I am so in love with my new Dental office and staff! ️️️
My hygienist was so awesome and attentive. My Dentist is one of the most compassionate dentist I’ve ever met. My nurse for my procedure kept me very happy and stress free. Eco Friendly Dentistry is the BEST DENTISTRY IN CHICAGO

Very friendly atmosphere and clean facilities. Dr. Santos explained what needed to be done to restore my smile!

Prior to meeting Dr Jeff Santos, I vowed to never see a Dentist again. I had such horrible dental experiences in the past, I became psychologically damaged with a phobia of Dentist. After 10 years of no dental treatment, and a mouth full of deep cavities and cracked teeth, the pain was unbearable. I prayed! God answered and along came Santos. I still had trust issues and my anxiety was at 100 on a scale of 1-10. Dr Santos was a breath of fresh air. Not only is he fine, fine and very easy on the eyes. He is kind, extremely patient, and thorough. He didn’t judge me when I mentioned I didn’t have dental insurance. He is honest and only recommended and performed things absolutely necessary. Dr Santos diligently worked with me and so did the entire amazing staff. My mouth use to be a hot mess and Thanks to Santos and Benji (hygienist) I can smile with an open mouth. I nicknamed Santos the Crown Whisperer. He earned it, as he is the God of crowns. He is so talented I can’t tell the difference from my temporary and permanent crowns. The colors even match my teeth. I love his perfectionism. He will not stop or settle for mediocrity. Santos always made sure I was comfortable and pain free. He is the best! I actually love going to the dentist now. Santos has captured my heart and restored and upgraded my mouth. He even welcomed my Mom who has Dementia into the examination room with me. How cool is that. I’m not only a client, I am extended family.

So far so good, great consultation, very clean and high tech equipment a plus!

This is a follow up.every Service they provide is top notch.everyone is so kind and Professional! I am Totally Satisfied with My New Smile. & these are just Temporary’s. ️

I went to the dental office with two of my daughters on September 13, Natalie who is 3 and Melanie who is 15months and was greeted so welcoming by the receptionist and along with Dr Jeff and Elizabeth! They are new patients and of course Natalie was a little scared but while in the waiting room Dr Jeff and Elizabeth made sure to make my girls feel special and to not be afraid! Elizabeth was so attentive and made my girls laugh! She did a fantastic job at cleaning my daughters teeth and although Melanie has only 4 teeth lol she was also taken care of the same! She gave the girls a bag with a toothbrush, floss, and SLIME and stickers! Now how cool is that! Dr Jeff was professional, very knowledgeable discussing my daughters underbite, and most of all FUN! I’m so happy to say Eco dental office is our dental office!

We love it here so much! So happy I found them. All of the staff is so friendly and the dentists are amazing!

The staff there is top tier and you can tell they work together like a team and family. I'm not the easiest patient to work with and my case was one of the rarer ones. I did a lot of research and I am glad I chose this place. I am local to Oak Lawn and I would even recommend anyone to go out of their way to see them. I was a young man with nearly 40% of my teeth decaying. Dr. Mataria often tells me cases like mine are why he does dentistry. He talked me into fixing my current teeth and completely reconstructing my mouth opposed to doing a single day complete arch implant on a few studs, and it was worth every extra moment spent in the dental office. Dr. Mataria is the best of the best. He pays attention to detail, puts pain management and comfort first and exceeds expectations on a regular basis for me. Also Tanya and Bianca are an absolute pleasure to have around assisting in my procedures. They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and comforting women which I can tell make the process go off smooth. If you need anything from a cleaning to a major lengthy procedure like mine. This this the place to go!

They are very professional and very courteously it’s a very clean place and explain everything even when I asked about the fees they were good to tell me the reason for it and this needs to be corrected they will follow up and give me a call

I am not a person who writes a review, but I must share about this excellent doctor and place.
I went to the Eco-Friendly Dentistry to have my crown placed. Doctor Jeferson was very attentive and noticed that I had some hidden cavities. (I had pain in my teeth. I saw two other dentists before him, and nobody told me anything about the cavities). He took X-rays, scanned my mouth, and did a CT scan. His explanation was very clear about my treatment. When he started the treatment, I didn't even feel the anesthesia. His touch was so light. The crown was impossible to notice, perfect color, shape, size, and the most important thing, I didn't have pain. The entire service was spectacular, even the lipstick they applied to my lips so they wouldn't dry out. I highly recommend the clinic, especially Dr. Jeferson, who made me feel comfortable. Thank you very much for everything, It will be hard to find another doctor like him. Excellent Dr and his assistant Karen.

I’ve been coming to Eco Friendly Dentistry for the past 8 years. What keeps me coming is that I feel like family to them and not just a regular patient. I refer all my friends and family here and they all have said the same. Wonderful staff and doctors. The dentists take time to answer questions and I never feel rushed. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming, kind knowledgeable dental assistants and hygienist. You will be pleased with any doctor you see. You won’t be disappointed! I cannot express this enough but Dr. Santos and his staff are great. I get very nervous going to the dentist but they understood that and accommodated me. An example of this is, they would tell me exactly what they were doing and what I would experience. I also got teeth whitening done and have gotten so many compliments on how white my teeth are! Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Was nervous when I made my appointment through Opencare but everything went very well. I love the office setup, staff and location. They explained every thing they were doing as they went along, showed me my x-rays and explained them to me. Great place.highly recommended.

The dentist and dental assistant I met with were wonderful. However, the front staff truly needs to be trained on how to be informative. I made my appt 2 weeks prior and gave my insurance over the phone. The girl I spoke with literally said she found my PPO plan and I was in network. They left out that since I do not have premiere I would be paying $107 out of pocket for an examination and x-rays that would be free elsewhere. When I told the front that they had my insurance 2 weeks prior to my appt. She said "maybe next time ask if its premiere". I could tell by her smile, this isn't the first time she's given the news and clearly doesn't care. Way to build rapport. I just feel bad I wasted the dentist and DAs time. The front clearly needs more training.

Immediately walking in the office was clean and modern. All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and detailed with their work. Thank you making my dentist visit such a great experience.

I couldn’t be happier with my visit. I went in for a PRF treatment. Bianca and dr. Suh explained each step of the procedure in great detail and made me feel totally comfortable. Everyone was super friendly and professional, starting with the front desk. As for the treatment, I’m amazed with the results after just one visit and will certainly be back for more. Thanks everyone at Eco Friendly Dentistry! Definitely recommend this place and the PRF treatment.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Dr. Ahmed And his team.
They were very attentive to my needs as a scared and nervous patient about the dentist office period. Dr. Ahmed was a pro at delivering my bad news but very caring attentive throughout the entire experience. He made me feel cared for during before and after the surgery. I like the fact that he wanted to take care of my dental needs immediately. The normal procedure is exam wait two weeks come back two or three times before the work is done. He saw the urgency and completed everything in one visit. I would recommend this team to anyone I know.

Love this dental office! Everyone is very professional and friendly and it’s always clean! Definitely recommend to come here for all your routine cleanings, crowns, implants, or any dental needs. They are the best and also have their own lab! I have done it all here and have been very satisfied with all procedures.

I took my son in today for his first dental appointment and everyone was very kind. They took their time to explain what they were doing and even explained to him what each of their instruments did. Awesome dental office with the kindest staff. The office is extremely clean and everyone makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. They even played jazz music and gave me a warm cozy blanket. Every time they were preparing to do something, it was explained thoroughly. I love this place and my family and I will all be transferring over.

I had a dental emergency while visiting Chicago. The team at Eco Friendly Dentistry jumped into action and saved the day. The office at Eco Friendly Dentistry is state of the art with beautifully decor. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. I've been in a dentist many times and the extra care and attention to making you comfortable was extraordinary. The total experience was excellent!

Here is why, courtesy and professionalism from Admin staff, Dental Technicians and most important the Doctors is unquestionably the best. The technology is state of the art, everyone wants to make sure that you are comfortable explaining every step to procedures from cleaning teeth, removing a tooth, implants, dentures.etc. The real truth overall, I have never felt any pain ever.

I also love the expansion of the space! It’s so cozy, not to mention all this new high technology that is included in the upgrade, AND it’s part of my normal office visit. 8 years later, no cavities or surgery or anything. I had a scheduled appointment for a cleaning but the hygienist (Ben) wasn’t there. There was only one doctor servicing clients and I would be serviced by her in between two other clients. After ex rays and consultation, I rescheduled my appointment because I did not plan on spending my entire Saturday there.
