Super friendly staff both inside the airport and at the pick up site (within easy walking distance from the terminal)

The office branch on South Dixie Hwy.and 290 st.is under staff.
While waiting outside the customers are exposed to rain and sun.
Customer waiting area is overcrowded.

Did a reservation so I could go to work, when I got there, computer was down, 2ppl working and a line out the door. Late for work. Car had no ww fluid and low tire lite on. Come on u can do better.

Car was not cleaned, car had damage too. Sales rep upon pickup did not verify anything with the car. Had to supply pictures upon return to show damages and not cleaned. Only offer we received was to comp the car seat.

We needed a rental car while our car was in the shop. The rental vehicle was filthy on the inside, not with trash, but dirt. My husband cleaned it after we got home. The cleaning rag was filthy afterwards. The SUV was pretty and blue on the outside...

Very poor service. Was lied to about refunding money was suppose to be covered on insurance. I definitely do not recommend them. One of the worst businesses and people have dealt with.
