Ace Dental Care, LLC

From someone who has an extreme fear of the dentist, this was a pleasant experience. I found them and requested a same day appointment through Zocdoc and they responded promptly and got me in the door within a few hours. They gave me all the info and forms I needed before I came in via text message. I had severe pain and needed a root canal. They were able to complete it same day and I expressed my anxiety with the dentist and they were all so pleasant. They checked on me and explained everything they were doing and kept me calm the entire procedure. My Dr.was Dr. Cobb and he was very gentle, thorough, and efficient. Needless to say I found a new dentist.

Great experience! They were very gentle and patient with my little ones (20 mos & 3yrs) and got us in and out quickly!

Posting again because I really can’t tell you how much of a life saver Ace Dental is. I made an appointment with the wrong location but because I was have an emergency they got me in anyways and provided me with a referral nearby. Amazing customer service once again!

I really enjoyed my first visit here. The whole staff was very polite. They made sure to explain everything so well. The front desk receptionist Kristina helped me figure out what my insurance would and would not cover. I came back later on the same day for a cleaning and Sandra did a really job. It was quick and painless. Thank you to the team.

One star is too generous. Not only do they change dentists like underwear, I spent $8000 on 6 crowns for one of them to fall out less than a year later while eating a cheese quesadilla.

Do yourself a favor; find a good independent private dentist instead of this one that treats you like cattle.

Edited to add they sell you services you don’t need.

Edited to also add that the dentist they had at the time ground my tooth down too far and that crown fell off a SECOND TIME IN LESS THAN A YEAR.

Avoid this place at all costs.

I came in to the dental office and the customer service was absolutely amazing Kristina did everything in the book key to key and I couldn’t believe it I have never had that much of amazing customer service in a while and also the office was sparking clean I couldn’t believe it

Mann I wanna take this time to thank everyone at ace dental care at the “Steve reynolds blvd location, that had something to do with helping me with my tooth extraction/migraine issues. I recommend anyone with any kind of oral problems to give these people a try. They are the best! Big shoutout to the receptionist at the front “Christine” for even getting me through on such short notice. You guys are the greatest!

Very informative and professional. I enjoyed my experience from the walk through the door with the lovely Stephanie at the front desk to dr Cobb and the hygienist Sandra also the tech Tia the whole staff was great thank you.

I came here during covid because I was hiding out in GA while NYC was shut down. I needed to my cleaning and get a filling. Both were bad experiences. I had a filling before, maybe 2x, but this time around.the numbing was way way overboard. I think I was numb for beyond 24 hrs. I mentioned my filling was not feeling even, and they charged me for it! This is their mess up, why are there charging me? !?
Not to mention the whole time the dentist and hygienist were having their own convos while hovering over me not paying any mind to me each time I went. Way to ease your new patient in.

I went to my normal dentist in NYC months later who actually fixed the work that Ace dental did. The fact that they don't care about patient's satisfaction really throws me off. I called and email to complain about the charge. But they didn't respond nor fix it. This was in 2020, and now we're in 2022.

When tell u one of the best experience ive ever had. Starting from the front all the way to the back. Everyone cared from the first time I made my appointment the receptionist Rocks. She made me feel comfortable day one. The Team and Doctor are amazing and made sure I was okay from start to finish. Never had a Doctor kept telling me hes sorry and asking im in ok from start to finish. Continue to be the Team you guys are so much love and compassion

I had a great experience at Ace dental Care. When I say great experience I mean everyone was nice and I felt no pain at all through the whole procedure. And I will most definitely go back again

I had a tooth extracted when i first visited Dr. Oliver's office. The procedure went well. He was so gentle I didn't realize the tooth was out. I recently had a crown placed. The tooth was sensitive for a bit but once again Dr. Oliver was very gentle, thorough and precise. The sensitivity disappeared overtime and the tooth is doing well. I also had a good experience with the hygienist. My deep cleaning went well. She is also very thorough. All around good experience with this dentist office!

Awesome and did very good work. I was reffered to them glad I found them. I had a dentist that told me they could not help me got a second opioin they treated me with care and got the job done im very happy. Thank you Ace Dental

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Everyone was extremely kind and informative. Jeff and Dr. Oliver were funny and kept thinking moving quickly. Couldn’t ask for a better visit. I highly recommend everyone coming here.

One of the best general dentist in the area! Dr. Oliver is very gentle and makes certain you are comfortable though any procedure. The office staff and dental assistants are very nice and also work hard to insure you are comfortable. Highly recommended!

The lady at the front desk today (7/20/22) is very rude and very mean and looking down to me/ customers everytime i visited. I will never be back to Ace Dental at the Norcross location ever again because of her.

By far the best experience at any dentist since I’ve relocated from NYC, the staff are very efficient, caring making your experience amazing. The doctor was extremely competent, taking the time to explain any issues or questions that I may have after my examination. I would highly recommend any of the locations, my appointment was at the Norcross office. Looking forward to our next visit for my cleaning. If you have any anxiety or stress regarding past dental experiences, you’ll be well taken care of at their offices.

Dr Oliver and the rest of the staff is top tier! Had complications after 2 extractions with abscess and they would always address my concerns until the issue was resolved!

I probably won’t be back. I’ve been three times. Literally every time I visit I have to wait at least an hour before being seen. The 2nd time, I waited so long that they rescheduled me for a new appt. The 3rd time I came in the morning (which the receptionist told me would reduce the wait time), I waited over 45 mins and when the dentist came in there was no apology or understanding that waiting this long is unprofessional. I’m probably going to look for a new dentist. This isn’t worth it.

This staff is completely unprofessional and totally dishonest. All seemed well for my first couple of visits until the dentist came to the conclusion I needed a crown. There was no issue with my teeth and they didn't wait to get approval from my insurance before starting the procedure. I explained I didn't want any procedure done until it was approved because I had no issues I was aware of. The dentist pushed to start the procedure before approval and ended up botching up the job, causing my tooth to still bleed after 3 months. I addressed this at my 90 day follow up appointment and they actually made a joke about how the biggest ones cry the most! The paperwork was denied because it wasn't properly submitted. They only sent x-rays with no verbiage. I believe this was done intentionally because I explained there is no way I would've paid out of pocket for a procedure I didn't feel I needed. The dentist insisted on moving forward asap so I conformed. Long story short, the resubmitted paperwork was denied because there was no reason to install a crown according to what they submitted. In conjunction to that I went to a real dentist and he informed me my tooth is still bleeding over a year later because it wasn't properly seated so it didn't heal properly. Now I have to get the procedure redone and pay out of pocket. Ace Dental is billing me $1000 for a botched job I never even needed or wanted AND I have to pay a reputable dentist to fix the pitiful job this inexperienced 20-30 year old rookie dentist did on me. Think twice before choosing this provider as they will say whatever they have to in order to get in your pockets. Always get approval from your insurance before you let them operate on you. These people are scandalous!

I was doubtful at first because I haven’t been to a dentist in year but these people reassured me and took very good care of me. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and would do it all again if I had to.
These people are good…. I was ready to get an extraction and lose my tooth and suffer thru the pain like years before but they assured me that they could actually save my tooth and I said what?
I told them yes by all means go for it and they saved my tooth and I left their office pain free…
Now this is what a visit to the dentist office should be like no matter how much it cost…

Staff was very kind. And knew what they was doing. Dr. Willie Oliver was great, gentle.explained everything.kept asking if I was feeling ok.went in to get a bad tooth.could not just pull it cause I wouldn't have many teeth left. Place was very clean.parking was great. Had the root canal done while I was there.go back in 2 weeks to have the crown put on.

I am a nervous dental patient, but Dr. Oliver and his crew set me at ease and has my cap removal and tooth repair well under way. The work was done with almost no discomfort and I'll be back in two weeks for the permanent cap.
May never say I enjoy a trip to a dentist but it is nice to be in an atmosphere of professional people who fit in a bit of humor. Their friendliness helped me stay calm until it was over.

Dr Oliver was very gently, very carefully and took his time I will gladly make him my permanent dentist. Also his assistant was amazing as well! M so glad I got referredto him!

I brought my elderly FIL in for a cleaning today. Sherika (Front Desk) and Karen (hygienist) both went out of their way to make this a positive experience for my FIL, and by helping me. Sherika saw me pull up in my car, and I was struggling in the rain to get the wheel chair out of my car. Sherika magically appeared with an umbrella to help me!:).
Karen did a fantastic job with the dental cleaning, and she walked us out to my car with an umbrella, and helped me get my FIL back into my car. Thank you both for making sure we had such a positive experience!

Had a good time the nurse here is very friendly and always making sure you are okay and comfortable. Doctor is great wow perfect job on my teeth removal and he is gentle on this job. I recommend ACE Dental for everyone trust me you won’t be disappointed much love

I love Dr. Oliver and the staff. I drive out of my way to come visit and always have a great experience. I love how the staff and Dr. Oliver take the time to explain everything to me and are very transparent regarding costs of procedures, dental plans and general questions.

I was totally surprised at how great they are. From walk in to walk out, everyone was super nice. The dentist was so gentle and patient with me. Had one tooth pulled and will continue to use them. Thank you for all you did for me. I highly recommend this office.

Great experience, all staff members were very professional and courteous! The doctor was very knowledgeable in regards to my dental needs and other possible options! He seemed very genuine with me as his patient. If you want a doctor with great service, and genuine I would recommend this dental office!

Other than being an outstanding dental hygienist, Valerie at Ace Dental Care is kind, empathetic, and trustworthy human being. A true professional at what she does. She was thorough and sensitive to my needs when it came to my dental care.

The front office space and examination room were very sanitary. All of the office personal took appropriate measures (PPE's) to ensure the safety of their patients, and my procedure was done in a timely manner. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and I couldn't have asked for a better DH. Can't stop rolling my tongue over my teeth!

I love that I came in with the problem and it was taking care of the same day. I have been suffering for 8 weeks dealing with my other dentist, needless to say, I think I found a new dentist.

They make you feel as comfortable as they can. All of them are beautiful people. Dr. Oliver has real compassion. I would recommend making your next appointment there.

5 stars from start to finish! My normal dentist has been closed because of Covid-19 and I haven’t been able to reach them to be seen about an injury I endured weeks ago. I found Ace Dental on ZocDoc and called to make an appointment. I was able to be seen the next day. All the staff was very friendly and thorough when I arrived making sure me nor other patients had any potential Covid-19 health issues. The dentist was pleasant as well despite him not being able to do much for me but he did refer me to an oral surgeon who may be able to assist me. I would like to send a special thanks to Sherika for her exceptional customer service when it came to getting me scheduled so quickly, her friendliness and welcoming spirit when I arrived, and making sure my referral was viable — not to mention what I could tell was genuine concern about me as a patient. I will be making this my permanent dental location going forward.

I’m definitely going to stay with this Dentist for as long as I can. This was my first visit and it topped all previous places. Everything was explained appropriately, and the care was exceptional. Dr. Oliver is amazing!

My husband, daughter and I have all been going to Dr. Oliver and team. Our daughter is Downs Syndrome, and can be quite a challenge when she is afraid. Dr. Oliver is absolutely fantastic with her and with us, and the staff is so good with our daughter that we have no problem letting her go inside alone during Covid-19 while we wait in the car. I had a great experience. It’s been awhile since my last cleaning so I was nervous but the staff made me very comfortable. Val was amazing and truly made my day. Everyone I encountered from the nice young lady at the front desk to the Dr.himself left a lasting impression. I’m glad I chose Ace Dental for my cleaning needs:)

This was my first visit to this office. All of the staff was accommodating and very friendly. Dr. Oliver and Karen the hygienist were great! They took their time while working with me, explaining procedures, and giving me all of my options. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends. I just found my new dental practice!
