Best experience ever. Been a patient here for at least 20+ years. I remain a patient because I feel at home here. Everyone is so professional, personable and like family. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. I feel like I am always in the best hands!

So I I was referred to Dr. Mitchell through a friend. So happy for my referral. Friendly service greeted me as I scheduled my appointment on the phone to the minute I walked out of my appointment. Can’t thank the staff enough for the warm welcome.

Nasty disgusting scheduler Bessy was extremely rude short and condescending. As soon as I told her my name her entire tone changed and she became very rude. I'm sure my voice and name makes it very evident that I am not white but could she make it anymore obvious that she didn't want me to book an appointment? She immediately assumed I had no insurance. When I told her I did she assumed it wasn't PPO. I told her it was and she still told me I should check with my insurance to see if I can go out of network before I book my appointment. First time I've had someone tell me to call my insurance for dental. Most dental clinics will call for you. She was very abrasive when she spoke and kept asking me to repeat myself yet continued to speak over me everytime I tried to talk. I hate to call someone racist based off just a phone call but wow she even went so far as to ask me my address. Not sure why this was needed? After the phone call I felt completely disrespected and humiliated. Needless to say, I realized that if the scheduler was any implication of how this dental practice is or their views on patients that are not caucasian, I wanted no parts of it. I called back immediately to cancel my appointment and immediately phoned another clinic to take my business somewhere else. Somewhere that I could be treated with kindness. Extremely disappointed and in awe of the lack of professionalism.

I have been going to see Dr Mitchell and her wonderful team of professionals for ten years — even after we moved to the NorthShore suburbs five years ago! The first impression when you arrive at the office is always a friendly smile from the people at the front desk. The office is always impeccably clean, and as a plus you get a prime view of the lake from your dentist seat!
Dr Mitchell is not only very friendly and personable, but she is very thorough and you know you are in good hands. She will always go the extra step to ensure we get to the root of any discomfort. I am now getting Invisalign and it has been a pleasure to go there and see her every other month.

The Mitchell Dental Spa provides the best dental service in the Midwest. The hygienists are extremely gentle (which is a blessing for someone with sensitive gums), and Dr. Mitchell is the most capable and caring dentist around. I highly recommend the Mitchel Dental Spa.

Great doctor and staff however questiontions on ethics and procedures here. The front desk girl as well as the girl that cleaned my teeth were very obviously sick coughing sneezing running nose etc. Both girl said they are vaccinated but haven't and dont plan to test. But allowed to work. This is concerning I have been vaccinated and still got sick as have several people I know. This standard protocol. I hope you all take better precautions in protecting staff and clients in the future following CDC protocols testing employees and not having them work on patients when they are so clearly sick.

My first visit was yesterday. Dr. Mitchell and her staff are so friendly and competent it was a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned and examined! The best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Mitchell Dental Spa is the best dentist in Chicago, and also that I have ever been to in the United States. From the front desk, to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Mitchell herself, everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. I would recommend this practice 100 times over. Thank you Dr. Mitchell & co.for being so wonderful every time I visit, and for always making sure I feel taken care of!

My semi-annual visit was a breeze despite the precautions required by the current conditions in this country and the world - personnel handled me with care and all is well - at least dentally.

I saw Dr. Karczewski yesterday for my exam and cleaning and can’t say enough great things about her and the office! Dr. K is super nice and easy to talk. She explained everything and was very thorough for her exam. The staff were all very nice and the office was very clean. They were following all the appropriate protocol for COVID and it felt very safe. I will definitely be back in 6 months for my next cleaning and exam!

Words cannot express how much I recommend this dentist and her team! Dr. Mitchell is a true artist and just a wonderful person. I’ve never had such a nice experience at a dentist until this.

Dr. Mitchell is not just a fabulous dentist, but she's wonderful to work with as well! In the beginning, she listened earnestly to my problems and my health goals. And while working on me, she kept me entertained with stories. I'm thoroughly impressed with her work, and her charm just made me love her more.

I always feel welcomed by this super friendly team. They are fast and efficient and I know they really respect my time.

Incredible attention to detail paid at every step of the way. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, top notch facilities and the best dental customer experience I can imagine. Complimentary spa services? Are you kidding me? Highly, highly, highly recommend.

I'm not a big review writer, but I tell everyone in my personal life, so might as well write it here. Dr. Mitchell and her staff are THE BEST. They are so nice every time I call or walk in, they remember so many little details, and they make you super comfortable (blanket, headphones and personal tv, and massage chair) while you get your teeth cleaned or cavity filled. Dr. Mitchell is the best dentist I've ever been to in my life (originally started with her because she solved my horrible ear pain related to TMJ two years ago), and I couldn't possibly recommend her office highly enough if you're in the market for a new dentist!

I had such a wonderful visit. The staff was knowledgable, kind, and beyond helpful and thorough. My teeth feel so clean, I feel so relaxed from my facial, and I am excited to recommend MDS to friends and family!
