Dr. Max is the best dentist I've had. At my age, I have realized that going to the dentist will always create a level of anxiety within me, but at least I have found one who is worth it. Dr. Max is professional, skilled, and a perfectionist. Because of these attributes, all of the dental work I've received has been extraordinary - no pain and no discomfort. I am glad I found him.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the office's appointment policies. They require a ridiculous deposit for appointments even after you have provided good insurance and after they have already filed the claim. Example, if you make an appointment for two weeks from now, they want the money NOW. Who pays for dental work or any medical procedure before it happens? And if you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment then you must do it 4 days in advance. 4 days? Who does that? So if you have an emergency and cancel an appointment the day before, WATCH OUT, they're going to keep your deposit and make you pay it again for your reschedule.
