Worth every penny. Cezar and his crew came out to fix a collapsed pipe in extremely cold temperatures. Cristian and Booker did jetting work inside and outside the home. They were extremely professional. The digging crew (Justin &JJ) were very careful and did as little damage to the yard as possible given the rain and snow. The whole crew was very educated on the task at hand and I will definitely use their services in the future.

Received numerous calls, texts and e-mails from the office that Greg was running late. That was appreciated but was over 2 hours late. As usual, Greg dd his usual excellent job.

I called Mr. Rooter who came to do a free estimate the next day. They called me before they came to let me know the eta which is great. They showed up on time and looked at my issue. It was such a easy fix they never charged me for coming out and problem resolved. I know next time I have an issue who to call Ty Mr. Rooter and Marissa at the Elk Grove location!

All I can say is WOW! Very very professional. Called on a Sunday when my water heater went out and they were happy to help. They had everything needed to get the job done properly and the price was right in line. The best part was they treated me like family. Would never use them again! The guy that came out was nice! But they charged me $240 to cut in to a pipe that they didn’t even have to do. And acted like they did me a favor. Paid $500 to have my sink rodded! Don’t use them!

Our sewer is over 90 years old, and never roded to my knowledge, and I've been here twenty years, they came out twice and made it right. Excellent work and clean up, would recommend to all, give them a call. Tell them Damian sent you.

We had a basement faucet leaking a lot. We called and got someone to come and check on it the same day. He was professional. He explained everything and also had another pipe to help replace ours. All was done and clean in less than an hour.

I am a professional property manager. We had a serious issue in a shared building pipe threatening to do expensive damage to one of your units on a Sunday afternoon. Great Customer Service from the get go. Mr. Rooter came out to give our business an estimate on our broken urinal. They called the next day with a followup on the quote. Asked if we had questions.ordered the part and came out to do the job. They called to see if they could come out early. Explained what they were doing and got the job done right. Very excited about the whole process considering we called another company that was recommended. They called me a 1/2 hour before they were scheduled to be at our office and canceled. I made a special trip to the office since we have a seasonal business. I was mad! My sister read the reviews on Mr. Rooter and figured we would give them a try. Highly recommended!

Upon learning our main shut off valve had seized, Roto came by and first inspected it and handled the communication with the city in order to coordinate them turning the water off at the street in order to do the repair. Not only were they prompt, organized and communicable, they took more initiative than I thought any plumber would by checking each faucet in the house and releasing any air within the pipes so that I wouldn’t have to. I would and will hire JJ with Roto for any and all plumbing services in a heartbeat.

I have used Mr. Rooter many times. Sharon, the woman I made the appointment with, was very friendly and helpful. They always send you knowledgeable and experienced technicians. This time I was lucky to get JJ who handled the job very well and he was able to overcome the obstacles that come with older plumbing.

Professional with transparent pricing: 1. They completed a massive sewage problem within 24 hours. Chicago inspectors were impressed with the work. 2. I called them back for a water heater issue (none emergency) - very prompt response. I recommend them highly.

Sump Pump was not working causing back-up to operate. The Mr. Rooter serviceman immediately identified problem as a defective float switch and without removing the pump backup, worked on the problem by reaching down into the pump pit. Switch was quickly and successfully installed. The serviceman provided a very positive experience for my family.

The technician, Greg, did a bang-up job of removing our old drum trap and installing an easier to maintain trap. While on site I asked him about water heaters since ours was undersized and over 16 years old. He gave me a quote and 2 weeks later was back for the install, in and out in less than 3 hours. Can't recommend them enough.

Very responsive (even late on a Friday night), arrived on time, got the work done in a reasonable amount of time, personable servicemen, and installed a solid piece of equipment, not a knock-off brand.

We had a great experience using Mr. Rooter Plumbing, not once but twice. Each time the service was great and they found and fixed or replaced everything we were having a problem with. They also did a free pipe inspection. The last job they did was a sump pump replacement and water heater replacement. Their prices are fair and the plumbers are honest and friendly. The customer service is very quick to answer your call or respond as soon as they can. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The plumber who came to my apartment was very helpful. He came in at a very convenient and fast time for the holiday season and fixed our issues in about 10 minutes, probably came in and left in about 30. For the holiday season, the price was reasonable and service was excellent. Would highly recommend this company if one is in a jam and needs fast service.

Mr. Rooter is great. They met my expectations every step of the way. Steven W was the technician that came out. He explained my situation and problem with my sewer drain clearly and gave me options on how to solve the problem. I was really impressed from the initial response time (I called on a Sunday afternoon) to the final follow up call from Destinee. I would 100% recommend Mr. Rooter out of EGV.

Technician Greg explained all options: repair existing faucet or replace with new faucet. He gave me price quotes on both options and pros/cons. He replaced the faucet, cleaned up the area he worked in and had me turn on faucet and check the stopper to make sure everything was working. He knows how to talk to the customer and connects with them.

I rated them 5 stars 9months ago when I needed it and I still stand by the 5 star review! Our restaurant had a backup and they were able to clear the back up quickly! Guys were super professional always kept their masks on and cleaned up after themselves after the job was done! Highly recommend!

My kitchen sink backed up 30 ft+ beyond the trap and there was nothing I could do so I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They were quick and on time. Erik was the person they sent out and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. After the initial visit that was only a rodding for the line the clog would not go away so we had to schedule a follow up visit for a hyrdro scrub treatment. So far my experience with the service with this company is great.
