Great office and service! They are super thorough with cleanings, professional, and friendly. Nothing but great experiences coming to Green Tree for the last 2 years!

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They do a good job cleaning and answering questions.

I was charged for work that wasn't completed. They had me pay in full before they serviced me. I received a 2nd opinion after being unsatisfied. The 2nd dentist sat me down and told me my insurance was charged for work that wasn't completed. When I emailed Green Tree they offered me a refund right away and I confirmed the insurance for the 3 teeth would be adjusted.

However, when I got there the receptionist said she could only offer 1 tooth refund because there was no cavity on one tooth. (1.this was a lie, the 2nd dentist wrote no filling and 2.if there wasn't a cavity I was still charged for the work) I brought an off duty cop with me who sat in the waiting room to be a witness.

I waited for the dentist who "performed" the work and was able able to get a refund. I was going to report them to the ADA but there're not part of the dental association.

Office staff and environment was warm and welcoming. Dr. Straka was very personable, attentive and receptive. Honestly one of the best dentist appointments I have had in a while!

I always have great experiences at Green Tree Dental. The staff is very sweet and they make things very easy!

Had a routine exam and cleaning w dr. Straka and assistant Yahaira after 3 years of not going to the dentist and they were friendly and quick! I don’t have dental insurance and their membership is a great deal. Glad i found this place!

I went to this location on July 2021 to get my teeth filled in, and my teeth cleaned; at first, I thought this place was great, it was quiet, and the crew was nice and friendly, but man.was I wrong. I was so bad and mistaken for coming to this location. The first red flag they did all three fills in's in one day, which from my new doctor, they are not supposed to do. Secondly, I wanted to get Invisalign; they told me they would call me to let me know when I get approved, they never called me but did take the five grand out of my father's insurance without getting the print of my teeth first for the Invisalign. Crazy, Now I am going to a new doctor, and guess what.they found I have a Root Canal Infection from the green tree dental doctor putting in a fill-in on a bad tooth. Did Green-tree Dental say anything about it.noooo! They sure didn't, so now I have to get a tooth pulled. Which again could have been avoided if they had done it right the first time. The only reason why I am giving it a five-star review is that they might have it deleted if it was a one-star review. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. If you have an appointment, cancel it and go somewhere else.

I’ve never “loved” the dentist, but the folks at Green Tree are so kind and soft, it makes me reconsider how I feel! Quick, easy, painless and the nicest staff. Really grateful I found such a wonderful place!

Front desk person rude and they charge your insurance for stuff you shouldn’t have been charged for to bill you. Never going back

I'm really impressed with the quality of care here. The facility is excellent, and everyone is incredibly kind and patient.

I used to go to a dental clinic in my neighbor but visited Green Tree Dental for urgent treatment of gum inflammation. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and tried hard to minimize discomfort during treatment. Now I like Green Tree dental much more than where I used to go and will visit here again for regular check up. I have seen by least five dentists in westloop/downtown area and I can say Green Tree dental is one of the best dental clinics in neighbor.

Very kid friendly. I enjoyed the dentist interaction with my child same as her assistant. My first visit with my 3 year old was not the best at a different location. This was her second time and did so much better. Definitely recommend green tree dental!

Dr. Lee is the best dentist in the world. There is simply no other way to put it. I also love that Green Tree Dental has lots of openings all the time and their office hours are extremely flexible. I got a beautiful white porcelain crown done by Dr. Lee and my insurance covered most of the cost. It fits perfectly, matches all my other teeth, and has given me no problems since it was installed. I also appreciate that Dr. Lee himself does a large portion of your cleanings, which you won't find at other offices. I will come here for all of my dental needs for as long as I live in Chicago!

I had such a great experience here! I put off the dentist for way too many years just cause I'd had inconsiderate care at other offices but the staff here is very friendly and really worked to make my experience as painless as possible. Truly appreciated the care and attention given and will be going back here for future dental needs.

This is an awesome dental spot, Dr. Kim and Dr. Lee are amazing. They do a great job every time. I had an emergency filling break open and they got me in quickly to get it repaired. Can’t recommend these two dentists enough! I refer my friends and colleagues here now

I’m so happy I found Dr Kim! She is soooo knowledgeable and kind. She listened to all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I didn’t get the name of the dental assistant, but she was also very sweet and had wonderful chair side manner. The entire staff is super friendly. I will always recommend this office to family and friends, I love it here!

Great experience with Dr. Lee, and the atmosphere is very cute! Everyone was very nice and professional. I felt that the pricing was transparent and they ran everything through my insurance first and then allowed me to pick and choose services. Will be returning for future work.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, at this office is so kind and does their work so effienctly. They answered all of my questions, explained procedures, and more. I have extremely high dentist anxiety but going here was a dream. And their cost was reasonable, broken down easily and they also offer payment plans if you need them. It’s a bit out of my way, but I will be going back.

First, this is my first time using a new dentist since I was a teenager. I just moved from out of state and had been super anxious about going to someone new. They totally dashed that fear right away.

The facility was incredibly clean! There was a really nice little play area for kids, and good seating for adults. My paperwork took literally like 2 minutes, and then they took me back. No joke, this place is so clean and bright, it was refreshing.

The sweet hygienist who took care of me checked on my while they were doing X-rays and the cleaning multiple times, literally asking “are you doing okay? ” Which was super nice. There’s no chance at you just suffering through it.

Dr. Lee was so kind. He explained everything to me, made sure I understood everything and then gave me the gentlest deep cleaning I’ve ever had. Y’all, those usually hurt really bad.but it barely hurt! He also checked in several times while they were cleaning and I really appreciate that.

Billing was updated prior to the cleaning so I could see what was and wasn’t covered by my insurance. The girl who showed me all that was genuinely one of the nicest people! And she loves Harry Potter, so a huge bonus there.

All in all, I am so, so pleased. I feel like I’m in great hands!

My daughter and I went went today 3-13-21 for my daughters cavities fillings. The staff to Dr. Kim was very attentive and friendly. The dental office was very clean, sanitized, and organized. Even tho my daughter wasn't able to get her procedure done. Dr Kim and her assistant were understanding and helpful. Thank you Dr Kim and staff at Green Tree Dental.

I haven’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was a bit nervous going in, but this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Lee was so kind and reassuring, and he explained everything in a way I understood. He asked me if I was in pain throughout each step. The dental hygienist was very nice and thorough, and everyone at the front desk was welcoming. They explained my charges for me and verified my insurance, and made scheduling a future appointment very easy as well. I’m so glad I chose this dental office.

I was able to make an appointment quickly. Staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable with COVID protocols. Office was very clean. Dentist had answers to all my questions. Going to the dentist is not my favorite, but this was the best experience I’ve had.

Dr. Seung was very informative, polite, caring. He took his time to explain things and made sure I left with no questions. His staff was really warm and welcoming as well. Really looking forward to my follow up appointment.

I haven’t been to the dentist in God knows how long. Due to depression, I stopped taking care of my teeth. Once I got better, I never went to the dentist because I was worried about pain.

Dr. Steve Lee was definitely the best choice. After reading all these glowing reviews, I decided to finally go in and get a check up after my wisdom teeth were causing me pain.

He would repeatedly ask me “Are you okay? ” during the process as well as making sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. I got two fillings for two huge cavities, and two of my wisdom teeth pulled. I didn’t feel a single bit of pain except for a slight pinch when anesthetic shots were given. He would make sure to explain every step along the way, telling me I would feel a pinch, some pressure, some vibrations, etc.

The two assistants I interacted with were also super kind and really informative. They helped me feel at ease with some light conversation. You could tell they knew what they were doing, but also that Dr. Lee trusted them.

I would really recommend this dentist, even for anybody that hasn’t been in a long time. They never once made me feel embarrassed or ashamed of that, and instead just presented the facts about my teeth through the photos/x-rays.

They were also really good at breaking down everything that needed to be done and provided options. They asked me which procedures I would like to move forward with as well as a breakdown of the costs before and after insurance coverage.

I had two fillings, a teeth cleaning, and two wisdom teeth removed all in about 1.5 hours with absolutely no wait time (I made an appointment online).

Lovely experience! I've had a lot of so so dentist experiences. This was really nice overall from the cozy and spacious waiting area to the modern workspace throughout. My x-rays came with pictures as well which were really helpful and the dentist and staff were very patient and considerate in their work. Thanks!

Dr. Lee is a great professional with utmost ethic and knowledge. He explains his observations and plans thoroughly. He values and respects his patient’s opinions and situations as well, and sometimes provide other treatment options when best treatments are not possible for various reasons.
His office is very cleans and nicely organized as well. It has very welcoming atmosphere so everyone feels so comfortable coming to this office.

Dr. Seung Hoon Lee was great and very considerate. I am not a big fan of dentist appointments but this was as good as it gets. I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Lee takes his time to explain everything well. He actually listens to what you are saying and takes that into account when deciding treatment. He makes sure you are comfortable when doing a cleaning and in your needs in general. He has an awesome bedside manner. Very respectful as well. His staff is friendly and really kind with a good bedside manner too. I appreciate them both.

Dr. Lee has to be the best dentist I have ever gone to. He treated me with such care. Constantly checking on me to make sure I was okay, walking me through everything he was doing and even being gentle yet thorough when it came time to do my fillings. I felt like this was the greatest dental experience I have ever had. Loved the receptionist and the assistant they were both friendly and answered all question I had. I highly recommend this dentist office.

My 5 year old just did fill in and the dentist and i wish they take Medicare adults but i wait my son is take care of

I went in for the $59 special because my insurance didn’t cover my next exam for a few weeks and I needed to have a cleaning before a procedure I am having. The dentist suggested a deep cleaning for my bottom row which would have cost an extra $400. I preferred to go with the regular cleaning at this time however he refused to clean or polish my bottom row because it “wouldn’t benefit. ” I was very disappointed. I won’t be able to get another cleaning for at least another 4 months. I go to the dentist regularly and she always removes plaque from my bottom row without putting me under any anesthesia. Maybe it’s different if you have insurance but I was not happy with the overall experience.

Amazing experience. Haven’t been to the dentist in 5 years since moving to Chicago. Receptionist was very sweet, even offered to make me tea or coffee as I waited. The dentist and assistant were also very kind and informative. They definitely care about you as a patient here, made sure I wasn’t in pain or in comfortable the whole time.

They open on some Sundays which is beneficial to people who work 6 days like me. Fees here seem very reasonable compared to others. Doctor is gentle and friendly.

My three daughters were seen today, and what an amazing doctor and experience this was. Green Tree makes you feel wanted and safe. Doctor talks to his patients with such kindness and warmth. Definitely recommend this place! Thank You so much for your awesome service!

I moved to Chicago recently and wasn’t looking forward to trying to find a new dentist. But Green Tree Dental is fantastic! They were eager to help me figure out my insurance, and Dr. Lee is so kind and cared for me well. The space is clean, bright, and welcoming. I highly recommend going to this dentist!

Dr Lee, Diana and Daniel are absolutely outstanding in all of their respective areas! If I could rate 6 Stars - I would! Dr Lee was extremely courteous and jovial, too. He made recommendations for fillings. Moreover, I had treatment plans from other dental offices. One of them included 3 root canals and 3 crowns. Dr Lee did not see the need; but recommended fillings instead and then monitor the respective teeth. Outstanding and excellent integrity! I will book soon for the fillings.

Diana at the front desk area is absolutely the best associate I have dealt with. Within the last 2 years, I have seen 5 dental offices due to Tinnitus and TMJ issues. Only one - of the five associates/managers - was easy to work with regarding general questions; insurance; treatment plans and follow-up. Diana is patient, very courteous and has excellent follow-up with all dental inquiries. Absolutely the best! Diana's professionalism is an enhanced benefit to the excellent service of the dental office. Lastly, Daniel is the dental hygienist. Another excellent and patient associate! He is very accurate with taking your initial x-rays. He works well with Dr Lee during your dental exam.
