Rent a Car 4 Less Miami

This company charges an extra fee per day if you are 72 yrs old. They also charge an extra fee per day for tolls even if you tell them not to. So the cheap fare you see is not the real rate. They lore you in with a non refundable deposit. Then double that rate. It is like renting a car in Mexico. I would never rent from them.

An absolute scam. I have rented cars from multiple companies and never experienced such terrible service. They claimed water damage which was false. More than 2 weeks later they sent me a report for shampoo and cleaning totaling more than $350.00. What a headache and horrible expensive. I do not recommend this company.

They will get u with cheap prices and then try and scam u afterwords with Ridiculous and unnecessary charges buyer beware Go with a company more reputable

The price was better than expected, and way better than renting with other similar companies. It was a fast process and I was able to speak in spanish or english, I had the decision on this. Thanks!

It seems like a very interesting and good promotion and then it turns into a number of hidden charges that in the end do not end up BEING any good deal

Love the customer service. The shuttle was on point and the vehícules in great conditions. They Will be recommended by me to the world no doubt about it. I will rent with them as soon as i am back in Florida.

The price I was quoted on the website was 1/3 of what I was expected to pay, when I showed up to the lot where they are the only rental car place that doesn't have a wait time of 4 hours. I explained to them that this was unacceptable, and essentially extortion, and was met with condescending attitudes saying how if I couldn't afford a trip in Miami maybe I shouldn't come. After taking the car (I was there for a short trip and needed to move to my next destination quickly) I asked for the name of the manager, was lied to by an employee and told that she was the manager, and then when the manager came out she verbally assaulted me and threatened to physically take the keys from me for the rental I had paid for- I will never use this service again and probably will avoid miami

DO NOT RENT HERE! They are scammers! Please read other reviews! They tried to charge my husband $500 for a smoking odor when he does not nor has ever smoked. Now looking at other reviews they have done this to others. We have contacted our bank and will be contacting law enforcement if needed as well!

I have traveled often to FL, renting from various locations and car companies. I will say for 100% certainty that I will NEVER choose this 3rd party car rental company again. Admittedly I went for the lower price on Priceline and Rent4Less seemed like a company I haven’t used before, so I thought I would give them a try.

At pick up, I was charged 2x more than I already pre-paid on Priceline. I had to negotiate with the REMOTE customer service person a monitor to get the lowest price possible and I was still charged for things I did NOT need. The remote support person insisted on the charges stating that as a FL requirement and it’s a “service” the rental company is providing; I was charged $9.99/day for SunPass when I told the agent that I will NOT need or take any Toll Roads for my 6 days trip. Primarily the bulk of the extra charges were “3rd Party Extension” Fee which was 2x the daily rate I already pre-paid for on Priceline.

The car check out and ability to communicate afterwards was inconsistent. I ended up signing for things on a blank screen, not knowing what I was signing for. I got the rental agreement that I signed the next day (15-20 Hours Later). The car had multiple dings and dents from previous users and the car was not cleaned on the inside. Car description/color did not match the keys vs the check out QR link (with an email that is outdated and not deliverable).

I was soo disappointed in the product and the surprise prices (I only paid, because I needed a car for the trip and a last minute reservation with another car company was not an option), ultimately, feeling that I got SCAMMED and the trouble of getting to the location and the whole process of checking out the car… I could have spent the extra money on a known company and service (at the airport car rental center).

Rent4Less operation is overseas (not in the US) and I would NOT recommend. I did read the fine prints and expected extra changes before finalizing the booking on Priceline and there is no mention of extra fees due at pick-up from Rent4Less (Right Cars).

They are thieves over there. They still owe me a refund. You can pre-pay and when you get there to pick up the car. They will triple the price. They will tell you "oh we yeah the site do not charge you for the entire rental until you get here" I rented a car for 3 days, they tried to charge me $398 dollars. They told me they are including other service fees. Mind you I do not have credit, license or any issues. THIEVES. I cancelled it and they still not REFUND MY MONEY YET.

DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE! I booked through Kayak, and yes, the price is too good to be true. They fee you FOR EVERYTHING. The 1st red flag is how the company name is different on every document. The 2nd red flag was I was responsible for an inspection based on a vague inspection they provide online. The car had multiple dings and dents. Surprise, surprise I was held responsible for $150 for a car that was already super dirty and sticky on the inside. The virtual assistant is a good idea, but it not at all realistic seeing as anything could happen to the car by the time you pick it up and attendant receives it by drop off. I wish I would have read reviews before hands.

Worst rental car experience of my life. As if it wasn’t shady enough that they said they had to charge me extra because my insurance didn’t cover enough for their old, dirty, scratched up Ford Fiesta (despite the fact that it fully covers my leased 2019 BENZ which is clearly more expensive and requires full insurance, no exceptions) they ended up charging me $500 MORE dollars 4 days after I returned the car, claiming I smoked in the car… I DONT EVEN SMOKE! Now I’m disputing the additional charge with my bank because they have me seriously fukd up, respectfully.
I originally booked through Priceline and regret using their service at all, since this is the kind company they work with.

Please save yourself time and money. I rented a car from rent a care 4 less back in May, and they charged me a 600 dollar deposit. I returned the car in perfect condition, and I never received the 600 dollars back. Please find another option
