Kenia promptly scheduled an appointment to see my refrigerator, was on time and did an excellent job explaining what was wrong. Parts are ordered and I’m look forward to having a functioning freezer again!

Tamara was the best! She explained what was wrong and helped me look up my warranty information. Unfortunately, our fridge warranty has expired and the compressor is expensive to replace but I’m comforted to know she did all she could to fix it and kept me in the loop along the way. It was also east to book an appointment and I was notified when she was 20 mins away. Highly recommend.

TruPro said they would be at my house between 12-3 and they were here well within that window. Kevin diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He said he'll be back to replace the broken part as soon as it comes in. I believe TruPro will live up to it's promise. Very courteous and professional.

TruPro is true to their name! They are a TruPro in repairing major household appliances. TruPro repaired my refrigerator when another repair company could not. AND you get to speak to a NICE, LIVE PERSON on the phone! And you receive followup emails and/or texts as a reminder of your upcoming service date and 3 hour window of time. I truly recommend TruPro for your major household appliance repair needs!

Kevin works well, he took an hour to observe and find. When he leaves the dishwasher was working. Not longer after they I saw a bit of water about half teaspoon. I did 3 washing since yesterday and everything look good, except the half teaspoon that I saw few time after he leaves. Thank you

TruPro came via warranty company to evaluate issue with refrigerator. All is well and the office making communicating home visit arrangements was great! But it was also regretful that they were not the company that could REPAIR the issue they found, and thus only did diagnostics. So I had to find yet another service company, (who would not even honor the work that TruPro did). Had to start over. A little disappointing.

On time, repairs satisfactory, didn’t repair anything until I was ok with quote and understood the scope of the work. Recommended them to two people already.

The technicians and scheduling people at TruPro are very professional. We had another company come out initially and their customer service was horrible. We were referred to TruPro and they have them come out on a couple of occasions to replace various parts in our dishwasher. Both TruPro technicians explained things as they were repairing the dishwasher. James also made recommendations that will help us use and maintain the dishwasher. Because of their advice I now know how to operate the dishwasher to get the best performance while saving on my energy bill. I highly recommend their service technicians and the company. Kevin and his crew were very pleasant and professional. Dafina was very helpful and patient with my scheduling needs. The servicemen worked efficiently and tested to make sure washing machine didn't leak any more. I have Tru Pro's # in my phone and will contact for all my appliance repair needs.

I tried to fix it myself and that did not work out. I called them and Kevin came out that afternoon. Nice guy, figured out what I did wrong and fixed it. We remounted the microwave, it works, no need to tell my wife Kevin fixed it. Will use them again.

Service fast and impeccable. Price is reasonable too. Both the manager and technician have excellent communication skills. Oh, they gave us a goody bag in the end. So sweet! Definitely will use you guys again!

The technician rescheduled the time of day and then didn’t show up and rescheduled for the next morning. He then made a lot of excuses why he was late and wound up not even replacing the part that we waited on. To me that makes no sense. No respect for other peoples time and then clearly didn’t diagnose the problem correctly. Just said my washer was missing a screw but doesn’t have any to fix it

The Owner and her Lead Repairman Came back as soon as parts arrived, and completed the Job with delicate care of counter top and other appliances. They were very Engaging and thoughtful of our Needs, I would Recommend their Services to any one seeking reliable and Professional Services of their Appliances.

This company was so responsive and on top of the process. They were able to determine the issues prior to even coming to my house and fixed it so quickly. I would definitely recommend this business.

Mr. Linton was very professional. He explained everything he was doing while repairing my microwave. He told me what to expect because I had to get a part ordered. I am prepared for the next visit. So Mr. Carnegie came to our home to finish the repair today. He followed social distancing and kept his mask. He was very professional and explain everything while working.
