Very friendly and courteous staff. The staff works hard to make sure that patients are comfortable during procedures. The staff also makes sure you know that they are available if any problems arise after.

Erika was knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. She prioritized my comfort and made going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone in the office is so kind and willing to answer any questions. They are gentle when doing work on your teeth.

Hi, my name is Henry and I am 8 years old and using my Mom’s phone to write a review. Burch dental I think is the best dentist building in the world. When it was my first time I was scared but now im not scared, you have to be brave then you get a toy. When they suck the water out with a vacuum its the funnest part. I like the dentist because I dont want to get cavities and loose all my teeth and they help me with that. I hope they have the best day today!

I've been going to Burch Dental now for about 14+ years now. Everyone is so super friendly. The waiting room is super cozy and relaxing, not like a typical waiting room! I had a crown they had done that had given me some issues, and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure they got it right and that it felt comfortable again. Because of them, I now only have to go in for regular cleanings! I no longer dread going to the dentist! I HIGHLY recommend their services!

Wonderful experience with getting a new set of dentures, dentist took his time, fitted perfectly, matched color, and was fine in a timely manner, better fit, all in all a great experience!

The staff at the Forest Hill location is wonderful. They explain in detail what they are going to and why. My dental hygiene was one to brag about. Now with their care and advise on obtaining better oral hygiene, I'm all smiles. I highly recommended Burch dental in Loves Park.

I have nothing but kind things to say about Burch Dental. I always hated going to the dentist as a kid, and after not going for so long once I got older, I was afraid to go. The entire team made me comfortable and welcome. My first couple visits I saw Dr. Anthony, and she is the sweetest doctor I have ever met! She made me excited to come back for future cleanings. That's something I never thought I'd say. I figured I'd hate going to the dentist forever. This last visit I saw Dr. Cassaro. He was just as kind. Everyone in the office from the hygienists to the receptionists are just the most pleasant people you could ever have the pleasure of serving you. Thank you, Burch Dental, for completely ridding my life long fear of going to the Dentist!

I have been going to Burch with the entire family for years. In that time they have changed dentists but everyone has been amazing. They really do care about how your teeth look. The dental hygienists are also extremely friendly and always remember me and my family. A great dentist office!

Burch Dental has been our dentist of choice for several years. Apparently this business, like so many others has changed their focus to the the almighty dollar as opposed to customer satisfaction. I had one crown placed by Burch that was removed a year later and replaced. No compensation allowed, although I was promised.
Just recently another crown placed by Burch (implant). 4-5 visits because dentist was unable to get it fit properly. She broke it and sent me elsewhere to have it looked at. Screw is still broken, although Burch insists it’s “fixed”. Again, no compensation. Matter of fact, reception constantly calling and texting because a balance still remains because they coded it incorrectly to insurance company. Incompetence all around.

I have total trust in Doctor Anthony, she really cares about how you feel, that your comfortable and her work is the best! I love my custom crown, her design fits perfectly. The office Manager Jill is so helpful and understanding and the ladies up front are super fun and nice. Also Jessica did an amazing job assisting. My hygienist, Erika, was amazing as always. My cleaning was painless and she explained everything as she went. I was able to meet Dr. Cassaro and he is very gentle, personable and is a great addition to the office.

The staff are super friendly and make a big effort to make sure you're comfortable and fully understand what they're doing. Super informative when it comes to procedures as well. They let me know about a filling to even out my two front teeth and how much that would cost/ what the procedure would be like up front.
