They listened to my dental issues. And we came up with a plan. Very professional clean facility. Everyone had a good attitude. Will definitely recommend this place!

My mother had an appointment at your facility. She’s going to be 99 years old in May. She is able to walk on her own take care of her self. She was treated very well and they took care of her issues and we were very happy with the way everything was taken care of. The staff was very efficient very kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend them.

Great place friendly staff had a really bad wisdom too needed it removed asap had to wait about a month but doctor was able to take it out with no problem thank you so much affordable Dentistry

From check in to check out our questions were answered and everything from procedures taking place during the appointment to future work was explained with great clarity and detail! I have extreme anxiety around dentists after a horrible experience a few weeks ago and when I told the dental assistant this she assured me that I would never experience something like that in their office. The dental assistant (or whatever her title is sorry if I am wrong), Bailey, who helped me was incredibly warming and welcoming and helped me feel comfortable. I was in for wisdom tooth pain that ended up being outside of their abilities, but Dr. Piper and Bailey made sure I had everything I needed for my referral and to help my pain in the meantime. Everyone I met was super kind and I am looking forward to going back for a regular cleaning/check up appointment next year. I would highly recommend them for an emergency appointment or I'm sure they're just as great for any other appointment. Thank you for all your help.

My first visit to Dr. Piper I was so anxious that I burst into tears. I've had a lot of intense work done some then and Dr. Piper and his staff has gone above and beyond to ensure that I'm comfortable. They're very professional, caring and compassionate on top of doing a great job.

Julie, the hygienist, was super gentle and informative. The office was clean. DR. Piper took time to talk to me. Not my favorite appt every six months but I don't mind going there. Glad to have found a good fit.

They were very gentle, patient and explained everything to you. The doctor and all his assistance were very knowledgeable and helpful. Pain was not to bad. I was able to tolerate it. Everything is very up to date. I would refer anybody to them.

Dr. Piper was great. I have always had dental issues and use an upper and lower partials. He took the time to craft the dentures so that they match and even work well with my overbite. He made sure I had the proper alignment and it took extra visits to get it right before he molded the final set. I am extremely pleased and can now eat everything again. The staff was super and so pleasant

Worst dentist EVER! He totally messed up my daughters teeth. Cracked one of her molars, and drilled into the nerver on right side of mouth her teeth are painful, sensitive and she is unable to eat on the right side of her mouth. When he came into the room his clothes were stained with food and he smelled.he ought to be closed down

The staff is very friendly and attentive. My 9 year old daughter really liked her Hygienist Marianne. Jillian at the front was very helpful. A great office.

Staff was friendly and personable. This was my first visit, so cannot rate based on long-term experience (thus the reason for only 4 stars rather than 5), however, everyone seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel the pressure that I felt at our prior dentist. I’m very glad we made the switch to this new dental office!
** Update 1/13/2021-after a 2nd experience with this office, I’m updating to 5 stars. Got me in quickly with a sore tooth. Explained the situation thoroughly yet not yammering on and on. Everyone is friendly and competent.

Got in quickly. Professional friendly staff. Dr. Piper explained everything he was doing. Was able to start my procedure that day. The best dental appointment I have ever had.

I went in due to severe pain. The doctor was very concerned and sent me to a oral hygienist. If you are looking for a good dentist to start going to, this is the place hands down.

Affordable Dentistry’s staff are friendly, helpful and professional. They are observing Covid guidelines. When I arrived for my appointment, all staff were masked and wore face shields. They practiced physical distancing to the degree possible (difficult in small exam rooms and, obviously impossible while having the exam). I observed the assistant wiping down the lead X-Ray shield after it was on me so it would be disinfected for the next patient.

I think the staff is overall professional and nice. Was helpful in providing tips on how to take care is teeth. I like how the hygentists are personable. I think the dentist does a good job. I think he could be more personable. It’s nice when the dentist takes the time to get to know you or at least make a little small talk so that you don’t feel Iike you’re just a patient. It’s all in the small things.
I like that the office did some updates. The place looks nice. Overall I liked my experience.

Excellent service, the dentist explained thoroughly the procedures and the options, all precautions were taken to be safe and healthy as well from call aheads to the receptionist coming to get you from your vehicle and everyone wearing masks and gloves. The procedure went very quickly and very efficiently highly recommended Dr Piper!

My 11 y/o son was super anxious about going to the dentist. We were greeted by friendly staff and I loved that the hygienist that was taking care of him explained the X-ray’s and 3D X-ray was super cool. She took the time to go over things and when he left said “‘mom I liked her a lot” I was also grateful they took care of all of our needs during that visit rather than make us come back for another appointment. I would definitely recommend them.

I drive 1 1/2 hours to this dentist office & it is well worth it! The dentist & staff are great! They always let me decide if I want them to do more than what I came in for if more is needed. They always let me know what they are doing before they do it, & they make sure I am plenty numb before they start! I can put everything on my Care Credit card so I never have to worry about having the money right then! Affordable Dentistry Today in Bloomington IL is the best dentist office & I highly recommend them!

My first visit here, i have had very little dental experience on the whole, all with high levels of anxiety. They were genuine and friendly like you belonged there.i had never had a cleaning and didn’t even realize it wasn’t painful in any way. They explained things like i was a person (i have had a few dentists talk to me with condescension) and totally put my mind at ease! I chose them because they work with you even if they don’t take your insurance and when you’re there they don’t treat you differently because of your insurance.i have plans to go back for some serious dental work and have absolutely no trepidation.

They were very understanding and kind about everything. I felt embarrassed with my teeth and smile, they helped out and answered all my questions explained everything very well.super satisfied with this office

The whole staff - starting with the ladies at the front desk - are professional and upbeat and friendly - which is what you like when facing the (cue spooky music) "torture" of Going To the Dentist.
Dr. Piper, also, is congenial and professional in his approach, and we always kid around a little, each time I am there.
Also - and this is crucial - even though my visits, for the past several years, have required only cleaning, a few x-rays and a thorough examination - when Dr. Piper HAS had to carry out any procedures - filling a cavity or "installing" a crown - his work has been quick and efficient, and the cost always reasonable.
It's a great group of people, and I almost - ALMOST - "enjoy" going there!
