I normally hate the dentist, but American Dental has it tdone madethe impossible: they have created an environment where I can actually endure the dentist! They ensure to keep things pain free, and they are highly supportive of my dental health. They are kind, not condemning, and aim to give the best quality dental service. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend. I've never felt more comfortable getting a tooth pulled. The staff is very nice and attentive.

For the past four years, I love coming to this dental office because all staff and doctors are so nice, friendly and most importantly dedicated to help all their clients feel better. They’re good at listening my concerns before any procedure and answering all my questions. The staff always check if my insurance will or not cover something and inform me.

Incorrectly billed. Balance immediately sent to collection agency. Law office was unable to be reached to pay balance. Refused service while experiencing extreme dental pain. Visited another dental practice and all costs were out of pocket from AD billing my max benefits for the year.

Super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff! Dr was kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. Would recommend coming here!

Great office and excellent place to go take care of your teeth. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, they makes you feel right at home. The dentist and her team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This is the best dental office I have ever gone to. They told me what I needed and they did a Great job of doing what had to be done. I had 5 teeth extracted and a new top Denture. They used a digital wand inside my mouth to get exact measurements and boy did it work. These are the best dentures I have ever had. The people who wrote bad reviews don't know what they are talking about. These ladies do a wonderful job. This is not a fake review and I was not paid to write it. Doctors are okay. I’ve had problems every time I went in. Looking for a new dentist.
Also, poor customer service.

Absolutely terrible.
1. Needed a crown. The doc made the crown so tight that I lost nerve sensitivity down my chin, half of my chin, half my lip. I had to go through emergency room, numerous medical doctors to figure out why I lost sensation to half of my lower jaw. Kept coming telling the dentist it happened after her work. Thousands of dollars in the drain. Went somewhere else to have my crown loosened and I go my sensation back.
2. My mistake for coming back. Needed a quick filling. Was in so much pain after, had to come back twice for follow up to shave down my filling.and if that wasn't the end - they gave me a false estimate for a filling and misread my insurance policy. So now, months later, they send me a bill for more than my procedure cost - and no one can explain why. WHAT A MESS.

Worst place ever for dental. Starting with the attitute of the "manager" named Sharon. And the general manafer if all locations Kat. The are scammers and raise prices. They tried to lenght the tx (number of visits) so they can take more money

I have been coming here for some time and all I can say is good things. The front desk is always very helpful. Dr Ramsey is the best. I highly recommended this dental office.

Very friendly, flexible scheduling, staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

The dental staff is great. However, the admin side is a mess. They scheduled my 6 month follow-up too early (by only 4 days), so my insurance refused to cover it. I had to pay for the cleaning, out of pocket. I now realize that I shouldn't just trust office staff to make appointments for me. They're not paying attention to details and American Dental doesn't care who pays, as long as someone does. It's too bad because like I said, I enjoyed the dentist I had been seeing. Now I don't really feel like continuing to go there.

The staff is wonderful! The doctors and all the technicians always make me full safe and welcomed. I had some major dental work done here and my 17 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled here.

Writing a review on behalf of my husband. We are extremely disappointed by this dental facility where we received misleading information from their team. We rarely write reviews, however, to ensure this does not happen to any other patients we must share our experience.

He was told by the ethnic receptionist that they checked his insurance and that it would cover 50% of the cost, which was a complete scam and a lie. As soon as they completed their service, he submitted a 50% payment on his end and then later received a bill for the other half ($1200). We were furious to see this bill! He confronted her in person and asked for proof of record to see if the insurance approved or rejected his service. She shared they did not have any records of it.

There are many other dental facilities he could have gone to that accepted his insurance. Beware with caution when coming here! They will say yes insurance will be approved, followed by a bill sent to you, then a collection agency with no help on their end.

RESPONSE: first and foremost please learn how to communicate better when it comes to working in the customer service industry. No apology is necessary when again you still have not fixed the issue as your staff provided false information.

Also, let me correct you, my husband's name is not TRUONG as I did not take his last name. Therefore, you are clearly looking up the wrong patient. What you should have done is provide a supervisor's contact info.to resolve this issue. We would be more than happy to show up in person AGAIN and provide you with the bill that we paid for at the Fullerton location. No mix-up on our end.

Very nice and skilled dentist; however the front desk staff and the practice billing practices are unsatisfactory. Cannot recommend.

AMAZING hygienist and dentist! They were very kind and heard me out about my prior dental experiences. Even quickly drilled through the overfill I had on two teeth from a previous cavity filling so I can floss between those two teeth again! Also had the best cleaning of my life - whatever probe they used to clean around my gums felt like I was having a 20 year old itch that I could never reach be scratched.

Been going to this place for a decade for root canals but apparently the wait time is now month's out. They need to hire more dentists. Existing patients that have been going here for over 10 years don't want to wait in PAIN for months.

DO NOT GO HERE if you are worried about the fees. I verified benefits 3x before going, then left with a large bill for services because of billing error. The staff had no willingness to help with the issue and refuse to help over the phone. The dentist herself was nice during the appointment, but my filling fell out and dentist will not give me any fee structure for fixing their mistake. Office staff are dishonest and do not have any willingness to help with their mistakes. Do no go here unless you can afford to be ripped off.

I have had the best dental experiences of my life at American Dental office in Lincoln Park. As someone with a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, they make me feel comfortable and are completely non-judgemental. Appointments are easy to make and are sometimes available the same day. I can’t recommend this office enough. I am moving a few hours out of the city and will be making the trek back every six months to stay with Dr. Ramsay and the team here.

I usually hate going to the dentist and try to put it off as long as possible, but after finding American Dental, I won't be doing that anymore! My cleaning and x-rays went super smoothly, and they were even able to fit me in for a filling the same day, which was great. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Have been coming here for years this place really cares for their patients. I always leave feeling I have been taken care of. Dr. Anne is very heart warming and always answers my concerns.

Had the absolutely BEST first experience here! The dental hygienist and the front desk employees were so nice and helpful. Dr Sharma was incredible as well. I then got a facial and that didn’t disappoint either. I usually dread going to the dentist but now I can’t wait to go back because of these great people and my wonderful experience!

Been coming here for over 2 years when I lived in Noble Square. I live in Oak Park now and I still come. Great docs & nurses.

I wasn’t satisfied with my experience at the dental place. I got brace with them and when I paid off my remaining balance I still had a balance and they didn’t help me understand besides tell me either I pay or they don’t see me. Customer service wasn’t all that good and they suggest work be done that wasn’t necessary to do. Overall I wasn’t happy with experience

The people treat patients with respect and always make sure that they are comfortable. I have a monthly and the service gets easier and easier.

I had a cleaning with Dr. Jardeleza and it was amazing! Very thorough with explanations & makes sure you’re feeling okay throughout the cleaning/procedure. Will definitely come again!

To the office On Central Ave and Mary is awesome! My daughter. How’s to the office on Fullerton Ave for Orthodontist services and she has had a good experience. The customer service has gotten better!
