National Car Rental

Picked up a Nissan Murano at RSW Emerald Aisle. Clean, all features working. Fast, easy checkout. Returned it early (and unannounced) to Naples (APF). Clerk completed the transaction in a minute or two, thanked me for using National. Emailed me the receipt and I was on my way. My wife had followed me to APF and when I got in her car, I remarked that, of all the companies we deal with, National has to be the best. Easy to deal with and have never, over many years now, let me down.

National is always my preferred rental car chain due to the effortless ease to pick up the car and bring it back. The process is so smooth and the car options are great. The service is mostly on the return end and a young man at Fort Meyers airport named Jaidyn was super pleasant and helpful to us finding our terminal and handling our return.
