Dental Dreams-Chatham

Over all I liked this office it’s convenient and close by me but I gotta say the wait time is crazy you guys gotta do better but the service was great after the wait. Thank you Dr. Frazier she’s absolutely amazing at what she does!

I Have been looking for a good dentist for a long time. I went to dental dreams as a referral for doctor Dr. Bhuiya. I have never felt so comfortable before with a dentist. I was really comfortable with Dr. Bhuiya. He had patience, was very polite, and he knew what he was doing. Most of all, I had no pain, because he made sure I was deadened. I have to say, I have found my new denist. The staff was polite and they did not over book. You did not have a long wait at all. Not close to my house, but it is worth the drive. I highly recommend this office.

Horrible wait time! Appointment time was 12: 00. Signed in at 12: 07 and as I’m signing in I see several others appointment was for the same time and we didn’t get called until 1: 38. Got to the back tech took X-rays and polished teeth and we waited again as my child is becoming extremely restless, then my phone died and I got up and left at 2: 38 NEVER saw the dentist at all! NEVER AGAIN. I will be contacting my insurance to let them know this was an incomplete visit! Only in the black neighborhood does this happen. Do better!

Worse dentist I’ve ever been too. Extremely unprofessional and not qualified I’ll be making a complaint through BBB and directly to the American Dental Association this place is a joke avoid it all costs

They are very professional. They help me on the emergency of a toothache and they prescribe me some medicine and some instruction and some further care for my problem. They’re very nice. They know what they’re doing. I recommend them to anybody is very clean. They are a good business.

Couple of things ….
1- My appt was at 4! I didn’t get seen till 6 which is closing time
2- the doctor is young & unexperienced
A WASTE OF TIME!
3- bathroom dirty!
4- they got everyone’s kids running and banging doors and nobody that works there says nothing to the parents
5 - it’s stinks in there

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE DENTIST AND HAVE MY TEETH FILLED IN AND MY TONGUE WAS DAMAGED LIKE THIS AND THE DEBRIS AND HER ASSISTANT CONSTANTLY LAUGHING WHILE DOING SOME WORK ON MY MOUTH SO I'M LOOKING FURTHER INTO IT NOW NOBODY WANTS TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT THE SITUATION

Nice clean and friendly staff, but wait times are too long. We waited for 2 hours before being called I was not satisfied with that at all.

They texted and called for me to set up my annual appointment so I did. They had me waiting over an hour and a half just to tell me I’m not due yet and need to come back. Don’t care about customers time. Wasted some work hours for nothing at all. Won’t be going back here due to them being so unorganized.

The office was very clean and very professional.the dentist and the assistants was very thorough and addressed my problems professionally. I highly recommend dental dreams

I Usually don’t leave reviews but this is a MUST! Went to 2-3 dental offices before this one and everyone was so focused on the money they disregarded my pain. Dental dreams provided WONDERFUL Care and DR. R made the extraction process go VERY SMOOTHLY! Thanks again dental dreams

I love the place, everyone was super friendly and nice, even though it was my first time n the Dr had to take my tooth out he was wonderful cause my tooth was hard to get out, he was gentle n super nice, I will b returning

Extremely disappointed. My original appointment was for a Friday afternoon. I was called to reschedule because of the harsh weather. Now after reading the reviews I was skeptical but decided to try them anyway as people have different experiences. I filled out my patient information online which included dental insurance. I rebooked for a Tuesday. Arrived at my appointment on time just to be asked for my dental insurance again (my insurance doesn’t have a card it’s all online), which wouldn’t load in the building so now it’s taking more time to get me processed. She finally decided to call to verify insurance which I’m use to this being done before the appointment. Was then asked to fill out a questionnaire which asked me all the same questions that I answered online. My appointment was at 11: 30am it’s now 12: 40pm. I was told it was two people ahead of me but during my wait four people got called to the back. I asked how long and was told they are cleaning the room. I finally get called to the back at 1pm. She took my X-rays and said the doctor would be in shortly. At 1: 30 still no doctor. I left. I used my lunch break for work just to get a cleaning and two hours later I still wasn’t seen. But, if I was 15 minutes late my appointment would’ve been cancelled l, right? !

The service at the desk was okay but when I went to the back to get my teeth cleaned the dentist was rushing he didn’t even ask me my name he just started deep cleaning my teeth all fast n hard and I just feel like he could have been a little more gentle and when I said something about it he just shrugged it off. It’s not fair because I’m on Medicaid I get treated like this and he only cleaned half of my mouth claiming insurance doesn’t cover the whole mouth. I know nothing will change until I get better healthcare but for the people who have to settle for this I feel bad for them because this experience was terrible.

Just had another session at DD and they’ve all been pleasant and informative. Would recommend to anyone.

A1 customer service. Their work is awesome. I will recommend them to everyone needing dental care. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. I was always seen on the time of my appointments. Very satisfied. A+

The staff and everyone were very sweet and nice. I have taken most of my siblings here already and in every visit they never have disappointed me.

Yesterday I went into dental dreams hadn't been there in a couple of years because of the service they had there at one time I went in there yesterday with an emergency the staff was awesome they were very friendly then I met my dentist his name is mr. Jackson he is wonderful the whole surrounding has done a 360 degree turn around for all you people that used to go because of the staff and service I suggest that you return it is great and I am a critic and I will tell you if something was wrong everything was wonderful

Not satisfied. I went there last November for a root canal and a crown and i’m still having problems with my tooth. They did the work but wouldn’t correct the problem, they kept canceling my appt. Now, the dentist is no longer there. The damage has been done and now they don’t want to go behind him and fix it. People please don’t bring your children there is they are not able to verbalize their problems. They are experimenting on us in our neighborhood.

Went to Dental Dreams as a walk-in patient with tooth pain. I received prompt, friendly and professional quality service. I will be returning and I will recommend this Dental Dreams location to others.

The staff at the Chatham Dental Dreams location is very pleasant and professional. I need to have some important healthcare issues addresses very soin. I contacted their office at the last minute to get an appointment on yesterday for today. I was given an early appointment so that I would have an opportunity to get out and return home before Friday afternoon "rush hour". I will definately recommend this team of dental professionals to both my family and friends.

One of the best Dentist I have ever had or been to he was very patient with me. I can not take pain at all and he got me through it all. At first I was very difficult, each time I was there it got better and I honestly trust and respect his opinion to the fullest extent. Very professional and the only minority person I have ever seen at this facility in Chatham area. I praise God and his Son Jesus Christ for allowing me to go to this facility. I went to the facility on Western didn't work out for me at that location at that time in my life. Again thank You praise Father God and praises your Son Jesus Christ.
