Dr. Stern is skilled, professional, caring, and compassionate. He provides excellent care. Jeanette is a fantastic hygienist and helps to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I’m thankful for their care.

After trying out a few dentist offices, we tried this office and love it! Everyone is great, and especially good with our little ones!

We have been coming here for seven years, and sadly will be leaving. Note the lack of reviews from past year-Service has gone down. I had a teeth cleaning today (after waiting 10 months due to “lack of scheduling availability”). I prefer to come every six months as my insurance recommends, but that will not happen at this office. They are booking out 9 to 10 months in between cleanings. Be prepared to not fully use your insurance benefits at this office. The hygienist noted how much buildup I had after not coming in for so long, yet did not even clean my top teeth after she fell ill mid-cleaning my teeth. I understand that things happen and people can fall ill at any time, but she was feeling unwell and left while I was still in the chair and it took quite a while before anyone came over. Finally, one other hygienist came over and wanted to immediately start polishing my teeth. When I explained to her that my teeth had not even been scraped for tartar yet, she left and said the other woman would return shortly. After 10 minutes, the original hygienist returned and I was rushed through the remainder of the cleaning. To top it off, I did not even get a comprehensive exam from the dentist. (Did not check tongue tissue, lymph nodes, etc.) He told me to get a electric toothbrush, and sent me on my way. Sad to leave, but this office is not what it used to be.

Have been going to this dentist for 4 plus years. Always has been above average experience. Unfortunately, my teeth cleaning most recently was below par. The dental hygenist barely greeted me and did a less than thorough cleaning. She did not even polish my top teeth! Very disappointed.

I’ve been a patient for several years and always have a pleasant experience, whether it be a root canal or simple cleaning. Professional, proficient and polite………in spades!

I can only comment on the lady I talked to on the phone when trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. She was extremely rude when asking about my insurance, that was the only thing she seemed concerned with and making sure I didn’t have a bad policy. I understand they need to make sure they will get paid, but if she wasn’t rude and let me give her my member ID she would have realized that I have a great plan that is more then likely better then hers. My husband works for UPS and I have never once had any issues with medical services. Besides the rude front desk lady, this office may be great with great doctors but I would never go anywhere with rude staff.

Dr Halihan is amazing. The environment at the office is soo friendly and genuine. I highly recommend Halihan dentistry. They go above and beyond. Dr Halihan and his office deserve more than a 5+ star

I have broken three of my front teeth, at different times fortunately, the most recent I saw Dr. Stern to repair today. As usual, he did his magic and restored my smile! Dr. Stern does this so effortlessly, but it's because he's such a pro! I've been coming to Dr. Halahan's office for the past 7 years, always being treated royally by all his wonderful staff! I would not go anywhere else!

Quick, painless, friendly & does not try to convince you that you need a bunch of other unnecessary procedures.
He is an excellent dentist that I have total confidence in.

A patient since 2013. Had major dental issues: absesses, gum disease and failing teeth. Thanks to Dr. Stern, his support team of hygenists, oral surgeons and a great dental lab, not to forget the front desk, nor the man with the greatest memory and laugh, Dr. Randy Halihan himself, I can finally smile with confidence and without pain or discomfort. Never thought I’d enjoy going to the dentist, the hygienists, dentists, and staff here are wonderful to be around and do a great and honest job. Been going here for years, and I’m staying on the train. Love y’all!

This was the worst experience for my 9 year old granddaughter. She was afraid going to the dentist to start with. The hygienist was totally unsympathetic to her fears and did nothing to make her feel more comfortable. She was impatient and while listening to her sobs simply waited and sighed as if to say " let's move on". My son in law asked for a few minutes of alone time with his daughter to calm her down and was told they were booked back to back so no that wasn't possible. They left without my granddaughter having her checkup. When the office was contacted and told of Michelle 's total lack of professionalism and inability to deal with a fearful child my daughter was given the" we understand you're upset but. This is a family dentist office and all the employees there should be competent to treat even the youngest and most fearful family members otherwise don't work in an environment that's not suited to your disposition. Dr. Halihan you have lost our family business.

I had Melissa this past visit. She was kind, considerate, and gentle. She kept asking if I was okay still and if I needed a break which made me very comfortable and at ease. I made sure my next appointment was with her as well! She is definitely great at what she does!

They are fantastic. My 9 year old had his first cavity and Dr Stern was incredible with him. He made him feel at ease and relaxed. They have been amazing for myself too and i would recommend them for everyone, young and old!

Once again Dr. Stern and the entire office knocks it out of the park! Customer Service = 5 Stars

Dr. Halihan’s office is always quick to return my phone calls and always willing to help out in emergency situations. The staff is always friendly and answers all my questions. Thanks again for the great service!

Wonderful experience for my 10 yr old son who needed a tooth extracted. Dr. Stern was fabulous and calm and made my son feel at ease. He was able to give him Novocain with really no pain, by taking his time and reassuring my son there would be none. My son was pleasantly surprised and now has no fear of going to the dentist at all. The staff and hygienists are welcoming and pleasant and try to be accommodating with scheduling for my family. I highly recommend them.

I have been a lot of places through the years but I always came back to Halihan Denistry. They are the best and could not have better service. Would highly recommend them! Randy and staff are great!

This is truly the best dentist office you can visit. From Casey at the front desk, to the many lovely hygienists like Michelle, Melissa and Dana, everyone is so kind and accommodating. All three dentists at the practice do a PHENOMENAL job. We’ve been clients for 7 years, and even made the drive when we lived in Chicago for two of them. If you have little kids, this is your place. I look forward to the dentist now, feels like I’m visiting old friends!
