Had a run in with one of your lazy drivers camped out at the fuel island outside Knoxville Tennessee. He wasn't fueling just talking on his phone. He threatened me with bodily harm when I took a picture of his truck. Truck 194. We exchanged words on how he was a lazy low IQ individual and we parted ways. He called my company and tried to get me fired for his laziness and ignorance.

Too many driver fall for that escrow sh t just say no move on alot of companys dont charge escrow just save yourself trouble move on

I must say it's not a bad company at all but once you don't work their anymore no one wants too answer their phone for. Like situation wasn't all that bad it could've been handle a different way. I had too leave my truck in another state so I can have my wisdom tooth removed. Didn't know I had too pay for them too send a driver too take the truck too the rental place everything I own was in the truck the only thing I got back was a game and some clothes. I had a lot of important papers, coffee maker and my 32 smart TV witch was left in the truck. Now since I have too pay for expenses as they say and it's coming out of my escrow I have the right too know what it is I'm paying for they still want tell me and it's b÷n34 day's and counting

Perfect service for your truck, very precisely team, good organization, they are very clean you can't expect to your truck after them stay dirty so all recommendations! And one more thing what is very important for truck driver, they are more than fast, so basically for changing oil and filter you don't need more then 1h without appointment!
Nice office for customer, they don't need to wait standing in garage ;)

Every time you come near Chicago, they have you stuck in the shop 2-3 days at a time because Milo the owner wants to do work on truck, so I complained about not wanting to come to Chicago area because I knew I would be there 2/3 days and was terminated after I was told I couldn’t leave with the truck to go too the truck stop and take a shower. Milo has a very nasty attitude who thinks he can talk to his drivers anyway and is very unprofessional, after being terminated I was left stranded at the Brookfield shop after he refused to pay for my ticket home after telling me he was, stay away, the company is not a bad company but the person who runs the company make its bad all money not good money…

My apology. NV freight in courtside IL advertised there self as MIT freight on LinkedIn & I found out there real company name once I got inside their office. I will take this post down

Do not handle business professionally & has a lot of fees within the contract that could jam you up even if you made a mistake. Anna will say anything to get you to join & shut the door on your face. Stay away from. Save your CDL.
They are actually called NV freight when you get there.

It is a good shop. The prices are fair. They have good proffesionals. The time that is needed to fix your truck depends.on the complexity of truck problems. By the experience I had is average waiting time. T recommend this shop to drivers.
