Poorly-trained person answering the phone didn't even know if they provided the service of veneers and talked in a closed-ended fashion. Clearly don't need customers. Hung up and called a different place that knows how to talk to potential clients.

Ps, what's with all the reviews saying how "funny" they are? I'm not looking for a comedian I'm looking for a good dentist wth?

I've been going to Confident Smiles for over year and Dr Barsa. He reviewed our plan to work with my insurance provider scheduling my dental procedures to minimize my costs. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly.

As always they were courteous and professional. The service from both staff and Dr are the best I've experienced all at a competitive cost. They make dental visits more than palatable which is saying something for a dental visit.

I’ve been a client/member of Confident Smiles for over 5 years and every time I visit I become more educated and more confident with taking care of my teeth/gums upon their health and maintenance. I’ve been going to Dr Barsa for almost a decade now. When I first went here I needed to get wisdom teeth removed and a number of cavities filled. I had avoided the dentist for so long because it didn’t seem like something I could afford. Their membership for discounts was such a big help though. I hadn’t heard of another dentist offering that.

Dr Barsa and his staff are always so nice and their new offices are so nice. Really makes you feel comfortable in what can sometimes be an uncomfortable situation for some.

I was afraid and embarrassed to go in for a check up because of my 5 year neglect and terrible condition of my teeth.but the pain made me do it. Since then, it’s been 3 years and a cavity away from a fully healthy smile. Dr Barsa will be my dentist forever. He listened to me and took all of my concerns under consideration (both personal and financial) to create best plan of action to save my smile while not breaking my bank account. His honesty, understanding and passion for dentistry is rare to find. The entire office is very clean, sleek, modern looking and most of all, filled with wonderful staff that is always smiling and making you feel very comfortable. Confident Smiles and Dr. Carla are the best! The office is so clean, everyone is friendly, and there is always great television for your downtime in the chair. This was my first visit during COVID and I was super impressed with the process of sanitizing and disinfecting during the visit. It really put me at ease!

With Confident Smiles, I always feel like I receive personalized attention in a way that I’ve never experienced with other dentists. During the visit today, Dr. Carla buffed away the mamelons that we’re on a few of my front teeth. These always bothered me, but I never realized that I could have them addressed. She brought this up on her own and shaped my teeth after the cleaning! I love my new smile!

I drive 45 minutes to go to this clinic because the staff are extremely helpful and always very nice and accommodating. Dr. Barsa takes his time explaining every single detail to me and at no point did I ever feel that I was being given a service I did not need or over charged.

During COVID-19, I was hesitant to go to a dentist, but when I went to Confident Smiles, I was asked to wash my hands for at least 20 seconds, and gargle for at least 30 seconds. All the equipment is clean, and the staff wears multiple personal protective equipment while they perform the service; at NO extra charge; I heard some dentists are charging 10 to 25 dollars for such services.

If you did not like the service, they will get you back in to make sure you are stratified.

Dr Barsa is incredibly friendly and helpful. And giving. He goes out of his way to make you not just comfortable but happy. He is often doing more and going above and beyond because he wants you to be healthy and love your smile. I have always hidden my smile and after my last visit, for something unrelated to the work I need done, I left wanting to show my smile off for the first time in decades because of his kindness.

He and his staff are truly good souls. And skilled as any you will find in their field.

Dr Barsa is fantastic. I’m not one who’s very comfortable at the dentist, but his professionalism and empathy is something I have never experienced at a dentist’s office. All of the staff are kind and skilled and work as a team and during COVID were very strict with all their protocols which helped me feel more at ease. Most of all, the work that was done was excellent, he did little things to make my smile shine.

Dr. Barsa is a perfectionist and I appreciate that. He takes the time to tell you everything going on with your teeth and with your oral health. If there is something going on, he will tell you why and what can be done to fix the problem. I’ve only been seeing him for a few months now, but he’s been able to help me fix years worth of dental issues. Also, his staff is amazing:)

Extremely friendly receptionists will welcome you first thing! My dental assistant was very nice and not aggressive at all. Dr. Barsa was amazing! Down to earth, honest and personable at the same time. Not to mention, the office as a whole does an EXCELLENT job at keeping their patients/staff safe, in regards to Covid-19.10/10 Recommend to everyone! Lastly, their take home goodie bags are great! To start, I cannot express enough how much I love this office/staff (shout out to Barbra at the front desk!). They've made me feel truly, like family. I was nervous going to a new dentist but holy smokes, am i happy i landed on Confident Smiles. The office is clean, stylish and you can even watch a show while getting your service done. Dr. Barsa thoroughly explained what he saw in my x-rays and made me understand the steps needed to get my chompers at 100%. I truly wish you could see the detail Dr. Barsa put into my fillings! After removing old silver filings and re-filling it looks like my natural teeth. You cannot tell i have fillings.just that small change boosted my confidence. If you're reading this trying to decide if you should choose this office. YOU SHOULD. I promise you wont be disappointed. Also, the fact that Dr. Barsa works 12 hour shift multiple days a week with a smile on his face (my appointment was late, 7pm) truly shows how much this Dr actually cares about his office! Dr. Barsa and dr. Delafuente are one of the best dentists out there. Best experience I have ever had at the dentist. Everything was explained including past work from the x-ray. Confident smiles has UV lights to sanitize each room after every visit to help fight against COVID-19. They care about the customers, staff and equipment. Extremely professional.

Dr. Barsa is fantastic! I was so afraid of going to the dentist for years due to a bad experience in the past, so I ended up getting many cavities that were left untreated for quite some time. Dr. Barsa has not once judged me for this or made me feel bad for neglecting my oral care for years, instead he has made the process of fixing my smile painless and now I’m super happy that my smile is almost 100% again.

He also took me in as a new patient during the lock down Covid order in Chicago due to emergency tooth pain caused by a cavity and fractured tooth, so I’m super thankful that the entire office is very careful with their sanitization process and being overly careful to ensure everyone remains safe. Gargling with hydrogen peroxide is not a taste that I can say I enjoy, but I understand that it’s necessary and will continue to do so to show that I also care about the health and safety of those around me, and also to show my appreciation that they were willing to even let me walk through the front door.

Love this place! I have been coming here for years now, got my braces here and the experience was fantastic. Dr. Barsa is such a friendly guy he makes you feel at ease each visit. Everyone was so wonderful. I was incredibly nervous going into the visit but everyone at the office was so nice and understanding. Dr. Barsa was so understanding and walked me through everything that was happening and why. It was a really good experience. Dr. Barsa is great. I have a history of dental problems and sensitivity. He gets me through with a smile behind the mask. Dr. Barsa has redone some problem fillings that have come out really well. He is a great dentist and a great guy. He is also a self-proclaimed "dental nerd, " so you can ask him about anything.

My wife and I had our first appointment there yesterday and I can say without a doubt that we have found our new family Dentist! Dr. George Barsa is the epitome of professionalism mixed with a friendliness that make you feel like you’ve known him for years. The staff is great, very accommodating and the office is beautiful, new and state of the art! As far as health and safety concerns, this is the cleanest Dentist office I have ever been in, their strict sterilization policy (including UVC lights to sterilize each room between patients) is unsurpassed by any of the business I have (however reluctantly) had to visit since the beginning of the pandemic. At the end of our consultation I was presented with a chart showing the work he suggested with prices and (for insured patients) an explanation of what my insurance pays and what I will pay out of pocket. The pricing was incredibly reasonable (honestly, less than I expected) and I left there feeling like I was in excellent hands and that there would be no surprises. Also, having had the opportunity to see some of his work (he has some before and after photos that he is proud to display, and with good reason) I can tell that he is more than a Dentist, he is an artist! I’ve never looked forward to going to the dentist before, but I can honestly say that this is a place I will be happy to visit (if I must) anytime! If you need work done, call them immediately, I promise you will not be sorry!

After several bad dentist experiences at OTHER dentists my experience here has been a relief. Dr. Barsa and his staff are very informative and clear, they don’t try and push unnecessary things on you. I’d recommend to anyone. I also compared prices because what I needed wasn’t covered by my insurance and they were slightly cheaper.
