I went to Dr. Tower the Saturday before Christmas Eve as an emergency visit for a totally cracked tooth. I had never been there before and other dentists either were closed or wouldn’t accept me including my own dentist who is retiring at Smile Obsession. Kelly was so nice, pleasant and most of all understanding. She asked Dr. Tower to help me and he didn’t hesitate. He did a fantastic job, walked me thru every step of the extraction and even called the next morning which was Christmas Eve. I am so grateful to have found him and Kelly. I have a new dentist now that I trust and appreciate. Thank you Dr. Tower and Thank you so much Kelly. Both of you are Great at what you do and Great at dealing with your patients. See you soon. I'm a over the road truck driver so I've been to a lot of different dentists since I only get home about once every two months and none have come close to the quality, professionalism and the caring that Dr. Tower and his staff have for their patients. Dr. Tower is a great guy. He spends as much time as needed prior to work, during, and post care. He has a hands on approach that you don't often find today, especially when visiting the corporate dental practices that have popped up everywhere. No up selling cosmetic products and recommending questionable procedures. If he tells you that you need something, you can feel confident that, for your health, it is needed. I drive over an hour each way because I have confidence in his care.

Highly recommended! The nurses are great the dentist is awesome! I had an emergency and I am so grateful I called because they went out of their way to help me in the time of need. Their office was closed but was still able to speak with the nurse about my situation. I then get a call offering if I can make it in within 30 minutes they can help me sooner! For me that was a blessing and I felt like they cared for me. It is very hard to find a dentist that actually listens and makes you feel cared for. With such a great experience this will be my forever dentist! I am the type that has a fear of dentists and doctors but after finding this dentist and the way he made me feel I dont mind going to the dentist. I now have an appointment for next week for an exam and cleaning thats how great this dentist and his nurses are! I also felt very safe with their procedures due to covid. So from their services and safeness I will recommend to anyone who asks! If i could give them a 10 star rating they would have got that!

I've been seeing Dr Tower for 20 years. I moved to Indiana 6 years ago and still travel back to Oak Lawn for dental care. He's a great dentist!

Highly recommend. Dr Tower is out of my insurance's network and I'd rather pay out of pocket to see him then to trust any other dentist. His work is far superior. Unlike so many other dentists he is always available I have any urgent matter. His staff also makes it a pleasurable experience.
