Lexie was wonderful at helping me select the right blinds for my house and efficient at taking care of a defective blind, with no hassles. Ben did a great job installing and took time to answer questions I had. I will refer them to my friends and family.

Dennis and Steven did a amazing job on my whole house putting up drapes. Amazing guys! There work was Beyond amazing there hard work and Professional install making sure everything was good. I love budget blinds and have had blinds and shutters and dark out sliders on kitchen windows before and have always loved there work.
Today I was one happy person the whole family lives there drapes in rooms and I am beyond excited, thank you Dennis and Steven.

Budget Blinds in Boise gaves us excellent service from the first call to set the appointment for an estimate, to Alesha taking the measurements and giving her expert advice and last but not least, Damian and Caleb who installed the blinds quickly and professionally. I am absolutely thrilled with our new blinds and shades and all the folks involved.

Mark is best installer in the biz. I’ve used budget blinds for 5 different houses now and I’ll continue to use them in the future for custom window treatments.

I see all these 5 star reviews and while I cannot say I am completely dissatisfied, I have to say I am a little disappointed. I will start with noting the folks @ Budget Blinds in Meridian were very professional and friendly. Our shutters and solar shades took 3 months to be completed but I understand with supply chain shortages this is pretty common right now.
The day of the install we ran into some issues with fitment on the shutters however. Our installer expressed that they were tighter than normal and that he would advise the office of the situation. I called the office to express what he had told us at the same time and was told someone would reach back out to me and let me know. More than a week later I never received a phone call or an email. I reached out to our sales woman via email to which she replied " I will look into it. " Once again "crickets. " We have never had shutters professionally installed before so not completely sure on the proper fitment? The tolerances seem very tight for sure, but also seem fine to me? We have to open and close with care but they function. I was hoping to have a conversation and express this to Budget Blinds but haven't heard a word? I would love to also point out that one of our Serena Solar Shades is very noisy when going up? I was sold on the fact that these more expensive shades would not have this problem and the others we had installed do not seem to have this same issue. Quiet on both roll up and down. It would be nice if I could just talk to someone about these issues, get them resolved, and move forward. Just a little frustrated by the lack of contact or concern on their part.

From choosing of the right blinds that met my needs and decoration style, to the installation, everything was flawless. Caleb installed ask the blinds I had ordered in less than an hour and did a phenomenal job. Definitely a great business with incredible staff.

Cameron and Damien adjusted the height of our vertical blinds that were installed last June. They adjusted them to the length that we wanted and were cordial to work with.

When we first moved to the Boise area, we had Budget Blinds of Boise install shutters on all of the windows on the front of our house. We were so impressed with the quality of product and great service, in a few years we had Sally of Budget Blinds of Boise design and install award winning drapes in our living and dining room areas. Most recently we had Sally of Budget Blinds of Boise back to design and installs draperies and bed coverings in our master bedroom. “Fantastic” is not a strong enough word to describe the outcome of the results and our satisfaction. Five stars are not enough to express our appreciation for Budget Blinds of Boise.

I highly recommend Ken Glover pf Budget Blinds. He came out to our house today, gave us no pressure, and shared very good advice on our window coverings. He is very honest and has a depth of experience. I also enjoyed looking at window coverings on display at the Budget Blinds showroom. It helped!

Recently we had Ken from Budget Blinds come to our home to examine our window coverings we had purchased in 2017. We were experiencing some some of the blinds were uneven when raised. Much to our surprise the blinds were still under warranty and were replaced by the company free of charge. Ken kept up apprised of when they were approved by the warranty department. On re-installation day, Caleb and Sam (from Budget) arrived on time, after notifying us in advance of their arrival. They removed the damaged blinds and installed the new ones efficiently within about an hour. They were friendly, courteous, got to work quickly and left nothing behind for us to clean up. The new blinds are beautiful.

A little disappointed that it took four months to complete one master bedrom window with a cellular shade, rod, and curtains. I did not receive any updates from the company's sales rep or office team during this time. The curtains are too long and pile more than expected on the floor and the cost for all of this was well over 3k. I am just not seeing the full value for this cost.

Alesha was great! Had all information available. Easy to visit with. Gave me options on what was available. She was very efficient- took measurements- enjoyed her expertise.

Watch out for a woman named Susie at this business. She does NOT habe your best interest at heart ans is constantly trying to take advantage. I do not reccomend them.

Could not believe the customer service we just received. We have been looking at blinds for some time now and we showed up knowing what we wanted and the all the dimensions all we need was to get a quote. The lady in the store did not get up to help us when we walked in and when asked if we could get some help with some numbers she told us that is not how it works. She then tells us they could go out and get measurements and get us an instant quote but it would take time and would have to be emailed over if she used our measurements. Could not be more disappointed with this location, why would I spend thousands of dollars here.
