In the end, I made the deal, so it’s on me…. However, they did everything they could to make me feel like my trade wasn’t worth anything, then they listed the trade for sale on their site for 3 times ($4500 vs $13,500) what they gave me for it. I’m local, so you would think they would want a longer term customer, but feel duped instead. I think Panama City residents should know.

We built a Tundra Hybrid, 1794 Edition, on the Toyota website then searched Florida dealers for a truck that closely matched our desired build. We found it at Panama City Toyota. Panama City Toyota did not try to add any bogus fees, or pressure us on the purchase of unnecessary items.
Our salesman, John Nicholson, made the purchase and delivery process hassle-free and enjoyable. It was also a pleasure to get to know John, turns out, we have a lot in common!

Worst sales customer service managers do not try to work with you. They low ball you on trade in offer and then when you ask for more they basically laugh in your face by barely offering anything more.do not do business with them.

Purchased a car here just last month. My sales associate was Reid. As soon as I stepped on the lot he was there to help. Told him what I was looking for and he presented me with options/suggestions. Really enjoyed his upbeat attitude. Got me with the financing department and everything was smooth from there. I drove home with a new Toyota Cross and have been pleased with my experience here in Panama City.

My wife and I are 73 years old and had bought numerous vehicles in our life time. We drove into Panama city toyota and a sales man, reid wynn, immediately came over to assist us. Great experience here today.took my 4Runner in for maintenance. Excellent customer service- Patrick was kind and respectful and so was everyone else we came in contact with. There's free coffee and water while you wait, also a little cafe that sells pastries and lattes if you prefer. Absolutely beautiful inside.

Scam artists.charged me $56.00 for a $6.00 OEM part that takes longer to open the hood than it does to replace the part. Claimed they changed the entire cable, but all they did was replace the terminal part that cost $6.00. If they would have replaced the entire cable, yes, but they didn't like they said they did. Ask to see the old part if you have any work done by them. Would not recommend to a friend and wouldn't even recommend them to someone I disliked.

I've been lucky enough to have Trey help me the last couple of times I've taken my car to get serviced. He's been so kind and helpful every time. He makes good suggestions for services/products without being pushy, but has sold me every time. He also answers every question I have in detail without being condescending, which is what I have usually experienced when I've taken my vehicles anywhere else. I've even walked in without an appointment, gotten help, and a call back later. Definitely would recommend 10/10

Wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! John Nicholson was the sales rep who helped me purchase this car without ever seeing it in person. This is my first time buying a car from an out of state dealership, so I was definitely anxious but John communicated with me often and even on his days off. The vehicle was delivered to me today and it’s just as John described. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better car buying experience. Also, the dealership was upfront about their pricing unlike many other dealerships that gave me a good price quote initially and then hit me with a significantly higher out the door price. Thanks to finance manager Veronica who answered all my questions and processed my purchase transaction so quickly. Unlike finance people from my local dealerships, she did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. To top it off, the car transport broker recommended by John delivered the car to me much earlier than I had expected. In all of the vehicle purchases I’ve made over the last 25 years, this is by far the best customer experience.

One of the best experiences ever in buying a vehicle. The most seamless and time efficient process ever. This is my 7th Toyota purchase and Panama City Toyota was by far the best experience! John Nicholson is the most knowledgeable, energetic and bottom line up front person with huge integrity. He is his word………worked through a process of ordering a 4 runner and waiting for delivery. John communicated every step of the way and the car was delivered way ahead of schedule. When I arrived to the dealership the car was ready, as promised, the process was efficient and really pleasant and I was out the door in record time. Meeting John in person for the first time was like connecting with past friend. Expert knowledge, and the friendliest, warmest kind of energy you can imagine! Shout out to Troy in finance as well, so great and efficient… I drove away in my new car an hour and a half later. Where to even begin! I recently purchased a used 2019 Toyota Tundra with a lift, aftermarket tires, and wheels. I also purchased fender flares due to the tire sticking outside the body. After getting them painted to match the color of the vehicle they were put on by Panama City Toyota. They called me to come pick up the truck stating it was ready. After arriving and looking the flares over I noticed that it was as if they had painted the flares in a wind storm! They had trash all inside the paint, very noticeable! I then explained that I would not be accepting these in this condition. After explaining this to Rolland, he stated I would need to schedule with their paint and body shop for repair! NO WAY WAS I TO! This was their mess and it should be up to them for repair! I then spoke to Chris W.whom made the decision to have them fixed. After having them fix the fender flares I was called to come pick up the vehicle once again. After arriving they were in the same shape as I had left them in. Rolland stated “we buffed out what we could” and that should be good enough! I paid over $1000 for these and this was absolutely not how I figured they would turn out! The color was perfect, but they had dirt all in the paint! I made my point clear to have them sent back off and fixed correctly or take them off and refund my money, so they decided to have them repainted. I have called multiple times trying to get an update, without them reaching out to me, and have not received one. This is the worst experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle, ever! If it were up to me I would return the vehicle and walk away never looking back at this dealership again!

The service department has taken a severe turn to BAD. I have been hung up on, talked to as if I am stupid, waited for a combined 8 hours over 4 different visits, just to change a tire. I have been told that I have to make an appointment over 2 weeks out to bring it back for the same problem (the tire light is on that was never reset).

Took my car in for service, they took my j hook clamp off last visit and then charged me to put on a new one this visit. They never put my tire valve caps back on. Conveniently forgot to deduct my service coupon and then claimed they couldn't as the bill was already prepared. Techs altered things inside the car which they had no business touching. Door handles, steering wheel, shift, etc.were all left greasy/filthy. Called multiple times and Service Manager does not return my calls, I expect better when you pay $115 for an oil change!

Came in with a list of 3 things to be done on time for my 7: 30 am appointment. Two and a half hours later, only changed me light bulb and remote battery. Now they want to start the brake pads! Ridiculous.

Huge shoutout to Carol, Trey, and JP at Panama City Beach Toyota! We were on vacation and started having problems with our Highlander’s battery staying charged. This group of All Stars got the battery in and checked us out in less than 30 minutes! They were extremely busy that day but were able to make it happen. Thank you guys so much, I highly recommend the Service Department at PCB Toyota!

I took my new car in for an oil change at 10k miles. The tech lowered my car with driver door open resulting in my driver door being crushed. Dealer told me that they would not report the damage and assured me it would be no problem to sell later on. Now I’m dealing with a brand new car with heavy damage reported to Carfax and lost my resale value on my brand new car. This dealership deserves to be sued and genuinely doesn’t give a rip about its customers satisfaction when they were the sole reason for the issue.

Update- This dealer offered to repurchase my new car they damaged at trade in price 5k under book and generously offered for me to purchase another car with a non negotiable $2500 markup. Nothing was ever done for me. Add insult to injury. Lost my business forever and may never purchase a Toyota again after my terrible experience.

Just purchased a 2019 Highlander from our local Toyota dealership with low miles, we love it. Also paid for extended warranty. My fam was on vacation to PCB when it gave us some slight issues and my wife was spoken to like she was a dog, we were told that pretty much they dont have a solution for us. It was too close to closing time. Coming from a family whos father in law is a General Manager at a respected Chevy dealership I know this tone is not acceptable. Toyota of Panama City can go kick rocks and thank their service department.

Granted it was still on the truck being delivered, but that’s ok. It didn’t hinder the buying process. He genuinely wants to get you what you are looking for.

I am simply overwhelmed by this dealership! After 25 years with a very high end vehicle (4of them) I did my homework and Toyota comes out on top every which way. The service was Amazing.every detail every one there, and they did absolutely everything that they told me they would do. I drove my new camry 67 miles home and the gas gauge was still on full And I liked it much better than my $62m loaner. I am over 70 years young and retired from 2 successful businesses! Service and honesty with a fabulous product…win win

As the rental process was excellent, I am very unhappy with the service department. Our Highlander was making a loud noise when accelerating, we were told by local mechanic to take it to Toyota to get a diagnostic on it as the mechanic thought it might be transmission. We informed the service tech of the noise and he stated that they would test drive the vehicle and call us. They called to tell us that it was the alternator, I questioned this as the car did not show any of the usual signs of a faulty alternator. We inquired as to if the diagnostic informed them of this, they said no, but they were sure that was the problem. Trusting them, we had them replace the alternator. When we picked up the car it was making the exact same noise. By looking at the Trip Odometer (we had set at zero) we knew that they had NOT test driven the car prior to repair. The service tech took the car for a drive with us in the vehicle and said "Hmm must be the transmission. " He admitted to not test driving the vehicle prior to repair. The $1200 bill for the unneeded alternator was questioned. The service tech recommended that we sell the vehicle to the dealer (he also stated that he would not tell the sales team of the transmission issue). He also offered to get a price quote for a new transmission. We requested to speak with a manager, none were apparently there at the time. Numerous calls were made over the next 4 weeks with no return calls. We took our vehicle to a local transmission garage and got the needed transmission replacement. I feel as if Toyota took advantage of us in this entire experience. We requested the refund of our cost of the alternator, yet keep being ignored. No follow up from management, only an offer to purchase the 2017 Highlander at the time of pick up. Be very careful when bringing your vehicle to the service department. They could not show us any proof at all as to why they decided it was the alternator that needed replaced. Very dishonest and no follow up with customer concerns.

From the first phone call with John Nicholson to us driving off the lot with our new Highlander, the experience was painless. Usually you expect to spend hours going back and forth between the dealer and finance manager. John made the trade and purchase very simple because of the communication we had via phone prior to showing up. Keep up the great customer service PC Toyota, this will happily keep a return base of customers.

I contacted Panama City Toyota several weeks ago to start the hunt for a new vehicle and decided on a Tacoma that is a perfect fit for our family. I worked mainly with John Nicholson and he was helpful and friendly from start to finish. I asked 1000 questions about several different vehicle options and he answered and stayed through each one. The purchase process was smooth and I felt taken care of.

A few weeks ago I went in for regular maintenance work on my Camry and decided to inquire about the 2022 4runner. It went from an inquire to a purchase. The transition was smooth and I walked away with the vehicle of my dreams with the help of my sales person John Nicholson. He was available to answer any and all of my questions (I had many). He took the time to also show me all of the features my vehicle come with. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Panama City Toyota!

Found a few cars I was interested in purchasing online. Spoke with a sales representative over the phone and was assured the cars were in stock. Had them run my credit, get approval, and begin paperwork. Told them I was on my way to test drive them and I planned on purchasing one of these cars.

When I arrived the sales rep was no where to be found. Tracked him down in the back of the building after 10 minutes to the news that neither car was on the lot but would gladly upsell me another vehicle. Thanks for pulling my credit for nothing and wasting my time.

Update: was requested to conact the general manager after leaving the initial review. After several phone calls and voicemails, he has still failed to respond. Would never think abiut doing business here again.

Update2: the customer service cannot even take the time to appropriately read an email and thanked me for receiving horrible service.

Had a great experience with PC Toyota! We had been searching for a SUV for a couple of months. Between the shortages everywhere and most dealerships added on 'market adjustment' fees, we were starting to think we would never find a car. We decided to make the two and a half hour ride to Panama City and it was the best decision. Ben was awesome and made sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. And with no added fees! We will definitely recommend this dealership to friends.
