I was referred to Dental Dreams and they're professional and did a great job this is my second time, Doing my dental work with them I would recommend you give them the opportunity to get your dental work.

Upon arrival everything was easy paperwork wise, place looked clean, and the waiting time was very short. Got my cleaning done with Dr Park which was very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. I was there for a cleaning, and he did a great job. I’m very satisfied with the work here and I will be going back

Dental dreams on paluski and north Ave are the best I'm on my fial step to getting dentures. I tried em in today they look great best smile I've had in years can't wait to pick them up in two weeks

My teeth cleaning was quick and careless. I wasn’t happy with teeth cleaning, I experienced some discomfort with my gums and rushed out of the room for the first time I never had this problem before today.

The wait time is ridiculous my appointment was at 2pm I waited in the back for 40 min until I was seen. Not only that I called to see if I could come in early before 2pm they told me yes come in at 11 and still had to wait an additional hour I ended up leaving and coming back because I had another appointment somewhere else. Also to be waiting that long to be rushed through a cleaning that lasted 5min is insane. Everyone is friendly the time management needs some work.

BEWARE. My normal dentist was 3 months out on appointments so I thought I would try a new place. I went for cleaning and exam. I had 11 AM appointment. They were 20 minutes late. There were several people in and out fairly quickly. After routine X-rays and questioning the dentist came in and quickly explained what I needed done (this was done within 5 minutes). She was very short and said someone would come in with explanation of benefits on treatment plan. I didn’t want to sign the explanation of benefits because it said I authorize the work but she said she needed a signature stating that she explained everything. 40 minutes later the dentist came back. I told her that I was just going to get my semiannual cleaning and schedule appointment for the deep cleaning and route canal because I was on my lunch break. The dentist spent 2 minutes cleaning my teeth and I don’t think she even touched all my teeth. She said she was done and assistant was going to polish my teeth which took another 2 minutes. I wish I had looked at the reviews before going. If I could I would have given them no stars. This has to be insurance fraud like another person said in their comments.

It was ok. I wish I didn’t have to find a specialist to pull my tooth they should have someone on sight especially if they take Medicaid

Dental Dreams is one of the best dental office my aunt introduced me to dental dream I can from Florida to continue my work and they did a remarkable take over on my teeth it’s hard finding a team who cares about you as a human and your mouth dental dream is we’re that love is at I appreciate the kindness and respect and friendliness from the staff and there office is very clean that also have a play ground with you being a children it’s such a lovely place me and my family will always be with dental dream thank y’all so muchGod Bless y’all All

Waiting time was pretty good the dr.was a easy listener and explain my situation very good.

We are a large family and they took care of us in a timely manner! The staff is super friendly and we felt taken care of!

Awful! I had scheduled online, they changed the time to 30 minutes earlier the day before so I had to rearrange a lot at work to make it. I asked the secretary about parking and she did not know anything about options. They made me wait for 45 minutes, the TV was so loud and obnoxious. So yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I picked this since it was close to home, driving somewhere further away would have saved me a lot of time. They only took less than 5 minutes to clean my teeth which I feel is insurance fraud since they fully charged my insurance

Got a cleaning. It was fast but not in a good way, felt a bit rushed. The dentist left during the cleaning to speak to staff. Kind of felt like she wasn't done but she had the assistant clean me up and then I was sent home. I felt a bit brushed off after a few questions regarding my inurance. Everyone was great, my only issue was the dentist. I don't know how busy she was because besides myself there were two other people called before me, but when speaking to the dentist I couldn't help but feel like she just wanted it to be over with already. Didn't ask much about the pain either (wisdom tooth is coming out). But great front staff and great dental assistant!

Very nice lady, the doctor was so good. Its hard for me to find and trust a good dentist, but I believe I've did. Everyone was gentle and said what they were going to do before doing it. Which I appreciate

I have never been put in so much pain in my life! 6 days ago I had 9 extractions of upper teeth in prep for getting dentures. As the last two were being pulled I told the dentist tfat I was not numb but he seemed more concerned about getting the teeth out in a timely matter then making sure I was pain free. I was sent home with no pain medicine abs no antibiotics. When I asked about pain meds the dentist told me to use ibuprofen. I’m at a 10 out of 10 pain level and when I called I was only allowed to speak to the receptionist and she told me I would have to come in to the office tomorrow to get antibiotics. That’s a 90 minute cta ride each way. I asked if I could speak to the dentist and/or could he please call these in and was told no. I’m now writhing in pain and will probably have to go to ER to get relief or jump off my building. I’m in so much pain aND the receptionist seems to know what’s best instead of letting me speak to the dentist. OUCH IM IN SO MUCH PAIN!

9/18/2023. New dentist and a new review. The last dentist was a sadist with no compassion or care for pain prevention. However, the new dentist is so much more professional and has a more general sense of caring for her patients. The staff is incredibly friendly and work to be flexible with scheduling. The office manager was able to find a way that my dentures were covered 100% with no copay. Such a great relief to save that money. Thank you and I’ll review more in a couple weeks when I get my final results with my new dentures. I can’t wait until my next appointment when I get my new dentures.

The staff was very welcoming, it was a great experience for my daughter and myself as well. The second visit was great as well.
