SIXT rent a car Fort Myers airport

If I could give less than one star I would. Our experience was awful. The person who helped us at the airport tried to over charge us, tried to sell us things we didn’t need and wouldn’t answer our questions, she danced around the answer and avoided the questions.

I arrived in Florida late Saturday night and I needed a rental to get to my destination. I went to rent a car and every rental place had a waiting list. Sixt had a few cars left and a gentleman by the name of "Thee Nathan" helped me out. I was tired and exhausted after traveling for 13 hrs. I was frustrated and didn't want to deal with the whole renting process. But Thee Nathan was very professional. He made the process easy and helped me get what I needed without any of the hassle. Thank you Thee Nathan. This company is lucky to have employees like you. Sixt, please take care of that Man. He's the reason I'll be returning as a customer. Thank you Thee Nathan.
