Absolutely wonderful staff and place! Came in for wisdom teeth issues and they were able to get my extraction scheduled within a week! Will definitely be back for all dental needs!

My wife was seen here and Dr Rakesh was a great find. She explained the process in detail and was able to help real quick. The treatment was done seamlessly. The hygienist also did a great job.

My experience at the dentist was not a good one and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
During my first appointment, I was asked to reschedule for roughly 2 weeks later despite already waiting one hour to see a dental hygienist. Then, when I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, they took me in, but the suction device was broken. So, I had to spit in a small plastic cup, which was gross for me and the hygienist cleaning my teeth. On a positive note, everyone I spoke with was kind and professional, but it is clear that they need help operationally. Whether there needs to be training of the office manager or a new hire, the office would greatly benefit from some basic process improvement. To help the overall flow of the office, let alone help the patient experience.

24/7 Emergency tooth extraction and let me tell you god bless Dr. Perlow for giving me a new lease on life! I was in immense pain for 4 days straight without zero sleep and she did an amazing job pulling my tooth on a short notice! Also the front desk staff are incredibly awesome and will give you all the free ice you need! Highly recommend ACE family dental for all your emergency dental needs!
