Supreme rent a car went above and beyond for us. They dropped off our car to us directly at the cruise port at my request so that we didn’t have to shuttle or have any extra travel time with our 2 year old. They provided a nice graco car seat for said 2 year old. Then on top of all that they met us at Fort Lauderdale airport so that we could drop it off before our flight and not have to shuttle from their Miami office. It was also the cheapest compared to all the big brand companies that all have lots at the airports. 10/10 service and I would recommend to anyone looking for a rental for the day to contact supreme rent a car. Thank you again for the smooth process and excellent customer service.

Everything was very friendly and the car was excellent, I had it for 10 days, when I come back I'll go straight back again, thank you guys!

Excellent customer service. Great prices. Honest people. It was a pleasure renting from this company and would recommend everybody who is looking for somebody honest to deal with.

Excellent service and very reasonable.my go to rental company whenever I visit Miami.what I like is they pick you up at the airport and drop you at the airport.keep up the great service.

Rude rude rude! Whoever the guy was that answered the phone was very rude & I could barely understand him. I asked him nicely to slow down but he only got louder and started talking faster smh.had to call 2 days straight to talk to someone about why my reservation was canceled by them and when I did speak with someone he couldn’t tell me why he just kept saying do you want a new reservation it’s simple as 123 & the price will now be $480, that’s over $300 more than what I was originally quoted & the dates were the same.

I “reserved” a car online for under $100, but when I call to confirm the reservation they are telling me it is going to be much more. They were unwilling to match the price I reserved the car for online even though I received an email detailing the entire reservation. The person I spoke with stated he was the only one I could speak with because he is the only one who speaks English. Will not do business here ever.

Worse place to rent a car. The car I got was a rebuild car with airbag light ON, transmission issues, dirty and smelly, overrated price. Go somewhere else

DONT BOTHER RENTING HERE! I Would not be able to tell you how renting from these people is. I received ONE email with my car confirmation weeks ago when I booked the car — when I arrived at the airport at the time in the email, nobody was around. I called and they rudely said “check the website again” and hung up without saying anything else. I never received any emails or phone calls, but apparently my car rental was cancelled and I was stranded in a busy airport with no car rental and no other place around me with a car. I will NEVER try to rent from these people again.

These people are amazing and I would book with them every time I come to Miami. They we’re so much help after Nu Car rentals up the street scammed us. Took our debit card for a deposit and we’re just all around willing to help after everyone was booked for Memorial Weekend. He only had one car left available which was a bucket lol but we knew what we were getting into and after being scammed we were desperate for anything. The check engine light was on the whole 3 days, the axle on the car sounded like it was gonna fall off every time we switched gears, and sometimes the car took a while to start up like the battery was dying so that was kinda scary honestly. But the price he gave us was amazing, he didn’t make us by a toll pass unlike NU car rentals, and I got my deposit back fast. So would I use them again, absolutely. I would just book in advance so I’d get a nicer car and don’t get me wrong he had some really nice cars in the lot, they were just all booked:

Just reserved a convertible on line. Called to make sure they received the confirmation. First thing the rep said was that they had no availability. He didn't even ask when I was planning to rent the vehicle. After I told him I did not need the reservation until the middle of February and I reserved a convertible, the representative said they don't have convertibles. What the hell? Why do you show them as an option? How was I able to book one on their website? Terrible misleading on line representation. Should have known it was too good to be true.

We came from new jersey we had called ahead of time they had given us a price, the day that we finally came, the price was totally different, short story, the car they gave us was totally a disaster AC wasn't really working Windows wouldnt even go down car was dirty and smelly. Don't recommend this place theres tons around and with better cars for the price we paid. Unfourtunatly we didnt know. Busquen otro lugar, los carros son una basura sin aire acondicionado y sucios. No los recomiendo.

I’ve had my rental car from supreme for almost a month now.the morning I was looking for a rental car I almost gave up cause everyone that I called was asking for too much info or too much money. So instead of giving up I looked up supreme and called them & they told me to come in they had a car ready for me I got there the customer service they provided me was awesome they are also very understanding. I had to return the car yesterday But I didn’t get paid til today and they told me not to worry about it just to call and let me know once I got paid so they can extend it for me. I WOULD FULLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE BEYOND AWESOME THANKS DIANA YOU’RE AMAZING rating 5 star 10 star if I could

Honestly, first class service from start to finish. After the New Years I had booked and confirmed a car at Enterprise. I went there and they said they ran out of cars. So I went to Avis and then Hertz who all ran out of cars. So I looked up Supreme and called them. They said they had a few cars but not SUV’s and I told them that I wanted to go to the keys. They said they could drive and drop the car off at my condo. I went for it. About 30 minutes later I had a car. It wasn’t a new car but it ran. 2016 Altima. Got to the keys.

After I returned the car I came home and it struck me that I left my $350 BOSE headphones in the glove compartment. I seriously though they were goners. I did text them and in the morning said they found them. I tried their customer service and asked if someone can drop them off and this wonderful lady Diana came by in the evening. Wow. What impeccable customer service. Thank you supreme.

I love this rental place, they are not picky about payments whether its cash or credit or debit unlike many rental places. Cars are in good condition, reasonable prices, very nice staff. Have been going here for more than 2 years and this is always my GO TO!

This place is a scam. My vehicle was hit by one of their cutomers who they had charged insurance coverage and refuse to cover me. They told me to go through my insurance so I would have to pay deductible.never seen a more shady business. STAY AWAY! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Do not go there, expensive, very old cars and misleading information. If you have insurance, dont be lazy like me go get your car inside the airport. Lessons learned

Having previously rented from them last minute, I assumed making a reservation almost 2 weeks in advance online would be a good idea. I was able to pay cash before and no deposit was required. I ordered 2 8 person vans for a family trip. I got reservation numbers and confirmation emails. The day I was supposed to pick up the vehicles, I called and was told that there were no cars available. I indicated that I had a reservation and was told it was pending, they had no cars and was promptly hung up on. I called back and asked why would I not be told cars were not available when I made the reservation and I got no answer. I also asked why I was not contacted previous to this with no answer but we don't have cars, bikes or anything with wheels. This had to be the worst way to conduct any type of business. And afterwards, they had the audacity to send an email saying they were sorry "I" cancelled my reservation. I didn't cancel anything! You did and didn't even tell me! No apology, no explanation, no nothing. As much as I appreciated the no hassle rental before, I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN and advise no one else to either.
