I ordered a 4ct chicken strips and they got the order wrong and gave me a pie, found out when I got home.

Neat place but we waited forever, food took awhile, waiting an additional 20 minutes for ticket. I’m sure it’s staffing issues but not a normal CFA experience.
Would come back for the self service side but not the sit down restaurant side.

Worst order ahead system. You just ahead but they don't make it in advance and you have to still wait in line to get your order. Total time waste.

Ordered on the app got to drivethru and sat for 20 min while someone in front of us app wasn’t working on his phone. So instead of pulling him out of line and helping him they just let us all sit in line and wait.
