I had a dental emergency and was able to get an appointment and have the work done within 24 hours of my call. My procedures was painless and my dentist and assistant were gentle and caring. The front office staff is very helpful and were up front about estimated cost. My family has been going to High Point for many years and we consistently have good experiences.

From 5* to 1* and here is why.

First, when I went to this Dentist I told them to not even bother quoting me for a whole-mouth makeover if it was going to be $40,000+ as I was already aware of being able to go to Columbia and get it done for around $25,000. With that information they later quoted me around $43,000. Annoying but forgivable.

Second, they charged me $100 for calling in as I woke up feeling sick on the day of my appointment. This was previously stated, so it wasn't a complete surprise, but with the existence of COVID this policy is laughable to say the least. Next time I would just go in to see the dentist and "cross my fingers" that none of them get sick too.

Third, everything about this dentist office made me feel like a walking wallet. The way I was sent the same young front desk lady to go over my financial options each time, the techs were mostly young and inexperienced, one of my cleanings was with an older lady and she did do an excellent job. The dentists never seeming to have the time unless you are all in on something that can make them a lot of money. The way, after a year of debating to go for a whole mouth or piecemeal option, when I told the dentist I was ready to move forward (I meant with the piecemeal) and his response was, "Oh, well I'll have one of the ladies from the front end call you with the details and schedule an appointment since the prices have gone up. " and then I was never scheduled for a filling or to get any actual work done.

Seriously, I read a review before ever going here that said as much and I ignored it. Turns out they were right and I am sorry I waisted any amount of time with this dentist office.

Dr. Paros really cares about her patients and every aspect of their dental health. The dental hygienists gently clean my teeth and provide helpful information so I can keep my teeth healthy.

Always a wonderful experience here. My dentist listens to my fears and concerns. From front staff through ALL staff here they are nice, helpful and always pleasant. They take time to explain my insurance benefits and I truly appreciate and highly recommend this group of wonderful dentists, hygienists and staff!

Sydney is a great dental hygienist at Highpoint. Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable.

I like the service they offer. All work done is very professional. I really liked how Mrs. Angela cares about her clients. He made me feel like I am a person not a customer and that he cares about his patients. I remember one day she came and checked all my teeth and asked for tooth feel and tooth by tooth who worked it. Respectfully, she is a great Dentist, very professional and ethical. She has a great team that works incredibly well in her specialty. There is no doubt that I was not mistaken in having changed my dentist.

Really like the hygienist as she is gentle and professional. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Dr Paros is very thorough and explains what is being done and gives you options for further improvement of your dentition. Staff is friendly and always looks out for patients.
