave complete attention. It’s been a while since I found a”family” dental office.

The reception ladies fit me in the same morning last minute for a dental emergency. I walked in the staff was super nice. Dr. Shah and Alex were great I felt comfortable being a new patient. I would recommend.

I had a filling fall out which became infected. They booked an emergency appointment for me Tuesday and got me treated by the end of the week (root canal and crown). Very professional and very empathetic. I am so grateful for their care and help.

I was in from out of town and feared I had an infection going on. With it being the holiday season, I didn't want to be stuck with an issue and no treatment options. Scoped online for a nearby dentist and I was able to schedule the appt online quickly and easily for the next morning. The staff and Dr Shaw were all great, friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out pretty quick which I like. I recommended them to my nearby family.

Called in for my husband as a new patient and got in an hour later on a Saturday afternoon. Received very good service and everyone there was wonderful to work with. Definitely will be making this my new dental office for my family. Thank you for great work!

They allowed me to have a wisdom tooth extracted the day after I left the ER, they did not put me under anesthesia. The pain was so intolerable, not the actual extraction, but the scraping of the tools on my face, that I only got one wisdom tooth extracted instead of two.

I was referred to RL family Dentistry and I am extremely pleased I checked them out. We have been going to see Dr Shah for about 7 years and I won't be going anywhere! Dr Shah was my son's first dentist and we haven't had any issues with dental fear. The dental assistants are patient and kind and very informative when my son asks questions. They even let him check out all the tools to see how they work and of course the beloved toy box is a favorite. My son is 11 and still asks to get something and they always let him. My husband hadn't seen a dentist since the Army and they set a clear game plan in place and we were very pleased with his results from the deep cleaning. Of course me being mom put my issues off and Dr Shah was understanding and worked with me in an extended timely. If it wasn't urgent we held off and took it slow to help with cost. I appreciated that. All in all the whole staff is very friendly and the various ways of communication; text, cell, email are an added bonus.

I have been going to Dr. Shah for a few years now. He is thorough and really knows what he is doing. The office staff and hygienists are also very skilled and friendly. Going to the dentist has never been so easy. So glad we found them!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time and I noticed a cavity on the side of my tooth so I decided to get it filled. I had been avoiding the dentist out of fear that my teeth would hurt. I picked this dentist because he was close to my house and had positive reviews. I went in for my filling and was told I have many cavities and would have to be put on a treatment plan. I was fine with this so I went ahead with the plan. I came back on April 19th and had my first set of cavities filled. I asked Dr. Shah at the end of the appointment if my teeth would hurt and he gave me a firm No and told me they wouldn’t hurt. Fast forward about a week and my teeth are sensitive and I cannot chew on the left side of my mouth where he filled the cavities. I went in again on May 17th to continue the treatment. He filled more teeth on the left side, this time on the top part of my teeth. I told him my other cavities still hurt and he asked me if the pain was getting better. I told him it was and he said good. This experience was disappointing especially after he told me they wouldn’t hurt at all. He didn’t seem to care that I was in pain and didn’t ask any other questions. Really sad since the whole reason I was avoiding the dentist for so long was pain.

It’s now the end of may and I still can’t chew on the left side of my mouth without experiencing pain. I would not recommend this dentist for tooth fillings. He didn’t even offer me metal fillings which I didn’t realize was an option until after. Very secretive doctor and doesn’t share much information.

The staff there was very nice and easy to talk to…the dentist that I saw was very caring and pleasant to talk to as well! I would definitely recommend others to their office

I have been going to this establishment for a few years now. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! The dental hygienist is ALWAYS so gentle. I have very sensitive teeth and I hardly feel a thing. Even when I had some extensive work done on my teeth, they were quite concerned and understanding of my fears or discomfort. The dentists are always kind and compassionate. The office staff are very professional. They also have several different days and times to choose from.

The girls in the office are super nice and helpful. For my first time in the office the dentist explained everthing thoroughly. So i would recommend most definitely

I would highly recommend this dentist office to my family and friends. I have a natural fear of dentists and some really terrible experiences. The dentists here listen to your fears and accommodate you in every way possible. And make the procedure pain free! 10 stars!

Only person I ever trust working on my mouth! Dr. Shah is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable for all of my procedures. I have had a lot of work done here, including a dental implant as well as some veneers/bonding. Never been so happy to show off my smile. He did an amazing job breaking down all of the procedures, letting me know exactly what we were going to do and executing the whole thing. My smile looks so natural and no one knows I’ve had work done unless I tell them! Thank you so much Dr. Shah!

Very friendly, I’ve had a lot of issues with dentists just not caring about what I want and only worries about max payout for themselves, I went in today without insurance got a full xray and multiple conversations about various things I want done for only 110 thought it was more then reasonable. And like I said very friendly from the second you walk in 10/10 from me
