Elk Grove Smile Center: Vishal Advani, DDS

AVOID- Here’s my Horror Story!
I went to Elk Grove Smile Center for the All- on - 4 Full Arch Implants…I had the upper arch done by a different dentist, they turned out great. So I know how a professional and skilled dentist performing this expensive procedure should go. First and foremost don’t be fooled by the Special he is advertising.it’s switch and bait, or at the very least fraud. After I payed in FULL, he later asked for another $5,800.00. I had no choice due to the fact I had driven 3 hours and the temporary’s were a pale yellow. Janet who works in the office was leaning over the desk pointing her finger in my face. I agreed to pay half. At my next appointment I showed Dr. Advani my contract.he agreed that he could see how it was confusing and would talk to the front office. He also tried charging my insurance for work that he did not perform. Long story short I had to go to another dentist who adjusted the second set of temporary’s and also will be finishing the work that Dr. Advani refused to fix and finish. I am into Elk Grove Smile Center for over
$18,000.00 and there NOT finished. I also had to retain an attorney to recoup my money that he is still trying to keep for work he has not completed and for money to complete my implants. This guy might be okay for a simple extraction or filling, but I don’t believe he is very experienced with All-on -4 Full Arch Implants. Once lawsuit is filed I will update review with file number.

Dr Vishal Advani is highly experienced and treats his patients with utmost care and attention. He is our family dentist doctor and we know him since 5 years. Even the staff is very cooperative and very responsible.the doctor and the staff always goes above and beyond for their patients. We highly recommend Dr Vishal Advani if you and your family is looking for a good dental care.

My wife found Elk Grove Smile Center after numerous consults & estimates with other dentists & implant centers. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Advani and the entire staff here! Everyone is incredibly nice, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I was told by every other dental place that my existing teeth needed to be extracted, or I had bone/gum disease & needed a full mouth of implants. This was not the case and I saved a lot of money, and teeth, by going to Elk Grove Smile Center. Janet, the receptionist, is a delight & always super helpful with scheduling appointments and insurance questions. She was instrumental in helping me navigate the financial aspect of my care. I have had my implants for 6 months now & couldn't be happier! I HIGHLY recommend Elk Grove Smile Center & feel very fortunate to have them as my dentist!

Elk Grove Smile Center exceeded my expectations. All of the staff were very accommodating to my needs (I recently had non-dental surgery) and were frequently checking in, asking if I was comfortable, and inquiring how to better assist me. This was by far the best dental experience I have had since moving to Chicagoland over 6 years ago.

Very friendly staff. Office has all the latest technologies. The Dentist and staff are all very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend.

I am so impressed with Dr. Advani and his staff. When I popped a tooth bonding from harsh flossing, I was scheduled an immediate and convenient appointment. When I arrived, I was welcomed by name and got to see Dr. Advani promptly. He and his hygienist were friendly and fast, completing a professional job in record time. Dr. Advani gave me a painless injection to numb the work area and, sensing my anxiety, worked quickly to finish an expert job. I truly appreciate his empathy and understanding and the entire staff's kindness. Dr. Advani and his staff truly change the outdated perception and fear of visiting the dentist.

Dr. Advani was very polite and informative on what is going on with my teeth. He answered any questions I had. His assistant and receptionist was also helpful in providing instructions and answering my insurance/
financial questions. I am very impressed with their kindness and helpfulness, and I am looking forward to having all-on-fours done by Dr. Advani.

Very through check up, I needed a crown and all the work was done in one visit.
Will continue with the comprehensive treatment plan that was customized for me.

The entire staff is very friendly, and everyone does a great job. Everything is always explained well. I've been a patient for years and always very happy with everything.
