Above and beyond service, helping me out to my car with my order, giving my daughter a little mango lassie, and the food was superb! Highly recommend!

We walked in one afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to learn about the buffet for $15. It was a good selection of curry. Would definitely go back and try their evening menu options at some point. My only critique is that the goat curry was chewy and the vindaloo not particularly spicy.

Came for lunch buffet. Decent food, good flavors, most of the items were refilled quickly, but not for a couple of them. Naan was good.

I placed an order for mail that I didn't want spicy my food came back spicy the order was put in for nine spicy the manager came over and told me I should just get carry chicken because they didn't have anything that wasn't spicy I was confused because any other indian restaurant that I've gone to you can get your food not spicy

I have been coming here for over a year and believe this is the best restaurant in Kennesaw. The service here is incomparable to anywhere else and the food is amazing. The portions are large and packing for to go orders is so organized.

Amazing Indian Buffet but great variety, only one that I am aware of post Covid. Naan bread is made in house, never have had a bad experience here.

The customer service here was amazing! I went with my three children and they treated us like we were in a fine dining restaurant – constantly coming and checking on us and being super accommodating and quick with service. My children said they felt like they were royalty. The experience was refreshing!

The service was beyond both expectations and what I've experienced at any restaurant since the pandemic. The food was good with a lot of vegetarian and non vegetarian options. My only gripe is their bathroom which needs a complete overhaul, kept cleaner, and not down some hall that is dark and used as storage (banquet side).

Taj Mahal Grill has a GREAT Lunch Buffet! I've brought family and friends here who all love the food. They have great servers as well.

Nice and clean place, great ambiance. We came for lunch buffet and there were good variety of food. Food was delicious and multiple desserts option. Staff was super active and friendly. Serving fresh naan on the table. They even brought mango ice cream for the kids on the table.

We started with chicken Manchurian (appetizer), I’d say it’s a bit saucy (see the picture). I’m of the opinion that this could be better with less sauce!
Next for entree, we ordered Taj Mahal biriyani and goat vindaloo. The vindaloo gets a 5*, whereas the Taj Mahal biryani had to be returned. I’m not sure the type of cuisine that serves this kind of rice, it really had no biriyani aroma or taste to it. The manager was really helpful and without any hesitation, he took back this and replaced with chicken tikka masala, which again deserves a 5*.

Overall, the staff was very courteous and without us complaining, they figured something had gone wrong with the biriyani and rectified it immediately.
To my surprise, it seems they also serve a portion of dessert (fruit custard and Kheer) at the end, didn’t realize as it’s our first experience.

Service from the associates was amicable and as pleasant as any.place was to dark, not fancy enough to be that dimmed. Food was not too expensive ($16 a plate). 2 of my friends are from india and the lamb curry they cook surpassed what I ate here.my wifes chicken curry was cold.we didnt complain.just didnt eat at. The desserts I gave a 1. It was all soup desserts.will try another spot because I still love indian food.still tipped 12

The food is good, but it used to be great. The owner has allowed the younger generation to take over, so the customer service isn't as great. The place is Beautiful.

Really enjoyed the food, ambience, and service. The vegetable samosas were flavorful. The Buttered Tandoori Naan was yummy. The Tandoori Fish was really good. The Kheer and fruit custard were delicious desserts. I did feel rushed towards the end of the meal because it is a small restaurant which was off putting. However, they get packed quickly so they try to get people in and out so that people aren't waiting too long. Other than that the service throughout the meal was good. I will definitely try other menu items.

I’ve been here only two times but both times their service has been nothing but amazing and the food is absolutely delicious and the recipe doesn’t change. Great place

Wow! We came for the buffet lunch that they offer! Omg! These people really knows how to cook! The food was fantastic/delicious! Every single dish I tried was on point. Definitely this restaurant and their food hit the spot! In my personal opinion, if you are looking for a very tasty meal with lots of flavors and different textures then you need to come to Taj Mahal Grill. For those who never tried Indian cuisine I highly suggest that you come during buffet time before 3pm. Because the buffet will give you the opportunity to try small portions of everything so you can taste all the different flavors without having to order a whole meal of something you may not like, right? And after you get the buffet experience then you will know what to eat based on what you just tried, make sense? Note: ” the buffet hours are 11: 00am to 3: 00pm” - parking lot is not an issue because the shopping plaza has plenty of parking space. This restaurant also offers banker hall rental for birthdays, weddings, social events, etc. And has delivery service and catering for any event! This place has amazing food. Please go support them. The staff is awesome and super kind. They treat you like family. The mango drink is good. The best is the paneer and potato. I also love their butter chicken. They have healthy options too. Super hardy meals!

Had read good reviews so decided to visit this restaurant, We took a carryout yesterday for some guests to find the there was too much salt in some items and pulav was not cooked well.we ended up discarding and we had to cook the food again while guests were waiting. Tried calling the manager who was non answerable on phone and also later did not call back. I would not recommend this restaurant. Overall food not great quality and poor customer service.

New owners here I think. The buffet is well maintained and the food is absolutely delicious. If I ever had to go vegetarian, I'd eat here every day. But their Chicken Tikka Masala is to die for! Really good value for the money!

Nice family owned Indian restaurant that offers my favorite buffet. Great price, ($14.99 on the weekends) clean, and quality dishes for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

If you love Indian food or want to sample it for a first time I would highly recommend visiting the buffet. The butter chicken, goat curry, and Tandoori chicken with Naan bread are some of my favorites. The cream of spinach and chickpeas are also great vegetarian options.

If you are looking for an Indian buffet this is the place.
Buffet has a great selection of well prepared and tasty items. Everything from main course to dessert. All fresh and tasty.

First time experience! Exceptional service and delicious food. Would highly recommend. Customer care seems to be a priority at this place. I noticed alot of online orders as people were coming in to pick up food which was quite reassuring that we picked a popular restaurant!

Everything I’ve ever ordered from Taj Mahal has been amazing. The Gobi Manchurian is my go to. I also enjoy the Taj Mahal Chana, Chana saligwa, the tandoori salmon and the salmon curry. The portions are very generous and the food is authentic Indian cuisine. You will not be disappointed. The owner is very friendly and helpful as well.

Before you read this review please keep in mind I’m Indian and I have grown up eating Indian food at home and restaurants all over the US. To start off our server was pleasant and respectful. This review is for the owners of the establishment only. We ordered paneer pakora as an appetizer and it was complete trash. There was no flavor and the paneer was hard when fresh paneer is supposed to be soft. Then we ordered the butter chicken dish I would give it a 3/10. Butter chicken is my favorite dish so I’ve eaten enough of it. The paneer tikka masala had straight tomato paste in it. Normally it should have a base of onion, garlic, ginger and tomatoes. I strongly feel no authentic ingredients were used and canned purées were used. I still don’t see how the place has over 1k reviews with over 4 stars which was the reason why I even came. Anyways on to the next!

I used to come here all the time and spend a lot of money buying different dishes that I liked. However, it seems like the quality of service has diminished. The last time I ordered my normal items, it was cold and unappetizing. I’ve also noticed that the prices have increased and the portions have shrunk. I now go to another local Indian place instead and the food is cheaper and delicious.

We eat here often they have a vegetarian bar and a separate meat bar so when we are on the Daniel fast it's perfect

GREAT food, great customer service, and I love how fast the food was prepared. I went during my lunch break at work, and I am going as soon as I clock out from work to grab food for dinner. I most definitely will be back a lot.

My review is for the lunch buffet.
Food wasn't something that will motivate me to come again. Although price is not high considering the items. Probably a 3 star for food/price.
However I am rating lower considering cleanliness. Both fork and spoons were not clean enough, they had dried food even though they were washed.

Absolutely delicious Indian food! The Tika Masala was spiced perfectly, and the Nan was the fluffiest we have ever had. Also the service was amazing - we had our water glasses consistently filled and multiple folks checked in on us throughout the meal. Highly recommend!

Buffet wasn't that impressive it they didn't add more food to the buffet if u come at 2 everythinh was taken u eat left overs took too long time to bring the menu order and when they did they brought it wrong when they fixed it it wasn't pleasant too much waiting they were very busy

Customer Service was amazing. The people were just so helpful and kind. The food was incredible. I highly recommend their desserts, this was the first time I enjoyed Rice Pudding. The ambience was sweet and relaxing. Overall, you can't go wrong here.

This is by far one of THE BEST restaurants I've been to! I stopped by with my family because we wanted to eat Indian food for the first time, and we were blown away by the delicious food, the amazing service, and the prices!

Yesterday I ordered through uber eats and paid 19.06 Food was not tasty over roasted and 3 to 4 pieces of chicken in the meal and uber eats is not responding on this issue

OMG best Indian food I have ever eaten. We has veggie samosas curry goat and bahita (not sure of spelling) chicken and it was perfect. You can specify the spiciness and that makes a huge difference. It's a must go to resturant also service was super on point

Took my friend here for Sunday buffet to introduce her to Indian cuisine. Food and service is always good. The Tandoori chicken, goat and chicken curries so tasty. The food in the buffet needs to be warmer tho.

Took grandkids to have their first Indian food. The selection was good as was the price and it made a great first experience for them. They also liked the decor and music.

The food here is awesome. My one main complaint is about the biryani. Every time I order it, it's 40-50% plain basmati rice. If I wanted basmati rice then I would cook it myself.

Fantastic food and perfect service. This restaurant was a real treat from the beginning appetizer to the little sweets and tea at the end.

I've visited this restaurant twice and they have always exceeded my expectations! Awesome flavors, the mint chutney and naan are spot on, as well as their curry dishes and savory tikka masala.

The garlic naan and butter chicken gravy were delicious. Tandoori chicken was served as a sizzler plate. It was good. Not the best. The gravy was served along with a portion of flavorful basmati rice. Mango lassi here is very fresh and refreshing. The portion sizes are great.

I enjoyed buffet on weekdays. It was beyond my expectations for $10.99. I saw for the first time in USA as part of dessert they added jack fruits, guava and enjoyed every item they presented. That sounds like these people not much into more business and not more greedy.

I tried goat dum biryani on alacarte. I think they need to improve on it to bring authentic biryani taste. So I gave 4 star for that.

I love this place. They have the biggest portions for affordable prices and the food is delicious! There are so many vegetarian and vegan options, so there’s something for everyone. There have been a few instances where we have arrived for pickup before the food is ready and the employees always give us free treats and smoothie drinks for waiting, even if we are there before our designated pick up time. By far, my favorite Indian style restaurant that I have ever been to.

This place has perfect service, the people are VERY amiable and the food is great! Totally recommend it to everyone!
PS: the chili chicken is an appetizer, but I personally find it large enough for a meal. (though I recommend mild heat cause I can't go too hot) The garlic naan bread is soo good too!:) And they have a masala tea which is overall 100/10

The Taj Mahal Grill is really a hidden treasure. This was our first visit, and we were very happy. The restaurant offers a lengthy menu with many vegetarian options. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. When our server took our orders, she asked us what spice level we preferred and our water glasses were always kept full. With actual tablecloths and cloth napkins, this was a lovely dining experience. They do a very large takeout business and clearly have a lot of repeat customers. It is located in the same large strip mall as 'Floor and Decor' with plenty of parking. In addition to the regular dining room, they have a banquet hall which can be separated for events. In fact, the only thing I can possibly say was a negative is that the chairs are a little hard; I recommend a booth.
