This place used to be efficient because now they don't do their work like before and not all of them, but some who serve the front seem to not like the job they have because they serve like they are always bitter

This place was good before and they were quick at attending why they don't do their job like before. They also always usually have an attitude and not all but most.

They have the worst customer service of any dentist I have ever called. I have been calling for 3 DAYS NOW! To make a wisdom teeth extraction appointment because they hurt and I have a referral BUT EVERY TIME THEY TRANSFER ME TO THE DEPARTMENT NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! I call back to tell them and they hang up on me again which is very rude. I have left many messages and nobody has responded. This is sickening

Terrible terrible wait time.what are appointments for if they are going to give you a timer and make you wait 30+mins after your appointment.my sister just got out of her appointment and said that they were laughing and talking bad about my mom because she was complaining EVEN THOUGH they were the ones who took FOREVER

Had the best experience today! My daughter had a dental emergency and they were able to see my the same day. Dr. D Patel and Daniela the dental assistant were amazing. They had me in and out in no time and my daughter was on her way with no pain and enjoyed her visit. Couldn't thank them enough!

Norcross location does a really great job, been coming here for 15 yrs, just wished the wait wasn’t 2 hrs long lately. Before it was just come in and out in about an hr.

Tenía cita con mis nińas 1: 45 en Norcross y ya estaba llegando una de la asistente me llamo yo le dije que estaba de camino ella me respondió que no había problema que me esperaban cuando llegue me dijeron que no me podían recibir a las niñas porque llegue tarde o sea yo hablé con un fantasma que me dijo que no había problema que llegara a la cita…. Por la incompetencia y el poco amor a los pacientes es que estoy dando esta reseña porque esa señora no pensó en el tiempo que perdí de mi trabajo para llegar a la cita con mis niñas

I had a date with my girls at 1: 45 in Norcross and one of the assistants was already arriving. He called me and I told him I was on his way, he replied that there was no problem, they were waiting for me when I arrived, they told me that they couldn't receive the girls because I was late, that is, I spoke to a ghost who told me that there was no problem to get to the appointment…. Due to incompetence and lack of love for patients, I am giving this review because that lady did not think about the time I lost from my job to get to the appointment with my girls.

I’ve been standing in front of the front desk for the better part of an hour and after 27min the girl looks up and says oh please wait I’m not ready. These are the first people you see once you walk in, if my child wasn’t in so much pain I would walk out.

Terrible dentist. I was taken when I was a kid and all fillings fell out and I lost a tooth due to the bad fillings, I’ve had to get them all replaced. Now with my sister they hurt my sister and never notified my mom, and when we took her to her paediatrician we were told she had an infection.

If I could rate this dentist a 0 I would all Im saying is there trying to scam insurance into paying for procedures you don’t even need. I went to another dentist and they told me my teeth looked great just needs small maintenance. Never coming back.

I’ll call like 1000 times during 1 month to make an appointment for my to kids.they never answered my call! Also I’ll call the albany location and they transfer my call to the Norcross location, wait like 20 minutes on the line and they never answer again! The worst costumer service!

This place is literally traumatizing my parents took me here since I was a child and all the experiences I had made me hate this place, from being strained down as a kid and many other traumatizing experiences like this never will I come here ever again, I wouldn’t recommend bringing your child here they don’t deserve to not like the dentist because it really does make a impact because the dentist shouldn’t be the worst place ever but this place makes it the worse place ever. + the super long waits just to get attended, some staff members are really good at their job but just in general no child should go through this nor should be in the risk of it so it’s better just to take them to a different one. This is as someone who went here and I’m not the only one because I’ve communicated with mutual who have super similar feelings. Wouldn’t recommend!

There’s always confusion and never clear communication when it comes to my daughter’s appointments. I found a new dentist asap. While I know the world is short staffed, they’re always over booked and we’re not seen until 30-45 mins of being there

I’ve been with them for about 5 years. They have the best prices and the best staff. Everyone was so nice and they really worked with my budget. I can’t have asked for a better team. Also, I love my smile.

Front office is the best. Kimberly is so nice and sweet and very helpful. I also have to mention Diana nice helpful and patience. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

I took off from work because my son was supposed to have a cleaning and 4 teeth extracted. They just did the cleaning and forgot about the extractions. I was then told they didn't have time so I will have to reschedule. I'm sorry that's not acceptable. Not going back.
